Abstract

Menulis merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa yang menuangkan suatu ide, gagasan, maupun perasaan dalam bentuk tulisan dan dapat menjadi suatu alat komunikasi. Keterampilan ini sangat sulit dalam pembelajaran, karena tidak sedikit siswa yang tidak dapat menuangkan suatu gagasan ke dalam bentuk tulisan. Cerpen merupakan suatu karya yang sederhana dengan tidak melibatkan banyak alur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan keingintahuan mengenai proses dan hasil meningkanya keterampilan menulis teks cerpen siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk 1) mengatahui perbedaan keterampilan menulis sebelum tes dan setelah tes menggunakan metode pembelajaran kooperatif model Jigsaw pada pembelajaran menulis teks cerpen siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 di SMAN 2 Padalarang; 2) keefektifan model pada pembelajaran menulis teks cerpen kelas XI MIPA 2. Metode yang akan digunakan oleh peneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara (baik secara langsung, maupun tidak lansgung), dan dokmentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai keterampilan menulis teks cerpen siswa mendapatkan nilai tertinggi 87 , nilai terendah 75, dan nilai rata-rata 81.08 dengan adanya hasil penulisan teks cerpen dengan menggunakan model Jigsaw, dapat diambil kesimpulannya dengan menggunakan model jigsaw  pada kelas XI MIPA 2 dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks cerpen.

Abstract

Poetry is a literary work that needs to be appreciated and assessed for its beauty. This assessment can be seen from the characteristics or uniqueness created by a writer when writing poetry. This becomes important to analyze so that everyone can know the characteristics or uniqueness contained in a literary work. This research intends to examine the use of a figure of speech in three poems by Prilly Latuconsina. The descriptive qualitative approach is a method chosen and used in this research. The researcher conducted an analytical study by understanding and examining the figures of speech in these poems. The result of the research states that the poems by Prilly Latuconsina have their characteristics or uniqueness. This characteristic can be seen from the use of figures of speech in the three poems. As for the figures of speech contained in the poem, namely, consisting of personification figures, similes, metaphors, and repetitions.

Abstract

Low language skills are one of the obstacles in the communication process due to language errors. So this study aims to describe: (1) the types of errors contained in the paper, such as disclosure errors and transfer errors. (2) several factors that cause language errors. (3) As well as efforts to minimize errors that occur. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which contains explanations or descriptions written in detail, with a sample of 5 types of papers made by students. The results of the observations made were as follows: First, in the papers written by students, several types of language errors were still found, including: error in disclosure and transfer errors. Second, language errors that occur in writing papers are caused by several factors such as the influence of the learning process being / has been studied, not being careful when writing, a person's lack of knowledge of a language, environmental influences, or habitual factors. Third, language errors that occur in writing papers can be overcome with various efforts, among others: by providing sufficient knowledge of the types of language errors, being encouraged to learn more about the vocabulary of certain languages, and to increase the accuracy when carrying out writing activities.

Abstract

Peristiwa atau fenomena yang terjadi hari ini mengenai ideologi, politik, ekonomi, sosial, budaya, hukum, dapat dengan mudah kita ketahui melalui pemberitaan di media massa cetak atau elektronik. Tujuan penelitian 1) untuk mengetahui siapa yang dimarjinalkan oleh media massa Tribunnews.com pada pemberitaan sengketa pembebasan lahan Kulon Progo dalam pembangunan bandara  di Yogyakarta; 2) untuk mengetahui siapa yang dimarjinalkan oleh media massa Tirto.id pada pemberitaan sengketa pembebasan lahan Kulon Progo dalam pembangunan bandara  di Yogyakarta; dan 3) untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi bahasa yang dilakukan Tribunnews.com dan Tirto.id sehingga ada pihak-pihak yang termajinalkan berdasarkan Analisis Wacana Kritis model Theo Van Leeuwen. Metode Penelitian Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian yaitu teks Pemberitaan mengenai pembebasan lahan di daerah Kulon Progo Yogyakarta untuk pembangunan bandara internasional New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) di media massa online yaitu Tribunnews.com tanggal 06 Desember 2017 dan Tirto.id.08. Hasil penelitian dari kedua berita tersebut adalah isi berita Tribunnews.com menyudutkan atau memarjinalkan para relawan aktivis solidaritas. Isi berita media massa Tirto.id.lebih memarjinalkan PT Angkasa Pura 1. Berdasarkan data di atas bisa disimpulkan bahwa wacana beroperasi untuk mendefinisikan sesuatu, membenarkan sesuatu, dan menyalahkan yang lain

Abstract

This study focuses on aspects of students' ability in writing through the use of suggestive methods. The formulation of the problem involves: Does suggestive method improve students' writing ability? and Effective suggestive suggestion method used in learning writing?The research method used is a descriftive method and research technique used is observation and test technique. The results showed that suggestive method is used in learning writing in class X SMK. This can be seen from students' responses to learning to be enthusiastic because students can write based on the structure and linguistic rules.The result of the analysis shows that the learning of writing by using suggestive method can be increased. It is shown at the time of pretest (before using) the method of suggestion the average score of students is 53,93. While the learning of writing by using the suggestive method on posttest has increased with the average value obtained by students 87.57. Thus the suggested method can improve students' writing skill of class X SMK.

Abstract

The lack of use of learning media, especially in Indonesian language subjects, causes students to easily get bored in the learning process which results in low student learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the changes obtained from the use of project-based interactive learning media that are effective for use. So that the type of approach used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection in this study was carried out by conducting a pre-test and post-test, with data analysis techniques using N-Gain to measure the increase in process skills during learning. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the criteria for the N-Gain score obtained from the pre-test and post-test Gain scores obtained on average 0.7 in the first interval G≥0.7 = High. So it can be concluded that there is a high increase in skills between the pre-test and post-test. This shows that the use of project-based interactive learning media is successful in maximizing students' ability to develop ideas and compose good and correct opinion articles. So it can be concluded that Project Based Learning-based interactive learning media is in good qualification and is suitable for use as a learning resource for class XII Indonesian subjects.
