Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil pengamatan peneliti ketika melaksanakan wawancara kepada guru BK yang ada di SMPN 3 Pademawu. Menurutnya, permasalahan yang rentan dialami siswa di sana adalah ketidakmampuan berpikir positif mengenai permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan sekolah. seperti tidak mengerjakan PR, atribut tidak lengkap, terlambat sekolah, tidak menghadiri ekstrakurikuler dan lain-lain. Sikap seperti itu muncul karena kebanyakan dari mereka memiliki pemikiran yaitu mereka bersekolah yang penting lulus dan banyak dari mereka setelah itu tidak melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi.Permasalahan yang terjadi karena pikiran salah satu alternatifnya yaitu menggunakan teknik reframing, sehingga judul dalam penelitian ini adalah “Efektivitas Konseling Kelompok dengan Teknik Reframing untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Positif Siswa di SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan “.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik reframing dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir positif siswa di SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian design pre experimental bentuk rancangan one group pre test-post test yaitu pengukuran diawal dan diakhir.  Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 orang. Dengan menggunakan anilisis non parametrik uji Wilcoxon, hasil analisis signifikansi dalam penelitian ini yaitu diperoleh nilai asymp sig 0,027 ˂ 0,05. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini Hipotesis diterima yaitu konseling kelompok dengan teknik reframing efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir positif siswa di SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan.Kata Kunci: Konseling Kelompok, Teknik Reframing, Kemampuan Berpikir Positif

Abstract

This research was motivated by many students at MA Miftahul Qulub who still lacked confidence in making career decisions. This can be seen from their inability to determine further studies to college as desired. There are also some students who are still confused about what to do after graduation. Self efficacy can influence students in determining the chosen decision making. So that in this study, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title "The Relationship Between Self Efficacy With Career Decision Making in Class XII Female Students of MA Miftahul Qulub Galis Pamekasan". The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a relationship and the magnitude of the relationship between self-efficacy and career decision-making for the class XII female students of MA Miftahul Qulub Galis Pamekasan. This research is a quantitative research with the type of correlational analysis to see the relationship of the two variables of this study. The subjects in this study were 25 people. Data analysis used the Product Moment correlation method with the help of SPSS v.25 software for windows. The results of the correlation analysis showed that the significance value (p) obtained was 0.000, and the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.709. So that in this study the hypothesis is accepted, namely there is a relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making in class XII Putri MA Miftahul Qulub Galis Pamekasan students.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to provide an understanding of the importance of maintaining mental health and knowing mental health conditions regularly to Z-generation students in the Lawangan Daya sub-district, Pademawu Pamekasan. The method used in this community service activity was the DPR (Dengar, Pahami, Rangkul) method, which means Listen, Understand, and Embrace. This model was developed from the basic concept of Community-Based Intervention, which in its realization, was carried out through interactive dialogue activities, persuasive expository, group discussions, games, assignments, and mentoring. The results of this dedication received a positive response and impact on the participants. They became aware of the importance of maintaining mental health. In addition, the participants also recognized their strengths as one of the main factors in maintaining mental health. The recommendation for this activity is that it is necessary to hold similar activities with different participants and places. (Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental dan mengetahui kondisi kesehatan mental secara berkala kepada mahasiswa generasi z di kelurahan Lawangan Daya kecamatan Pademawu Pamekasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode DPR (Dengar Pahami rangkul). Model ini dikembangkan dari konsep dasar Community-Based Intervention dimana dalam realisasinya dilakukan melalui aktivitas dialog interaktif, ekspositori persuasif, diskusi kelompok, permainan, penugasan dan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian ini mendapat respon yang positif dan memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi peserta. Mereka menjadi sadar akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental. Selain itu, peserta juga mengetahui kekuatan diri masing-masing sebagai salah satu faktor utama dalam menjaga kesehatan mental. Rekomendasi kegiatan ini yaitu perlu diadakan kegiatan sejenis dengan peserta dan tempat yang berbeda.)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the systemic desensitization technique in reducing public speaking anxiety among students of MAN 1 Pamekasan. Furthermore, the purpose of this study is to see if there are any significant differences in public speaking anxiety scores between before and after students of MAN 1 Pamekasan receive systematic desensitization techniques. This research was conducted in a group counseling setting. This study used an experimental design with a one-group pre-test-post-test design. In this study, the primary data source was the public speaking anxiety scale, and the secondary data source was interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is non-parametric data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The researchers used non-parametric data analysis because the number of subjects to be studied was only eight. The results of the study show that the systemic desensitization technique can effectively reduce public speaking anxiety. This can be seen from the results of asymp. sig. 0.011 < 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted with an average increase of 4.50.

Abstract

Changes in people's lifestyles are one of the impacts of globalization. Globalization can influence how young people meet the demands of their lifestyle. A hedonistic lifestyle is defined as one that prioritizes pleasure and material satisfaction. Most people believe that lifestyle is important because it can show self-identity. The aim of this article is to explain how effective self-management techniques are in reducing the hedonic lifestyle of students at SMPN 2 Pamekasan with six research subjects. This research uses a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design. The data collection methods used in this research were the hedonic lifestyle scale, observation, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of the research show that self-management techniques are effective in reducing the hedonic lifestyle of class IX students at SMPN 2 Pamekasan. This can be seen from the asymptotes. The sig (2-tailed) value has a value of 0.008, which is smaller than 0.05 (Ha is accepted).
