Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tuntutan yang harus dimiliki oleh pendamping desa dalam peranannya untuk melakukan pemberdayaan di masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan bantuan operasional dana desa sebagai penunjang dalam melaksanakan tugas memberdayakan masyarakat desa Cimeuhmal. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran dari pendamping desa dalam meningkatkan kemandirian berwirausaha masyarakat, langkah-langkah pendamping desa dalam meningkatkan kemandirian berwirausaha, dan kemandirian berwirausaha masyarakat sebagai hasil pendampingan melalui program dana desa. Landasan teori dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat, konsep pendampingan, konsep dana desa, konsep pengelolaan program. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlahh 5 orang yakni satu pendamping local desa, 2 orang warga binaan, 2 orang aparatur pemerintahan desa. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, berkaitan dengan peran utama dari pendamping desa dalam meningkatkan kemandirian berwirausaha dapat ditentukan bahwa: 1) Peran pendamping desa dalam meningkatkan kemandirian berwirausaha terdapat beberapa indikator dalam peran yakni fasilitator, motivator, supervisor, komunikator dan administrator. 2) Langkah-langkah pendamping desa dalam meningkatkan kemandirian berwirausaha masyarakat dapat di tentukan dalam pelaksanaan pendampingan yaitu antara lain perencanaan pendampingan dengan melakukan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pelaksanaan sebagai penyelenggara program pendampingan, kemudian evaluasi sebagai bentuk mengetahui dan mengukur keberhasilan program. 3) kemandirian berwirausaha masyarakat sebagai hasil pendampingan melalui program dana desa sebagai bentuk pencapaian dari keberhasilan program pendampingan pada masyarakat yang dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek yakni memiliki rasa tanggung jawab, tidak bergantung pada orang lain, mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pokok, memiliki etos kerja, disiplin, kemudian berani dalam mengambil sebuah resiko dalam menjalankan usaha.

Abstract

Dalam masa pandemi covid-19 ini penggunaan teknologi online merupakan suatu langkah alternatif yang dapat digunakan dalam menjalankan berbagai aktivitas salah satunya adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara online. Desain pelatihan berbasis teknologi online pada kegiatan pelatihan manajerial pengelola PKBM Kota Bandung merupakan suatu rancangan kegiatan pelatihan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi yang dilaksanakan secara online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana perencanaan pada pelatihan berbasis teknologi online dalam meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial pengelola PKBM di Kota Bandung. 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana rancangan pembelajaran pada pelatihan berbasis teknologi online dalam meningkat kompetensi manajerial pengelola PKBM di Kota Bandung. 3) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana rancangan evaluasi pada desain pelatihan berbasis teknologi online dalam meningkat kompetensi manajerial pengelola PKBM di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini berjumlah lima orang yang terdiri atas penyelenggara, tiga peserta, dan narasumber. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa 1) penyelenggara sudah membuat perencanaan pelatihan online sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta, tetapi masih perlu peningkatan karena ada beberapa aspek yang tidak terdapat dalam perencanaan pelatihan terutama dalam melaporkan hasil identifikasi dan analisis kebutuhan. 2) penyelenggara kurang merencanakan pembelajaran secara online dan masih melewatkan beberapa hal penting seperti tidak adanya tujuan pembelajaran dan juga silabus pelatihan. 3) rencana evaluasi yang dibuat oleh penyelenggara dengan menggunakan google form, tetapi masih belum ada tindak lanjut dari kegiatan pelatihan manajerial tersebut.

Abstract

The waste problem is a classic problem that is quite difficult to solve. This article aims to discuss the role of the bank sampah Bumi Inspirasi as an effort to empower the community in supporting the KANG PISMAN policy. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a logical analysis model. The findings show that the community empowerment carried out by the bank sampah Bumi Inspirasi has been carried out in a sustainable manner and with sufficiently optimal results, but is still constrained by several obstacles such as a lack of infrastructure and support from the government and the private companies. The implication of this finding is that the bank sampah is one of the institutions that will strongly support government programs in realizing less waste city if the cooperation between stakeholders is well established.Keywords: Community Empowerment, Bank Sampah, Waste Management

