Abstract

Reading is an important language skill for students. Through reading, students are able to get  lots  of  information from various  reading sources. However, after observation and interview  are  conducted, it shows that the ability of interpretative  reading comprehension for the students still needs to be improved. Therefore,  the  researcher thinks that the improvement of the students’ ability in interpretative reading comprehension can be done by using constructivism approach.In relation with the effort to improve the ability in interpretative reading comprehension, the specific problem limitation studied is as follow. How far is the implementation of constructivism approach in pre reading stage, while reading stage, and post reading stage can improve the ability of interpretative reading comprehension for the students of the grade? In accordance with it, the specific objective of this research is to describe the implementation of constructivism approach in pre reading stage, while reading stage, and post reading stage.Keywords: Constructivism  approach, interpretative reading comprehension

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of promotion and consumer buying interest on purchasing decisions at Lotte Mart Marvell City Surabaya. The population and sample of this research are HRD and Consumers of Lotte Mart Marvell City. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis technique. In quantitative descriptive analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis were carried out. The results of this study are, the f test has a significance value of 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05. The f test results are declared feasible because they are less than 0.05 (5%). The results of the t-test value on the promotion variable (X1) are 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05 (partially influential) and the t-count value proved positive at 3.610. It can be concluded from the two hypotheses, namely H1: "Promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions." While the consumer buying interest variable (X2) can be seen the significance value of 0.072 which means more than 0.05 (.0.05), H2 "Consumer buying interest has no significant effect on purchasing decisions".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability on firm value. The independent variables in this study are dividend policy as measured by the dividend payout ratio, debt policy as measured by the debt to equity ratio, and profitability as measured by return on assets. The dependent variable in this study is firm value as measured by Tobins'q. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples using certain criteria. The form of this research is quantitative. The data analysis technique was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this study are dividend policy and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. While the debt policy has no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The Kiai's strategy has an important role in Islamic boarding schools to realize the goals and achieve a vision and mission of Islamic boarding schools. What is the kiai's strategy in developing the education system and what is the kiai's strategy in implementing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization. As well as knowing the nature, history, characteristics, education system, functions and goals in realizing this. There are two focuses of this research, namely: 1). What is the kiai's strategy in developing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization? 2). What is the kiai's strategy in implementing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization? 3). Why the Al-Yasini Integrated Islamic Boarding School must develop a salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization. In this study, the author uses a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data by means of triangulation. The results of the research found at the research site indicate that the kiai's strategy in developing the Salafiyah pesantren education system in the midst of modernization (a case study at PP Terpadu Al-Yasini Pasuruan) is going well. The policy carried out by the kiai is to require participation in all formal and non-formal activities.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are, the first, to describe the integrative curriculum planning of madrasah and pesantren in MAN 2 Pasuruan. Secondly, to describe the implementation of an integrative curriculum of madrasah and pesantren in MAN 2 Pasuruan, and thirdly, to describe an integrative curriculum evaluation of madrasah and pesantren in MAN 2 Pasuruan. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study type research at MAN 2 Pasuruan. The data collection is conducted with observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, drawing conclusion and verification. The results of the research in MAN 2 Pasuruan are: 1) integrative curriculum plannings of madrasah and pesantren are applied by: a) curriculum objectives integration and b) integration of organization of curriculum content. 2) Implementations of integrative curriculum madrasah and pesantren are done by: a) integration of program implementation of the curriculum and b) integration of curriculum implementation supervision. 3) Evaluation of integrative curriculum madrasah and pesantren is done by evaluate the curriculum in coordination between madrasah and pesantren, which include: a) evaluation of curriculum context, b) evaluation of curriculum input, c) evaluation of curriculum process and d) evaluation of the curriculum products.

Abstract

This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method approach, regarding: 1. How is the influence of the principal's professional competence on student learning motivation? 2. How is the effect of teacher professional competence on student learning motivation? 3. How is the effect of the professional competence of principals and teachers simultaneously on student motivation? The data collection technique used is to provide a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer them with questionnaire instruments (questionnaires),observation sheets and documents that have previously been validated and reliably. Data analysis uses data description, analysis prerequisite tests consisting of tests of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity, as well as testing data hypotheses consisting of simple and multiple regressions. The results of the study found that: (1) The effect of the principal's professional competence on student learning motivation at the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School is 36.1% with t count 3,977> t table 2,051, (2) The effect of teacher professional competence on student learning motivation in Junior High School Based on Amanat Umat Islamic Boarding School 34.4% with t count 3.85> t table 2.051, and (3) the simultaneous influence of school and teacher professional competence on student learning motivation in Amanatul Ummah Islamic Junior High School is 55% with count 16.52> f table 3,350.

Abstract

Peneliti ini membahas pembelajaran ilmu nahwu dan shorrof dengan metode yassarna. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pengasuh ponpes, guru/ustadz, dan santri. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi: 1) Bagaimana rencana pembelajaran ilmu nahwu dan shorrof dengan metode yassarna pada santri di Ponpes As Salafiyah Al Hamidiyah Bulurejo Jombang? 2) pembelajaran ilmu nahwu dan shorrof dengan metode yassarna pada santri di Ponpes As Salafiyah Al Hamidiyah Bulurejo Jombang? 3) apa implikasi pembelajaran ilmu nahwu dan shorrof dengan metode yassarna pada santri di Ponpes As Salafiyah Al Hamidiyah Bulurejo Jombang?. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini 1) perencanaan pembelajaran ilmu nahwu dan shorrof dengan metode yassarna pada santri di Ponpes As Salafiyah Al Hamidiyah Bulurejo Jombang 2) pembelajaran ilmu nahwu dan shorrof dengan metode yassarna pada santri di Ponpes As Salafiyah Al Hamidiyah Bulurejo Jombang 3) implikasi pembelajaran ilmu nahwu dan shorrof dengan metode yassarna pada santri di Ponpes As Salafiyah Al Hamidiyah Bulurejo Jombang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, analisis data dilakukan sejak peneliti mentukan fokus penelitian sampai menyusun laporan penelitian. Terdapat tiga alur dalam kegiatan analisis penelitian kualitatif yang terjadi secara bersamaa, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan atau dapat disebut dengan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) pembelajaran ilmu nahwu dan shorrof dengan metode yassarna dilakukan dengan cara adanya pengetsan terlebih dahulu (2) Pembelajaran ilmu nahwu dan shorrof dengan metode Yassarna menggunakan lagu-lagu metode yassarna. (3) adanya arahan-arahan terhadap santri untuk senantiasa mengulangi materi pembelajaran yang sudah dipelajarinya.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran PAI berbasis humanis di SDN Wangkalwetan menunjukkan pendekatan yang reflektif, kontekstual, dan bernilai spiritual, yang secara nyata mendukung perkembangan sikap sosial dan spiritual siswa. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI berbasis humanis di SDN Wangkalwetan telah dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh melalui: Penciptaan suasana yang nyaman dan religius, Metode yang menyentuh sisi emosional dan sosial siswa, Pembiasaan sikap spiritual dan akhlak melalui aktivitas nyata. (3) Keberhasilan pembelajaran PAI berbasis humanis salah satunya mengalami peningkatan dalam kesalehan individu (sikap spiritual) tetapi juga dalam kesalehan sosial.
