Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi tokoh masyarakat dalam kewaspadaan penyalahgunaan narkotika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi tokoh masyarakat di Kelurahan Timbangan berjumlah 205 dan diambil sampel berjumlah 65 orang dengan teknik purposivesampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi tokoh masyarakat dalam kewaspadaan penyalahgunaan narkotika tergolong tinggi. Bentuk partisipasi tokoh masyarakat dalam kewaspadaan penyalahgunaan narkotika yaitu terlibat dalam kegiatan sosialisasi penyalahgunaan narkotika, melaporkan kepada pihak berwajib mengenai kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika, terlibat dalam kegiatan keagamaan sebagai penguatan karakter, dan berperan aktif dalam menyampaikan saran mengenai bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika kepada masyarakat maupun kepada penegak hukum/BNN. Dapat disimpulkkan bahwa tokoh masyarakat sudah  memiliki kesadaran dan kewaspadaan yang tinggi mengenai bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the participation of public figures in the vigilance of narcotics abuse. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection methods used were observation, questionnaire and documentation. Population of community leaders in Timbangan village amount of 205 and was taken sample 65 people with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the participation of public figures in the vigilance of narcotics abuse is high. The form of participation of public figures in the vigilance of narcotics abuse is involved in the socialization activities of narcotics abuse, reporting to the authorities regarding narcotics abuse cases, involved in religious activities as strengthening the character, and taking an active role in advising the danger of narcotics abuse to the community or law enforcement / BNN. As a conclution that the community leaders already have high awareness and awareness about the dangers of drug abuse.

Abstract

The waste problem is a classic problem that is quite difficult to solve. This article aims to discuss the role of the bank sampah Bumi Inspirasi as an effort to empower the community in supporting the KANG PISMAN policy. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a logical analysis model. The findings show that the community empowerment carried out by the bank sampah Bumi Inspirasi has been carried out in a sustainable manner and with sufficiently optimal results, but is still constrained by several obstacles such as a lack of infrastructure and support from the government and the private companies. The implication of this finding is that the bank sampah is one of the institutions that will strongly support government programs in realizing less waste city if the cooperation between stakeholders is well established.Keywords: Community Empowerment, Bank Sampah, Waste Management

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 tidak hanya berdampak serius bagi sektor kesehatan tetapi juga membuat sektor ekonomi sangat terpuruk. Banyak masyarakat kehilangan pekerjaan bahkan tidak sedikit yang akhirnya menutup usahanya. Salah satu solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah dengan adanya program pemberdayaan kewirausahaan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas solusi dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat serta berbagai model pemberdayaan kewirausahaan masyarakat di masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan menghimpun dari berbagai artikel yang relevan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai artikel yang membahas mengenai pemberdayaan ekonomi rakyat di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai solusi dalam membantu memulihkan ekonomi masyarakat di masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu dengan memanfaatkan bantuan stimulus dari pemerintah (top down) maupun program pemberdayaan kewirausahaan yang lahir dari masyarakat itu sendiri (bottom up). Selain itu berbagai model pemberdayaan kewirausahaan mandiri masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai potensi yang ada sangat membantu mendorong perekonomian masyarakat. Implikasi temuan yaitu model pemberdayaan kewirausahaan sangat menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat menjadi landasan maupun inspirasi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Community Entrepreneurship Empowerment Model during the Covid-19 Pandemic: A Literature ReviewAbstract: The Covid-19 pandemic not only had a serious impact on the health sector but also made the economic sector very badly affected. Many people lost their jobs, and even a few ended up closing their businesses. One solution to this problem is the existence of an entrepreneurial empowerment program. This article aims to discuss solutions in building community economic independence as well as various models of community entrepreneurial empowerment during the Covid-19 pandemic by compiling various relevant articles. This research method used literature studies by analyzing various articles that discuss the economic empowerment of the people during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results show that there are various solutions to help the community's economic recovery during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by utilizing stimulus from the government (top down) and entrepreneurial empowerment programs created by the community itself (bottom up). In addition, various models of community-driven entrepreneurial empowerment that are implemented by utilizing various existing potentials are very helpful in encouraging the community's economy. The implication of these findings is that the entrepreneurial empowerment model is very interesting for further research to be carried out so that it can be a foundation and inspiration to improve the community's economy during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to explore child protection policies in education in Southeast Asia. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research examines policy implementation strategies and the challenges faced. Data sources were obtained from journals indexed in the Scopus and Google Scholar databases with a publication period of 2020-2024, and selection criteria were based on the PRISMA method. The research results show that child protection policies in education require a holistic approach that involves collaboration between government, educational institutions and society. Key findings include the need to strengthen regulations, socio-economic support for families, and safe and inclusive learning environments. The main challenges faced include unequal access to education, lack of resources in  remote areas, and weak law enforcement against child exploitation. The original  value of this research lies in its focus on Southeast Asia, providing comprehensive insight into the regional context of child protection. Recommendations for future research include developing policies that are more responsive to socio-political dynamics and economic conditions in the region, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of child protection in the digital era.
