Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 101886 Kiri Hilir Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 101886 Kiri Hilir Kabupaten Deli Serdang yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan lembar pengamatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata – rata mahasiswa sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah sebesar 64,6%. Setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata – rata sebesar 74,3% meningkat menjadi 86,8% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan data nilai rata–rata pemahaman konsep matematika siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II peningkatan yang terjadi sebesar 12,5%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa

Abstract

Dalam kelas pembelajaran matematika terlihat siswa bersikap pasif dan apabila diberi tugas siswa tidak berusaha menyelesaikan soal matematika tetapi menyalin hasil kerja temannya. Hal ini menunjukkan rendahnya kepercayaan diri matematis siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kepercayaan diri matematis siswa setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan melihat interaksi antara gender dan pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri matematis siswa. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimen semu dengan sampel penelitian ada dua kelompok yaitu kelompok siswa kelas VIII-5 sebanyak 36 siswa (22 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan) dan kelompok siswa kelas VIII-6 sebanyak 37 siswa (22 laki-laki dan 15 perempuan). Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran skala kepercayaan diri terhadap seluruh sampel penelitian, dilanjutkan dengan analisis data dengan anava dua jalur. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa (1) Siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih tinggi peningkatan kepercayaan diri matematisnya daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional (2) tidak terdapat interaksi antara gender dengan pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri matematis siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the feasibility of the LKPD (Student Worksheet) based on a scientific approach and the utilization (Student Worksheet) of the scientific-based LKPD. This research was conducted in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 200303 Bargottopong in learning science about natural events. One way that can be used to activate students and provide direct experience to students is by using LKPD (Student Worksheet). This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methodology. With the aim of knowing the feasibility and use of LKPD (Learning Worksheets) based on a scientific approach as teaching materials. Based on the results of the study seen from: (1) the suitability of the material with basic competencies showed 100% results, the suitability of the material with the goal shows 100% results, and the suitability of the material with the indicators shows the results of 87.5%. And for the feasibility of the language shows the results of 60% (2) The use of scientific-based LKPD (Student Worksheet) has a very positive effect, so it is feasible to be used in the implementation of learning in class V. In this context the teaching and learning process can generate desire, attraction, improve understanding, and learning outcomes, so that the learning process becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student creativity after the implementation of learning with the Project based Learning model and to see the interaction between initial abilities and learning to increase student creativity. The type of research used was a quasi-experimental with a sample of 25 students in class 5A in the experimental class and 29 students in class 5B in the control class. The instrument used is the observation sheet of student creativity. The instrument was prepared based on indicators of student creativity as many as 25 statements with four alternative answers. Data were obtained by observing using observation sheets of student creativity for all research samples. The data obtained were analyzed with two-way ANOVA. The results showed that (1) the increase in the creativity of students who received learning using the Project based Learning model was higher than students who received conventional learning in thematic learning (2) There was no interaction between initial abilities and learning towards increasing student creativity in thematic learning.

