<![CDATA[Game mungkin bukan hal yang baru bagi perpustakaan di Indonesia. Bentuk pemanfaatan game di perpustakaan di Indonesia biasanya berupa quiz dalam kegiatan orientasi perpustakaan. Namun sebenarnya aplikasi game di kegiatan perpustakaan bisa jauh lebih luas daripada itu, termasuk dalam kegiatan pengajaran literasi informasi. Prinsip-prinsip game dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan pengajaran literasi informasi agar kegiatan ini lebih menarik bagi pemustaka dan sekaligus membuat para pemustaka lebih terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip game dalam kegiatan yang bukan merupakan kegiatan bermain ini dikenal dengan istilah Gamification. Gamification merupakan tren yang kian meluas dan kian mendapat tempat, tidak hanya di dunia pendidikan, pengembangan personal maupun dunia bisnis. Mengingat manfaat yang bisa dipetik dari Gamification, maka perpustakaan juga perlu belajar bagaimana mengaplikasikannya dalam dunia perpustakaan, terutama untuk pengembangan fungsi pendidikan, yakni pengajaran literasi informasi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability on firm value. The independent variables in this study are dividend policy as measured by the dividend payout ratio, debt policy as measured by the debt to equity ratio, and profitability as measured by return on assets. The dependent variable in this study is firm value as measured by Tobins'q. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples using certain criteria. The form of this research is quantitative. The data analysis technique was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this study are dividend policy and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. While the debt policy has no significant effect on firm value.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effectiveness of village fund management in Gapluk Village infrastructure development. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques, interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are that all processes of managing village funds in the development of village funds in Gapluk Village starting from the planning, management to monitoring stages have been running effectively because the implementation is in accordance with applicable regulations and involves the local community in every stage of village fund management.]]>

<![CDATA[. The purpose of this study is to determine the calculation of income tax (PPh 4 paragraph 2 and PPh Article 23) on construction services at CV. Pratama Karya Mandiri. Data collection techniques are obtained through a descriptive approach which aims to find out the problem being solved so that an overview of the problem being studied is obtained. Using data in the form of gross income recapitulation, the type of research used is qualitative research. This qualitative research is conducted on scientific objects that develop, and are not manipulated by researchers and the dynamics of these objects are not affected by the presence of researchers.The results of this study indicate that the taxation calculations carried out by CV. Pratama Karya Mandiri related to Income Tax on construction services is in accordance with the latest tax regulations, especially in terms of tax rates.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analysis the soundness level of banks using the RGEC method at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2018-2021. The data studied is in the form of financial statements of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for 2018-2021. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique using the RGEC method. The results of this research show that Bank Mandiri for 2018-2021 is viewed from the aspect of risk profile with two ratios, namely the ratio of Non-Performing Loans for banks in a healthy condition and the ratio of Loan to Deposit Ratio for banks in a fairly healthy condition. Aspects of Good Corporate Governance get the title of very healthy. Earnings aspect with two ratios, namely the ratio of the bank's Return on Assets in a very healthy condition and the ratio of the bank's Net Interest Margin in a healthy condition. Aspects of Capital with the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio of the bank is in very healthy condition.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to identify the procedure for budgeting direct labor wages of the convection division at PT Wijaya Tirta Makmur. This type of research uses qualitative research. This study used primary data and secondary data. From the observations that have been made, it can be seen that all staff, both office and production, both have an important role in the production process.The results of this study show that the wage system used by PT Wijaya Tirta Makmur for convection division is a wage system based on the number of units of output which can certainly increase company productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vehicle tax and price on the purchasing power of four-wheeled vehicles in the city of Surabaya. This type of research uses quantitative research. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used in this study is probability / random sampling technique using the slovin formula, so that the number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that vehicle taxes and prices have an effect on the purchasing power of four-wheeled vehicles in the Surabaya city area, vehicle taxes and prices have a simultaneous effect on the purchasing power of four-wheeled vehicles in the Surabaya city area with R square values of 62.9% and 37.1 % influenced by other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the study was to analyse the effect of advertising effectiveness, brand preference, and beauty on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products in Generation Z in Tuban Regency. This type of quantitative research. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The non-probability sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique, using the slovin formula to calculate the sample so that 100 respondents were determined. The results of the research on the t test and F test show that advertising effectiveness, brand preferences, and beauty influencers influence the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening products in generation z in Tuban Regency. R Square results of 42.3% and 57.7% are influenced by other variables.]]>
