Abstract

The most fundamental regulations on mining and coal industries are articulted in the Minerba Act of the previous regulation in Law Number 11 of 1967 concerning the Mining Basic Provisions. This regulation has amendedthe requirements of mining consession namely from Mining Authorization and Coal Contract of Work / Coal Contract of Work (KK / PK2PB) to become Mining Business License (IUP), Special Mining Business License (IUPK), and Mining Permit (IPR).This has had an impact on the existing mining contracts in Indonesia including PT Freeport's contract of work. This study discusses issues related to the concept of Contract of Work in Indonesia, legal position of Contract of Work (KK) of PT. Freeport Indonesia after the enactment of Law No. 4 of 2009, the necessity of transferring to Special Mining Business License (IUPK), and Legal Risks caused by the transfer of Contract of Work of PT. Freeport Indonesia to the Special Mining Business License (IUPK).

Abstract

The partners in this community service programme are PKK women of Peterongan Village, South Semarang. The objectives of this community service programme are to form a joint business group, improve business management skills, improve skills in making snacks, and increase family income. Partners in this activity are a group of PKK Peterongan mothers who have free time at home with busy taking care of children and family. Household income is not sufficient to meet the needs, so additional income is needed. The problems in the partners are that a joint business group has not been formed, the entrepreneurial spirit still needs to be developed, the skills of managing a business, making snacks, family income still needs to be increased. From these problems, the solution agreed upon by the partners is the formation of a joint business group, development of entrepreneurial spirit, training and practice in making business plans, making snack products. The output target in this programme is the formation of a joint business group, the entrepreneurial spirit increases 100%, the skills in making business plans increase 100%, the skills in making snack products increase 100%, the family income increases 10% per capita in each family.

Abstract

Changes in consumer behavior due to the Covid-19 pandemic have shifted to online-based purchases. Consumers who initially made transactions directly, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, changed to make transactions online. MSMEs must quickly adapt to consumer behavior changes to survive the economic downturn. Digital marketing training is a solution to help MSMEs to adapt to changes in consumer behavior and vulnerable communities to find business and entrepreneurship opportunities through digital media. The competitiveness of the barbershop market competition demands to continue to innovate and adapt quickly. The era of destruction is a challenge for businesses that have not yet migrated to use Digital Marketing as the spearhead of expanding market reach, a new habit of modern humans who prefer a practical and easily accessible way with gadgets. MSMEs must read the opportunities and quickly keep up with the pace of the market which is controlled by digital technology. The digital market requires skills, high creativity, and consistency in creating creative content so that market interest can be taken over. Digital marketing training is already a major need for MSMEs, especially small businesses haircut "Madura" so that their existence can develop in the digital market.
