Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intensitas input media sosial dan engagement rate media sosial terhadap ROA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari periode 2021 sampai dengan 2023. Berdasarkan hasil dari kriteria pemilihan sampel penelitian maka terdapat 16 bank yang menjadi sampel penelitian untuk tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2023. Data intensitas input media sosial maupun engagement rate media sosial diperoleh dari hasil scrapping data Instagram di apify untuk 16 bank yang menjadi sampel penelitian, sedangkan data ROA diperoleh dari laporan keuangan bank. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 23, intensitas input media sosial maupun engagement rate media sosial tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA.

Abstract

Introduction/main objectives: One of sectors massively contributing in the economy of Ambon city is fishery and marine. Nevertheless, fishermen, who have important roles in the business of catching and marketing fishes in markets, relatively live in poverty despite their daily efforts. This study aims to investigate how fishermen utilize resources and capabilities to sail. Background Problems: enormous fish demands in Ambon city should be the point of advantages for fishermen. Further, these requests are because the main consumption of the people of Ambon city is fish. Novelty: This research pictures fishermen lives through economic aspects widely to guideline in exploiting the benefits of fish sales. This situation encourages researchers to find out how fishermen achieve competitive excellence in their businesses. Research Methods: this study employs mixed method approaches through questionnaires, intensive interviews, and observation towards fishermen in the villages of Eri, Air Louw, Latuhalat, and Seri. Data were analyzed with SPSS 17. Findings/Results: Study findings indicate that resources and capability of fishermen significantly influence their competitiveness. The greater their competences are, the higher the selling rates are, and within a long term their eagerness will develop. Conclusion: the more excellent resources used in sailing are, the better fishermen’s keenness is. The more their capabilities are, the higher marketing rates are, and within long period of time their ambitions will improve. Small profits are induced by insufficient fishing tools and equipment used compared with fishermen from different regions. Moreover, poor bargaining position of fishermen compared with bidders in markets eliminates their controls to determine market selling prices. The implication is local government must organize policy focusing on increasing fishermen’s resources and capabilities. Furthermore, regulations are required to fix fish values in open markets to give controls to fishermen. In long term, fishers do not only focus on consumption needs but also on allocation of savings and investments

Abstract

The government is very optimistic about developing MSMEs by utilizing technological advances. One method taken is to use applications in preparing financial reports. The preparation of financial reports begins with identifying economic events to presenting information for economic decision making. The LAMIKRO application is based on SAK EMKM (Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities) which must be met by MSMEs in preparing financial reports. With this activity, it is hoped that it can help MSME actors to be able to prepare financial reports based on the LAMIKRO application. The method used is by providing tutorials and assistance to MSME actors. This activity received a good response from partners and MSME actors so that they were very enthusiastic in participating in this activity. It is hoped that in the future it can provide an understanding of other themes that can be implemented by MSME actors in order to develop their businesses.

Abstract

Kesadaran yang rendah dalam mengelola sampah anorganik dapat menjadi salah satu penyebab dari munculnya berbagai masalah mulai dari bencana alam, penyebaran penyakit dan   pencemaran lingkungan sehingga dapat   mengganggu   kehidupan masyarakat. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka PKM ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran pengelolaan sampah anorganik hingga dapat mencapai ekonomi sirkular. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para murid SMP Negeri 85 Maluku Tengah yang termasuk dalam kategori mitra masyarakat tidak produktif. Untuk mencapai tujuan PKM menggunakan metode Participatory   Action   Research dengan tahapan antara lain sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan, penerapan teknologi dalam bentuk pembuatan mainan kunci dari tutup botol plastik, pendampingan dan evaluasi, keberlanjutan program. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini tampak dari hasil pre-test dan post-test dalam bentuk permainan kesadaran pemilahan sampah yang menunjukkan rata-rata perubahan kesadaran pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan dalam bentuk pengetahuan sebesar 15%. Selain itu pendampingan juga berhasil menumbuhkan kesadaran pengelolaan sampah dalam bentuk keterampilan pembuatan olahan sampah anorganik bernilai ekonomi sebanyak 6 produk kreatif daur ulang. Kegiatan PKM ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa pendampingan dalam bentuk pemberian edukasi dan pemberian keterampilan secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mendorong tindakan nyata siswa dalam mengubah sampah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi yang merupakan langkah kunci menuju ekonomi sirkular.

Abstract

Inventory management is a crucial aspect of any company that needs to be managed well. However, it has been discovered that at PT Araz Inti Line, only one employee is responsible for inventory entering and leaving the warehouse. This poses a risk of inventory discrepancies or loss. As a result, this research aims to analyze the implementation of the inventory receipt and expenditure information systems at PT Araz Inti Line. Qualitative data from primary sources such as interviews and observations and secondary sources such as documentation of inventory accounting information systems were used in conducting this research. The research methodology utilized descriptive data analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the receiving and releasing of goods at PT Araz Inti Line are not adequately implemented. There is a lack of proper segregation of duties for recording inventory in physical and rupiah terms. Additionally, essential documents such as goods receipt reports are found absent.

Abstract

Rouze Fashion is a start-up MSME with a hybrid B2B2C business model that combines e-commerce-based procurement and local social networks in areas far from shopping centers, thus requiring the right strategy to maintain competitiveness and business sustainability. This study aims to analyze the right strategy formulation to keep Rouze Fashion growing sustainably. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with primary data derived from interviews and questionnaires with business owners. Data analysis techniques use Strength, Weakness, Opportunity & Threat (SWOT) analysis to identify internal and external factors, as well as Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to determine the main strategies. The results show that there are three priority strategies that Rouze Fashion must implement, namely maintaining sales based on local trends and culture, optimizing procurement through controlled e-commerce suppliers, and implementing performance-based incentives for third parties. These three strategies are able to address challenges related to supply variability, distribution coordination, and cash flow stability. Practically, these findings can be used as a guide for similar MSMEs, while theoretically, this research enriches the study of Resource Based View (RBV), Transaction Cost Economics (TCE), and Agency Theory in the context of hybrid supply chains.

Abstract

Background: This community service addresses the economic challenges faced by fishermen, who are highly dependent on unpredictable sea conditions, leading to difficulties in controlling operational costs and predicting sales. The program specifically focuses on empowering the women fish sellers (Papalele) in the community by introducing digital tools to enhance market access and sales efficiency. Purpose of the Study: The aim is to train Papalele women to utilize the SIPIKANSERI website for selling fish. The objectives are to improve their digital literacy, increase sales efficiency, expand their market reach, and ultimately contribute to the economic empowerment of the fishing community. Methods: The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, structured into four sequential stages: socialization, training, mentoring/assistance, and evaluation. Results: The activity yielded positive outcomes: 1) Post-training assessments showed an improved understanding of the website among participants. 2) Post-mentoring evaluations indicated an increased practical ability to operate key website features, though initial adoption was modest (3 out of 25 trained members actively utilized the platform). 3) The program led to increased efficiency and empowerment, with users saving on selling time, consumption costs, and product unloading costs. 4) It successfully expanded the market reach, attracting customers from various areas such as Passo, Lateri, and Gunung Nona.
