Abstract

GDRP (Gross Domestic Regional Product) is the total value added generated by all bussines units of local region or the entire amount of the value of final goods and services at one period. GDRP can describe the economic growth of a local region. The high level of economic growth showed that the local area were progresife at the economic conditions.This research analyzed the impact of locally generated revenue, investment, and labor force to GDRP (Gross Domestic Regional Product) of Central Java. This research used secondary data which were taken from some government institutions in Central Java. This research used multiple regression analysis. The data were analysed with T-test for partial testing and F-test for simultaneously testing. The result showed that thelocally generated revenue, investment, and labor force simultaneously affected GDRP of Central Java with significant value of 0.00<0.05 and coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.702, which means that the locally generated revenue, investment, and labor force contribution amounting to 70.2% and 29.8% was explained by other variables. It was also found that the locally generated revenue had a positive and not significant impact to GDRP of Central Java with coefficient value of 0.744. Iinvestment and labor force variable had positive and significant impact to GDRP of Central Java with the coefficient value of 4.423 and 4.203 respectively.

Abstract

The partners in this community service programme are PKK women of Peterongan Village, South Semarang. The objectives of this community service programme are to form a joint business group, improve business management skills, improve skills in making snacks, and increase family income. Partners in this activity are a group of PKK Peterongan mothers who have free time at home with busy taking care of children and family. Household income is not sufficient to meet the needs, so additional income is needed. The problems in the partners are that a joint business group has not been formed, the entrepreneurial spirit still needs to be developed, the skills of managing a business, making snacks, family income still needs to be increased. From these problems, the solution agreed upon by the partners is the formation of a joint business group, development of entrepreneurial spirit, training and practice in making business plans, making snack products. The output target in this programme is the formation of a joint business group, the entrepreneurial spirit increases 100%, the skills in making business plans increase 100%, the skills in making snack products increase 100%, the family income increases 10% per capita in each family.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed the economic sector, particularly through the emergence of e-commerce. However, behind these conveniences lies a legal challenge concerning the misuse of personal data by digital-based companies such as start-ups. This study aims to examine the legal liability and responsibility of start-up corporations in cases of digital technology misuse, with a case study focusing on the data breach involving Tokopedia users in the Semarang area. Employing a normative juridical approach, this research analyzes relevant legal frameworks, including the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions, Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019, and Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. The findings indicate that Tokopedia, as an Electronic System Operator, has a legal obligation to safeguard user data and provide transparent notification in the event of a data breach. Tokopedia’s failure to protect the personal data of 91 million users constitutes a form of negligence that may be subject to legal sanctions. This study recommends both preventive and corrective measures for the government, particularly the Ministry of Communication and Informatics and the Central Java Communication Office, to strengthen regulations and oversight regarding personal data protection within the national digital ecosystem.   Kemajuan teknologi digital telah membawa transformasi signifikan dalam sektor ekonomi, khususnya melalui kehadiran e-commerce. Namun, di balik kemudahan tersebut, muncul persoalan hukum terkait penyalahgunaan data pribadi pengguna oleh perseroan berbasis digital seperti startup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek tanggung jawab hukum (liability and responsibility) perseroan start-up dalam penyalahgunaan teknologi digital, dengan studi kasus kebocoran data pribadi pengguna Tokopedia di wilayah Semarang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif untuk menelaah peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan, seperti Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, Peraturan Pemerintah No. 71 Tahun 2019, dan Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tokopedia sebagai Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik memiliki kewajiban hukum untuk menjaga keamanan data pengguna dan memberikan pemberitahuan secara transparan apabila terjadi pelanggaran. Kegagalan Tokopedia dalam melindungi 91 juta data pengguna merupakan bentuk kelalaian yang dapat dikenai sanksi hukum. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan langkah preventif dan korektif bagi pemerintah, khususnya Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika serta Dinas Kominfo Jawa Tengah, guna memperkuat regulasi dan pengawasan terhadap pelindungan data pribadi dalam ekosistem digital nasional.

Abstract

Public awareness of healthy lifestyles and organic food consumption in Indonesia continues to grow. However, CV Realsa experiences a consistent decline in domestic sales of organic coconut sugar from 2021 to 2024. This contradiction highlights a gap between rising health consciousness and actual consumer purchasing behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and perceived health benefits on the purchase decision of organic coconut sugar among end consumers of CV Realsa, both partially and simultaneously. Data are collected from 100 respondents through a validated and reliable questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that both brand image and perceived health benefits have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision.   Kesadaran masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup sehat dan konsumsi makanan organik di Indonesia terus meningkat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun, CV Realsa justru mengalami penurunan penjualan domestik gula kelapa organik secara konsisten dari tahun 2021 hingga 2024. Kontradiksi ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara meningkatnya kesadaran akan kesehatan dan perilaku pembelian konsumen yang sesungguhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan persepsi manfaat kesehatan terhadap keputusan pembelian gula kelapa organik pada konsumen akhir CV Realsa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Data diperoleh dari 100 responden melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dan reliabel dengan skala Likert 5 poin, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan persepsi manfaat kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