Abstract

Describing the ability of PGSD students to understand mathematical concepts in the subject of basic mathematical concepts, as well as identifying students' difficulties in these subjects are the basic objectives of this study. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. 23 students of the PGSD study program were used as subjects in this study. Data collection in this study used tests and documentation. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of data analysis obtained on the average score of students' ability to understand mathematical concepts is 60.35 so that they are grouped in the sufficient category. As for the details, there are 2 students in the very good category, 6 students in the good category, and 15 students in the sufficient category. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the ability to understand mathematical concepts of PGSD students in the subject of basic mathematical concepts is still in the sufficient category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning process of students and their difficulties as well as the factors that cause students' difficulties in learning mathematics on the material of fractional operations. This research was conducted at SD N 101893 Bangun Rejo. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by analyzing the data in the form of descriptive analysis. The instruments and data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, it is known that the mathematics learning process for fourth grade students in the material of fractional operations is not going well. During the learning process, students do not have interest and motivation in participating in the learning process. The difficulties experienced by students in participating in the mathematics learning process for fractional number operations are about multiplication and division of fractions, and it is difficult to distinguish between the numerator and denominator. Meanwhile, the factors that cause learning difficulties for fourth grade students come from internal factors and external factors. Internal factors, namely students' negative perspectives on mathematics lessons that are considered difficult and also there is no motivation in students to participate in the learning process. Meanwhile, from external factors, namely the community environment, such as student activities playing outside of school and also the use of mass media, such as cellphones and also games that are increasingly accessible, have a negative impact on students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Project Based Learning learning model on students' creativity on the theme of objects around us. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 067092 Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The instruments and data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. In the initial observation, it was known that from 19 students in class V, there were only 5 students who had high creativity, while the other 14 students still had low creativity. The application of the Project Based Learning learning model on the theme of objects around us in class V, namely making jumputan batik. From the project implemented, the fifth grade students were very enthusiastic about participating in the learning process. Student creativity has also increased from before the Project Based Learning model was used. This can be seen from how students are able to make motifs on jumputan batik according to their respective creativity. After the Project Based Learning learning model made jumputan batik, from a total of 19 students in class V, 13 students had high creativity. Only 6 students tend to have low creativity. From this it can be said that the Project Based Learning learning model has a significant effect on the creativity of class V students

Abstract

This community partnership program (PKM) service activity is carried out with the aim of (1) providing knowledge and understanding to teachers regarding student worksheets (LKPD) with the project method starting from the planning, implementation and project-based assessment stages, (2) guiding teachers by providing assistance in making student worksheets (LKPD) using the project method, (3) training teacher creativity in developing learning tools. The PKM service partners are teachers at SDN No 106193 Bakaran Batu Kec. Mirror beach. The method used in this activity is training, discussion, mentoring. This activity was held in September 2022. Training and discussions were held for 2 days at SDN No 106193 Bakaran Batu followed by 1 month of mentoring. The outputs achieved from the results of community service activities that have been carried out at SDN No 106193 Bakaran Batu Kec. Pantaimirmiri is that teachers understand about making student worksheets (LKPD) with the project method, teachers succeed in making student worksheets (LKPD) with the project method, teachers can design learning tools well, especially making LKPD with the project method and apply it in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelittian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perancangan Media Pembelajaran Matematika dengan Adobe Flash CS 6 pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan yang layak digunakan di Kelas I SDS Al Washliyah Citaman Jernih. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RD) menggunakan model pengembangan level 1 (meneliti tanpa menguji). Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Angket ditujukan kepada validator ahli materi dan validator ahli media. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang dilakukan oleh validator terhadap produk perancangan media pembelajaran animasi pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan memiliki kualitas dengan kriteria “sangat kuat” dibuktikan dengan hasil validasi dari beberapa ahli meliputi ahli materi memperoleh penilaian 88% dengan kriteria “sangat kuat” , dan ahli media memperoleh nilai penilaian 96% denga kriteria “sangat kuat”. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran animasi matematika materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model Inquiry pada tema 6 energi dan perubahannya di kelas III UPT SDN 060823 Medan Amplas. (2) mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajar peserta didik pada tema 6 energi dan perubahannya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Inquiry. (3) mengetahui hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan mengunakan model Inquiry di kelas III pada tema 6 energi dan perubahannya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian studi pustaka dengan menggunakan instrumen observasi,wawancara dan dokumentadi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan seluruh siswa yang ada dikelas III UPT SDN 060823. Hasil penemuan yang ditemukan oleh peneliti pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Inquirysudah cukup baik, terlihat dari kesesuaian guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran Inquiry berdasarkan respon dan aktivitas belajar siswa. Hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model Inquiry juga sudah cukup baik dengan nilai persentase 69% dari skala 100%. Namun terdapat beberapa hambatan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran Inquiry masih ada beberapa siswa yang kesulitan memahami materi dan penugasan serta kurang konsentrasi pada proses pembelajaran berlangsung.
