Health education plays a crucial role in increasing public awareness and promoting behaviors that facilitate early prevention through adopting a healthy lifestyle, adhering to medication regimens, and engaging in routine blood pressure monitoring. Objective: to increase public knowledge and awareness about preventing hypertension complications through providing health education. Method: The method of health education uses interactive lectures, discussions, and the distribution of educational leaflets. Participants were the congregation of the Al Jannah Mojosongo mosque ta'lim assembly. Results: showed an increase in participants' knowledge about hypertension, its complications, and prevention efforts. Participants also stated that they were more motivated to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors and have their blood pressure checked regularly. Conclusion: Providing health education has been proven effective in increasing public knowledge about preventing hypertension complications.

Abstract

Abstract Background: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is the primary lifesaving measure for patients experiencing cardiac arrest, and emergency nurses play a central role in its implementation. Nurses' experience in performing CPR is a critical factor influencing resuscitation quality, clinical decision-making, and patient outcomes. However, this experience is often influenced by various factors such as clinical competence, training availability, psychological well-being, team dynamics, and work environment. Objective: This article aims to identify and analyze the experiences of emergency nurses in performing CPR on cardiac arrest patients based on a literature review of various recent studies. Design: Literature review search using Google Scholar electronic database, Science Direct published in 2020-2025 with search keywords emergency OR Emergency AND Nurse OR Nurse AND CPR OR CPR AND Cardiac Arrest OR Cardiac Arrest. Inclusion Criteria are Journals related to Emergency Nursing Experience &Journals discussing cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Data analysis involved critical appraisal, skimming, and scanning, separating irrelevant articles from relevant ones. Results: There were 6 articles found that were in accordance with the topic, and through review, it was found that they showed that the literature review indicates that emergency nurses' experience in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on cardiac arrest patients is influenced by a combination of technical skills, psychological preparedness, the work environment, and ongoing training. Conclusion: Emergency nurse experience is a key element in the successful implementation of CPR on cardiac arrest patients. Strengthening the capacity of nurses through education, training, and work environment support is a strategic step to improve the quality of emergency services and patient safety. Abstract

Background: Anxiety is a crucial issue in patients with cancer. Excessive and undetectable anxiety in cancer patients will contribute to the worsening of cancer patients' conditions. Therefore, nurses play a crucial role in providing anxiety first aid for cancer patients. Objective: The purpose of the study is to explore nurses’ experience in delivering anxiety first aid to patients with cancer. Method: This study utilized a descriptive qualitative design and reported following COREQ. The study was conducted in a public hospital in Surakarta, Indonesia. It included sixteen oncology nurses selected using a purposive sampling technique. Five head nurses participated in the focus group discussion, while the other eleven primary nurses conducted in-depth interviews. The focus group discussion lasted approximately 90 minutes, while each nurse's in-depth interview lasted approximately 60 minutes. The data analysis used the Colaizzi method. Results: The study indicated five themes, including 1) factors that cause anxiety, 2) psychosocial interventions for anxiety first aid, 3) peer support, 4) healthcare constraints, and 5) expectations for improving healthcare quality. Conclusion: The study highlighted factors that cause anxiety, psychosocial interventions for anxiety, first aid, peer support, treatment constraints, and expectations for improvement of health care services. To improve healthcare services for patients with cancer, it is important to establish a digital-based mental health support system, such as a friendly digital platform that serves as an instrument for healthcare providers to conduct timely and precise screenings and manage anxiety, thereby alleviating the burden of nurses' already considerable workloads.
