Without language human civilization as we now know it would have remained an impossibility. Language is ubiquitous. Language is a primarily human and non-instinctive method of communicating ideas, emotions and desires by means of a system of voluntarily produced symbols. There were some grammars in language development such as Traditional Grammar, Structural Grammar, Generative Transformational Grammar, Case Grammar, Stratificational Grammar, Tagmemic Grammar, and the last Systemic Functional Grammar. Abstract

This qualitative study tries to investigate and figure out why the public followers, Indonesian people who are learning to speak English in tik tok, tend to produce English redundancies This evidence is derived through Uncle’s Clinton Space Channel. Redundancies are unnecessary, repetitious words which may appear before and after the main word. They make your conversation longer, but not better. https://www.engvid.com. In English usage, redundancies is usually defined as the use of two or more words that say the same thing, but we also use the term to refer to any expression in which a modifier’s meaning is contained in the word it modifiers (e,g., early beginnings, merge together, return back, very exhausted, very vital, very urgent and so on. They are redundant since they use more that one words. So the words early, merge, return, exhausted, vital, urgent carry enough meaning. Whether or not they realize, they can easily produce those redundancies when they response the questions in Uncle Clinton’s Space channel.  Redundancy, as what Steven explains that they exist at all levels of language: from phonemes and spelling, words and affixes, through syntax, semantics, and discourse. It exists in the reciprocity of linguistic, kinesic, and situational channels of communication.

Abstract

clusive education is a strategic approach to ensuring justice and equity in educational access for all learners, including those with special needs. This article aims to explore various innovations in inclusive education practices, both theoretical and practical, with a focus on global, national, and local contexts—particularly in North Sumatra, Indonesia. The study draws on developmental theories (Bronfenbrenner, Piaget, Vygotsky), constructivism (Bruner), Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and social justice frameworks to analyze effective strategies for creating adaptive and participatory learning environments. Findings indicate that although Indonesia has inclusive education policies in place, challenges such as the shortage of special education teachers, limited disability-friendly infrastructure, and low public awareness continue to hinder implementation. A case study in North Sumatra reveals that regulations like Regional Regulation No. 29 of 2016 provide a legal foundation, yet practical application still requires strengthened human resources and adequate facilities. Therefore, cross-sector collaboration and continuous innovation are essential to realizing truly inclusive learning spaces for all students.
