Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang harus dipenuhi oleh SMA Batik 1 Surakarta sebagai persyaratan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008;        2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMA Batik 1 Surakarta; 3) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMA Batik 1 Surakarta serta upaya mengoptimalkan faktor pendukung tersebut;   4) Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMA Batik 1 Surakarta serta upaya mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan sumber data informan, tempat penelitian, dan dokumen. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data dengan trianggulasi sumber, metode, dan review. Analisis data dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Persyaratan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 yang sudah dipenuhi oleh SMA Batik 1 Surakarta, yaitu: Lingkup Penerapan dan Proses Kegiatan Sekolah, Acuan yang Mengatur, Istilah ataupun Definisi, Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Tanggung Jawab Manajemen, Pengelolaan Sumber Daya, Realisasi Jasa Pendidikan, Pengukuran, Analisis, serta Perbaikan; 2) Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 dilaksanakan di masing-masing lini kerja berdasarkan sasaran mutu yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya dengan berdasarkan pada 8 prinsip manajemen; 3) Faktor pendukung keberhasilan SMM ISO 9001:2008 SMA Batik 1 Surakarta, yaitu: adanya komitmen dan kesadaran semua warga sekolah, kualitas SDM, sarana prasarana yang memadai, dan ketersediaan dana. Upaya mengoptimalkan faktor pendukung tersebut melalui pemahaman pentingnya manajemen mutu, pelatihan/workshop, beasiswa untuk guru, serta perbaikan dan pengadaan sarana prasarana sekolah; 4) Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMA Batik 1 Surakarta, yaitu: ketidakpahaman personel tentang ISO, kesulitan mengubah budaya/kebiasaan SDM, masih kurangnya pendokumentasian dan perekaman kegiatan. Upaya mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut melalui pemahaman tentang sistem manajemen mutu ISO kepada semua warga sekolah baik oleh tim konsultan ISO maupun pihak internal, serta membuat sistem pengendalian rekaman yang dibakukan.   Kata kunci: implementasi, sistem manajemen mutu, ISO 9001:2008 ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to: 1) To know what are the things that must be met by SMA Batik 1 Surakarta as the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System,      2) To determine the implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in SMA Batik 1 Surakarta and 3) To know the factors supporting the implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in SMA Batik 1 Surakarta and efforts to optimize the supporting factors; 4) To identify factors inhibiting the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in SMA Batik 1 Surakarta as well as efforts to address the factors such inhibitors. This study is a qualitative study that uses data sources informants, where research, and documents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The validity of the triangulation of data sources, methods, and reviews.Data analysis with interactive models. The results showed that: 1) The requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System that has been filled by SMA Batik 1 Surakarta, namely: Scope of Application and Process Activities School, the Reference Set, term or definition, Quality Management System, Management Responsibility, Management Resources, Education Services Realisation, Measurement, Analysis and Improvement; 2) ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System implemented in their respective lines of work based on quality objectives have been previously formulated by management based on 8 principles; 3) Factors supporting the success of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in SMA Batik 1 Surakarta, namely: commitment and awareness of all citizens of the school, the quality of human resources, adequate infrastructure, and availability of funds. Efforts to optimize the supporting factors through understanding the importance of quality management, training / workshops, scholarships for teachers, as well as repair and procurement of school infrastructure; 4) Factors inhibiting the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in SMA Batik 1 Surakarta, namely: ignorance about the personnel ISO, the difficulty of changing the culture/customs of human resources, the lack of documentation and recording activities. Efforts to overcome these disincentives through an understanding of ISO quality management system to all citizens by both the school and the team of internal consultants ISO, and create a standardized system of recording control.   Keywords: implementation, quality management systems, ISO 9001:2008

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada peningkatan prestasi belajar Akuntansi melalui model pembelajaranaktif Inquiring Minds Want To Knowpadasiswakelas X Akuntansi SMK Murni 2 Surakarta TahunAjaran 2012/2013.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (classroom action research).Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK Murni 2 Surakarta yang berjumlah 21 siswa.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan persentase tingkat kemampuan afektif, psikomotorik, dan kognitif siswa. Rata-rata persentase tingkat kemampuan afektif siswa pada siklus I sebesar 69,29% menjadi 78,10% pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 8,81%. Persentase tingkat kemampuan psikomotorik siswa 70,24% pada siklus I menjadi 77,38% pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 7,14%. Rata-rata nilai tingkat kemampuan kognitif siswa 69,42 pada siklus I menjadi 77,90 pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 8,48. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran aktif Inquiring Minds Want To Know dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar akuntansi (baik proses maupun hasil). Hal tersebut terefleksi dari beberapa indikator penilaian kemampuan siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dari setiap siklusnya.Kata kunci: pembelajaran aktif, Inquiring Minds Want To Know, prestasi belajar akuntansi.   ABSTRACTThe objective of research was to find out whether or not there is an improvement of Accounting learning achievement through inquiring minds want to know type of active learning model in the X Accounting graders of SMK Murni 2 Surakarta in the school year of 2012/2013. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of research was the X Accounting graders of SMK Murni 2 Surakarta consisting of 21 students. The result of research showed the increased percentage of affective, psychomotor, and cognitive ability levels among the students. The mean percentage affective level was 69.29% in cycle I and 78.10% in cycle II, increasing by 8.81%. The mean percentage of psychomotor ability was 70.24% in cycle I and 77.38% in cycle II, increasing by 7.14%. The mean percentage of cognitive ability was 69.42% in cycle I and 77.90% in cycle II, increasing by 8.48%. Considering the research conducted, it could be concluded that the inquiring minds want to know type of active learning model use could improve the accounting learning achievement (either process or product). It was reflected on several indicators of student ability assessment improving in each cycle. Keywords: active learning, inquiring minds want to know, accounting learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship spirit and entrepreneurship motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of Muria Kudus University students. The population consisted of 865 students who enrolled a compulsory students entrepreneurial skills training. The sample was 125 students. Data analysis was done using AMOS for (SEM) Structural Equation Modelling. The results showed thatentrepreneurship education had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurship spirit had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurship motivation. Entrepreneurihip spirit had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurship motivation. Abstract

The development of e-learning is necessary to support a conventional learningprocess and prepare media to create learning environment that is flexible and easy toaccess. It is expected that e-learning system can increase the frequency of learningprocess, enrich learning materials, and increase student participation in learning. Theobjective of this research is to find out the implementation of MOODLE - basedonline learning system at the Faculty of Curriculum and Educational Technology(Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan) at Semarang State University. The type ofresearch applied is Research and Development (Penelitian dan pengembangan). Theresults of the research shows that MOODLE - based E-learning wesbsite can beconsidered good. It can be seen from several aspects such as the look and content ofthe website, its implementation, institutional readiness, and facilities andinfrastructure. MOODLE - based E-learning website is recommended to achieve amodel of E-learning in a lecture, initiated by the provision of the media (online ElearningWebsite), and followed by socialization and training of applications.Kata Kunci: pembelajaran online, moodle
