Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar informasi kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk pada kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 responden dan teknik yang digunakan adalah Non-probabilitas sampai pendekatan Sisi Kebetulan. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh konsumen. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi muItipIe. Analisis ini menganalisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis analisis regresi, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji T dan uji F, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Variabilitas kualitas layanan memiliki dampak yang lebih besar pada kepuasan pelanggan yaitu sebesar 2,951 dan variabilitas kualitas produk memiliki efek 3,423. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang diteliti adalah kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terbukti memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen kepuasan pelanggan. Kemudian ketahanan analisis menggunakan uji F dapat dilihat bahwa kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen 34,7%. Sedangkan 65,3% sisanya diinfuskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam mode regresi ini.

Abstract

Along with its development, the Coconut Mill industrial company is required to compete with other similar companies so that they can create products with the best specifications for customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of product and service quality on customer satisfaction of Saricotama Indonesia in Tanjung Batu and Batam at PT Saricotama Indonesia. Customer satisfaction is strongly influenced by the quality of service, along with its determination by product quality. This type of research used is quantitative with a population. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents/consumers to help answer questions on the distributed questionnaire. Then quantitative data analysis was carried out, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions and multiple regression analysis, wherever the hypothesis was tested through t-test and F-test, using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 22. The results of the study This shows that there is an influence on product quality (X), service (X), and customer satisfaction (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination test show that product quality (X1), service quality (X2) is 5.38 percent, while the remaining 4.62 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how lifestyle, product attributes, and service quality affect purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. In this study, the number of consumer respondents taken was 100 respondents as the research population using a questionnaire data collection technique. The data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses (t test) and (f test) using SPSS software program version 25. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from lifestyle, product attributes and service quality variables have an effect 0.496 (49.6%). The results of multiple linear regression shows that Lifestyle has an effect 0,496 (49,6%) on purchasing decisions, and product attributes has the effect 0,3968 (39,7%) on purchasing decision, and the quality of service has an effect 0,2000 (20)% on purchasing decision.. From the t test and f test, it can be concluded that lifestyle, product attributes, and service quality has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. From the results of the study it can be shown that lifestyle, product attributes and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.

Abstract

To measure and improve hospital performance, Malcolm Baldrige is present for maximum achievement in Total Quality Management. This study aims to measure the achievement of Batam Regional General Hospital by using MBCfPE for business criteria and to know and analyze the influence of MBCfPE on hospital performance. This research is an observational descriptive research with cross-sectional research design applied. Total sample of 200 employees by using simple random sampling. The results of the survey through MBCfPE showed that the overall total score of the performance assessment achieved by this hospital was 763 and the results indicated that the hospital's performance was Business Leader. Based on the criteria of Malcolm Baldrige, the performance of Batam City Hospital is seen from the criteria of leadership; strategic planning criteria; measurement, analysis, and knowledge management criteria; human resource focus criteria; as well as the criteria of the focus of operational activities, the performance of Batam city hospitals included in the good category. The performance of Batam city hospitals based on Malcolm Baldrige points points included in very good performance category (763,93). And on the performance achievement of each criterion, if the result point value obtained compared to the maximum points value in Malcolm Baldrige, the leadership criteria achieved the highest performance performance with the percentage of 75.93%. The lowest performance achievement is owned by human resource focus criteria of 64.42%. It can be concluded that the performance of RSUD Kota Batam criteria Malcolm Baldrige very good.