Abstract

Prenatal stimulation is an adult's conscious effort to develop all of each person's potential to develop optimally, in sync with the development of each child. Ideally both parent and mother can implement child stimulation within the womb. However, parents have been found to have a roadblock to application of prenatal stimulation, a lack of family social support. Benefits derived, along with parents knowing information related to stimulating children in prenatal times, parents may also become cadres that can eventually cross one another. A common goal in this study is to analyze the behavior of core family members in stimulating the development of children made by both father and mother. The study used a quantitative descriptive method using the survey method using a targeted sample of 150 domestic heads (KK). Research indicates that most parents have prenatal child stimulation behaviors, especially with 100% or total parental physical stimulation. Much of the behavior that has been done is religious and immoral by 97%, mothers' health stimulation by 80%, 61% cognitive stimulation, and a small percentage go through art of 41%. The medical condition of an expectant mother is affected by the emotional social condition of 59% of cravings and stress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dimensions of social change in women's groups, through training and multistakeholder collaboration on the formation of Kampung Perca in Sindangsari Village, Bogor. The women in the City of Rain have shown their participation so that they find ways out of the impact of Covid-19 through the production of creative businesses in the form of patchwork crafts which begin with sewing training. This business is growing and its products are in demand by many people. Plus the collaboration of various actors and parties, such as the Bogor City Government and West Java Province as well as the business world, so that this village in Sindangsari becomes Kampung Perca, a thematic village. Results of this study; First, initiatives and decision-making processes are carried out by the women's own community. Second, ability improvement through training. Third, the approach taken adapts to local conditions, where a lot of fabric waste/waste originating from factories and convection has not been utilized in the Sindangsari area. Fourth, in carrying out community development and empowerment, it is emphasized through a social learning process in which there is collaborative interaction between the bureaucracy and the community starting from the planning process to evaluation by underpinning mutual learning. And, fifth, the establishment of a network process between the bureaucracy and non-governmental organizations, independent traditional organizational units.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze digital parenting behavior in the context of lifelong learning for parents of teenagers. The method used a literature study to collect and analyze related research results. The analysis concludes that the digital era brings both benefits and challenges for parents in educating their children. Children are exposed to digital tools that can sometimes cause negative impacts such as excessive screen use and addiction. However, parents can adapt their parenting by monitoring their children's use of digital devices, setting appropriate limits, and communicating effectively with their children. Lifelong learning is also important for parents, as they can use digital tools to access information and resources to improve their parenting skills. It is important for parents to be aware of the risks and benefits of technology and actively engage in lifelong learning to ensure the healthy development of their children in the digital age.

Abstract

Human resource development aims to increase their abilities so that they can be used in the industrial world and help them do their jobs through the education process. Human resource development is a systematic and planned activity aimed at developing employees to improve the skills and competencies needed according to work demands, both now and in the future. The lack of human resources will result in an increase in the number of unemployed in Indonesia, because one of the factors for the increase in unemployment is caused by a decrease in the quality of human resources, making it difficult to get a job due to a lack of expertise in work needs. In facing the world of work and industry, the government provides answers related to current problems with the Link and match policy. This link and match policy creates graduates with expertise and skills in working in accordance with industry standards and the world of work and this policy can be applied to non-formal education such as courses and training institutions or other similar units.

Abstract

The community empowerment approach is closely related to increasing income to meet the necessities of life. This study aims to describe aspects of community empowerment in the development of a digital economy for local women's communities. This study uses a qualitative approach, with interviews, documentation, and observation techniques. The research results show that the success of the women's empowerment program is influenced by the level of women's digital literacy and is motivated by the urgency of family income problems in order to make ends meet. Home industrial products can be bought and sold online, supported by the implementation of digital marketing training programs, so that the women's community can manage their business well. The conclusion of this research states that the digital homes industry is effective for developing into an informal economic sector and needs to be supported by standardized government legality such as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The importance of empowering local women in the digital economy as a means to increase family income is emphasized, highlighting the need for digital literacy and appropriate government regulations.

Abstract

MSME facilitators are crucial in supporting the region's development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. MSME companions represent the 17th SDGS goal, namely partnerships to achieve goals (partnerships for the goals). This research aims to determine the effectiveness of learning exchange: The role of UMKM Facilitator in the CIKEPO Community of Cimahi City. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach—data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. MSME Facilitators have a role in encouraging awareness of MSME players in following the learning exchange process, which can improve skills. Also, MSME Facilitators provide education and training for MSME owners, including business management, marketing, and understanding local business regulations. Apart from that, MSME mentors also provide individual business guidance to help MSME owners identify potential and overcome the challenges they face.Keywords: MSME Companion, Learning Exchange

Abstract

Translator   Translator   Empowered women are agents of social change that starts with changes at the level of the individual, the family and then in the community where she lives and interacts. Similarly, in efforts to reduce poverty in rural areas, where a number of development actors jointly play a role in creating ecosystems that support the formation of women in the context of increasing women's economic productivity through the development of home industries.. The study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques of interviews, observations and documentation, attended by five informants at the An-Nur Community Learning Center.  Research results show that the digitization of the household industry is a breakthrough in ensuring that the activity and productivity of the home industry continues through digitization to facilitate product marketing access. This effort is a process of empowering women in the countryside, as the terminology of digitalization requires skills in using the Internet and other applications that are electronic or digital. The study concludes that the role of multi-stakeholder partnerships can accelerate the digitization of the home industry which opens up opportunities to acquire wider knowledge of skills for women with existing internet connections.
