Abstract

The pricing of goods manufactured uniforms Midwifery Academy Husada Samarinda Jewel Express Tailors Sartika Samarinda (under the guidance of the mother and father of titin Ruliana and Imam Nazaruddin Latif). The purpose and this paper is to calculate the cost of goods manufactured uniforms Midwifery Academy Samarinda Jewel Husada full costing method in Tailor Sartika Express Samarinda. In accordance with the purpose of writing this, the principal issues raised: Is the determination of cost of goods manufactured uniforms Midwifery Academy Husada Samarinda Jewel Express Tailors Sartika higher than the base price set by the author using the full costing method in July 2011''? Based on these fundamental issues, the proposed hypothesis as follows: "Suspected Determining the cost of production Midwifery Academy uniforms Husada Samarinda Jewel Express Tailors Sartika lower than the cost of production is determined by the authors using the full costing". The analytical tool used in this study is the determination of the cost of production using full costing method and compare the cost of production by Tailor Sartika Express Samarinda production costs according to the analysis.

Abstract

The Penduli Lindungi application is an application designed as health information that was launched during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the acceptance of the application technology of care to protect as citizens of health in the Black water of Samarinda City. Research methods used by quantitative types of research with a cross- sectional study approach. The population and samples were all residents in the Bersama complex in the black water village who used the peduli lindungi app as many as 60 people. The acceptance of the Peduli Lindungi application is quite accepted by the public due to the urgency of use and the transformation from a change in community behavior to a digital society so that in the future the development of the peduli lindungi application will be very useful as a digital public health information center .

Abstract

Good corporate governance is a system that regulates and controls the organization to create value added for all stakeholders. So the purpose of this study is to conduct research on the relationship between organizational culture and leadership style to change management in the implementation of good corporate governance at RSIA Jimmy Medika Borneo Samarinda. This research is a type of quantitative research using analytical observational studies with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was all structural officials and functional officials of the entire installation at RSIA Jimmy Medika Borneo Samarinda. The total number of the population is 45 people. There is a relationship of Leadership, implementation, organizational culture with change management in the implementation of good corporate governance in rsia jimmy medika borneo Samarinda. Maintaining the organizational culture that has been formed at RSIA JMB and improving the organizational culture that is not good

Abstract

Kualitas informasi pelayanan merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi derajarat Kesehatan masyarakat. organisasi penyedia layanan kesehatan seperti puskesmas merupakan wujud penyedia sumber daya di bidang kesehatan sebagai penyedia jasa layanan bagi masyarakat. Kepuasan merupakan suatu tingkat perasaan pasien membandingkan dengan apa yang diharapkannya. Keunggulan dalam kepuasan pasien diberikan dengan meliputih daya tanggap, jaminan, bukti fisik, empati, dan kehandalan. Dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas informasi pelayanan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pengambilan sampel acak (Probality Sampling) dengan simple random sampling, dan sampel berjumlah dalam penelitian 65 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Chi-Square. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic, didapatkan hasil dari akurat, tepat pada waktunya, dan relevan  p value = 0,000 dengan demikian  Ho ditolak Ha diterima karena  bivariat menunjukan bahwa hipotesa peneliti diterima atau dinyatakan bahwa kualitas informasi pelayanan memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kepuasan pasien dengan hasil Chi-Square 0,000 (<0,005), Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas informasi pelayanan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di puskesmas air putih samarinda. Bagi pelayanan memperoleh nilai baik perlu dipertahankan sedangkan kualitas informasi dalam kepuasan pasien yang tidak baik perlu ditingkatkan dalam memfasilitasi atau membantu pasien yang datang berobat.
