Abstract

        Toxic goiter or toxic struma is a condition that shows the enlargement of the thyroid gland with hyperthyroid signs.        This study was conducted to provide data needed by the hospital and community.        This study used the retrospective technics, for all cases of out and in patient visiting theInternal Medicine Polyclinic in RSUD Koja in periode 1999 -2004. All data were obtained from the medical records.        From 69 toxic struma cases in out and in patient of internal Medicine Policlinic, there are 42,03 % toxic struma patient s which mostly 30 -40 years old. There were 79,71% more women patient than men patient. Mostly patients came with the enlargement of the neck (53,62%). There were 42,02% patients had an increased of T 4 thyroid function. Based on the diagnosis, 36,23% are patients suffered from toxic struma , 59,42% patient were treated wit PTU. Mostly patients choosed to use non operative treatment than strumectomy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasy experiment) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran CWPT kelas VIII di MTsN 1 Bone. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan pembelajaran CWPT dan pembelajaran STAD serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran CWPT terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII MTsN 1 Bone tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data motivasi belajar dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket motivasi belajar. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil pengujian Hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji ANCOVA (Analysis of Covariance) bahwa nilai Signifikansi pada kelas CWPT dan kelas STAD menunjukkan motivasi belajar sig 0,001, dengan besar pengaruh 57,9%. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran CWPT peserta didik di MTsN 1 Bone.

Abstract

The Community Service Program on Education (KKN-Dik) is a program that aims to help teachers improve their skills in developing interactive learning media. This activity was held on October 5, 2024 at the Teacher Activity Unit Center (PUKG) of Balusu District, Barru Regency, involving 54 teachers from various partner schools. This community service activity aimed to improve teachers' knowledge and skills through the development of canva-based interactive teaching media to design teaching materials and flipbooks in the creation of interactive digital books so that the visuals of the material displayed are more attractive. The method of implementing the activity is in the form of learning by doing which included discussion, practice, and direct mentoring. The results of this activity showed a significant improvement in the ability of teachers to utilize the two learning media, especially taking advantage of the available features. Participants also gave positive responses to this activity because it was relevant to their needs. Thus, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of learning, strengthen the role of teachers, and create a more interesting learning experience for students. Therefore, this activity should be carried out regularly to strengthen teachers' ability to use interactive learning media.
