Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy of education in Al-Arief Islamic Private High School. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The method used in data collection is observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, the researcher used several steps, namely by reducing, presenting and verifying the data. The results of the study have shown that overall the Al-Arief Islamic Private High School has implemented a marketing strategy for educational services that is quite good in improving the school's image. This can be seen from the existing education service marketing mix. This school has offered a product that is in accordance with the needs of the community, the fees charged by the Al-Arief Islamic Private High School are still very affordable when compared to established private schools in general, and this school is in a strategic place to carry out educational activities. The marketing strategy carried out by the Al-Arief Islamic Private High School is by carrying out promotions through student guardians, print media, social media and school output.

Abstract

Metode pembiasaan adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus sehingga menjadi kebiasaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya guru dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai agama dan moral anak usia dini melalui penerapan metode pembiasaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan uji kepercayaan menggunakan tringgulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam mengembangkan perkembangan nilai-nilai agama dan moral anak melalui metode pembiasaan adalah sebagai berikut: rutin memandu kegiatan berdoa sebelum dan sesudah melakukan kegiatansehari-hari, Ibadah shalat dhuha, sopan dalam bertutur kata untuk membiasakan prialaku mulia, keteladanan, menjaga kebersihan diri dan lingkungan, dan secara terprogram mengahafal surat-surat pendek dan do’a sehari-hari. kesimpulan bahwa kegiatan tersebut adalah bentuk pembiasaan dapat diterapkan pada anak usia dini dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai agama dan moral.

Abstract

In the context of educational institutions, especially Islamic schools, strategic management and marketing play a vital role in building competitive advantage. This quantitative study aims to examine the influence of differentiation and low-cost strategies on competitive advantage through a value creation strategy at Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in Riau Islands Province. The research contributes to the field of Islamic Educational Management, particularly in strategic educational management with a focus on institutional marketing. Data were collected through a survey of 122 respondents, selected using purposive sampling, and analyzed using path analysis. The findings reveal that differentiation and low-cost strategies have both direct and indirect impacts on value creation and competitive advantage. Moreover, the value creation strategy functions as a mediating variable, enhancing the effect of differentiation and low-cost strategies on competitive outcomes. The study concludes that strengthening differentiation, improving cost efficiency, and implementing effective value creation strategies are essential for increasing the competitive advantage of educational institutions in the Islamic education sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of pesantren management, kiai skills, and team development on change adaptation in Modern Islamic Boarding Schools in Riau Province. Change in pesantren is a necessity to adapt to the development of science and the demands of the times. The theory used in this study is the Work Team Effectiveness Model proposed by Danny Samson, Timothy Donnet, and Richard L. Daft, which emphasizes team effectiveness influenced by factors such as productive output, personal satisfaction, and the capacity to adapt and learn. This study proposes the hypothesis that there is an influence of pesantren management and kiai skills on team development and change adaptation partially, as well as a simultaneous influence between the three on change adaptation. This research method uses a quantitative approach with regression analysis to test the relationship between these variables. The results showed that pesantren management, kiai skills, and team development significantly influenced change adaptation in Modern Islamic Boarding Schools. This research is expected to contribute to the development of change management in Islamic educational institutions, especially pesantren, in facing the challenges of modernity.

Abstract

This research aims to find out several aspects, namely: 1) What is the Kiai's leadership in instilling Tasamuh cultural values, 2) Implementation of instilling Tasamuh cultural values, 3) What obstacles do Kiai experience in Islamic boarding schools and 4) Implications of cultivating Tasamuh cultural values in Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies. The data collection process involved interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out through the steps of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested through the credibility, dependability and certainty of the data. The results of the research reveal several things, including: first, Kiai carry out their role as leaders with two leadership patterns, namely: Personal and Collective Leadership, Second, Implementation with the Kyai Exemplary strategy, Learning Classical Books, Collaboration with uswatun hasanah, Internalisation of Tasamuh values and General Amaliyah. Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of leadership in improving teacher productivity at TK Islam Al-Azhar Jambi. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays a crucial role in laying the foundation for children's development, and effective leadership from PAUD principals is essential to ensure high-quality education. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the principal's leadership significantly influences teacher productivity through several key managerial factors, including managerial competence, professional development strategies, leadership style, motivation, communication, and a positive work environment. The ability of the PAUD principal to implement transformational leadership, build effective communication, and foster a supportive atmosphere directly contributes to teachers’ motivation, confidence, and overall performance. This study highlights the importance of strengthening leadership capacity in PAUD institutions to enhance the quality of early childhood education.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif ditandai pada tingkat ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran fiqh dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning dalam mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada kelas VII – IX di MTs Mahdaliyah Kota Jambi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu, metode kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian siswa dan guru yang berada dilingkungan sekolah. Untuk teknik pengambilan data menggunakan hasil observasi lapangan, dokumentasi, catatan hasil wawancara guru dan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis domain, taksonomi dan komponensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang dilakukan guru fiqh pada kelas VIII-IX MTs Mahdaliyah sesuai rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang telah dibuat, dengan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran RPP. Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran PBL juga mengikuti langkah-langkah yang telah tertuang pada model tersebut dan guru sebagai fasilitator dengan memberikan fasilitas internet kepada siswa. Proses evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan semua aspek, seperti aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. Kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kelas VII dapat dikatakan dalam kondisi cukup kritis, pada kelas VIII dan IX tergolong pada kategori kritis.
