Abstract

This study aims to find out: Implementation of the Supervision of the Environmental Service related to the C Mining C mining in the Bottolai environment and what factors are the obstacles of the Environmental Service to conduct supervision. Data sources are obtained by surveying, interviewing, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions using qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the Supervision System of the Environmental Service related to the C mining mine in the Bottolai environment has not been running optimally due to there are still violations that occur in the field. The supervision carried out by the Environment Agency includes pre -operational supervision, operational supervision and post -operational supervision. While the obstacle factors from the Department of Environment in conducting supervision include the distance between the location of the mine and the mining office, there is another busyness from the mining office and the appeal of the acceleration of the development of the railroad tracks.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that PERDA No. 21 of 2020 concerning PSBB in Tanete Riaja Subdistrict, Barru Regency is not enforced when we comply with health protocols such as: Not leaving the house, washing hands, maintaining distance, not having direct contact, avoiding public transportation, and limiting direct contact with pets. TaneteRiaja District's efforts to dealing with this, follow the government's recommendations that have been set, and guard every border so that no foreigners enter the Tanete Riaja District environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Policy for Handling Hoax News in Online Media at the Department of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encoding (Diskominfo-SP) of Barru Regency. In addition, this study aims to determine the factors that influence the implementation of the Policy for Handling Hoax News in Online Media at the Department of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encoding (Diskominfo-SP) of Barru Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data obtained primary and secondary data, data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the policy for handling hoax news in online media at the Department of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encryption (Diskominfo-SP) of Barru Regency, has been running quite well. This conclusion is based on the results of data analysis carried out in the field where from 4 indicators that are used as interview subjects, namely Issue Classification, Information Review, Delivery Target, and Delivery Strategy. These four indicators have been successfully met, while the factors that hinder the Diskominfo-SP are the low level of public literacy in digesting news and the time limit of the Office of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encryption (Diskominfo-SP) in handling hoax news.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with a sociological juridical approach to determine the implementation of auctions. This research took place at the State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) in Parepare City. Interviews were conducted with informants, resource persons and respondents to find out about the implementation of the auction at the Parepare KPKNL. The analysis took place interactively by starting from question and answer activities with structured questions, data collection, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results of the study show that the implementation of the auction by the Parepare KPKNL is in accordance with the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 93/PMK.06/2010 concerning Guidelines for Auction Implementation, and the theory of Good Governance, but there are still obstacles, namely community members who do not know about the functions of the KPKNL, and how to participate in auctions. The author's suggestion to the State Property Service Office and Parepare Auctions is to further increase the intensity of communication with the public so that the public does not hesitate to participate in auction activities held by the KPKNL.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Electronic Licensing and Investment Information System Application Management (OSS) at the One Stop Integrated Service Investment and Manpower Office of Barru Regency. And To find out the factors that influence the Implementation of Electronic licensing and Investment Imformation System Application Manangement (OSS) at the On Stop Service Investment Office and Barru Regency Manpower. This Research uses descriptive qualitative research type, data sources cousist of primary and secondary data, data colection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of OSS application management has been implemented in order to improve the quality of licensing better with research indicators according to Edwards, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic sructure. While the factors that affect the implementation of OSS application management are divided into two. Namely the inhibiting factors which include facilities and infrastructuer, and problematic internet networks and the driving factors which include the ease of issuing business licenses, services is near and can be accessed everywhere.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of community education level on community political participation and the factors that influence community political participation in Pujananting District, Barru Regency. Data sources were obtained by means of questionnaires, interviews, observations. The data analysis method used is parametric inferential statistical techniques (Regression Analysis-SPSS). The results of research using SPSS show that the level of public education on political participation in Pujananting District does not have a significant effect where the results of the simultaneous Hypothesis test (F test) and T test (partial) show a significance of <0.05, namely 0.156 and the factors that influence political participation society is the level of knowledge, community work, the role of government officials, the influence of intellectuals and conflicts of interest between political leaders.

Abstract

Community participation in the development process has become a crucial key to achieving sustainable and inclusive development efforts. This study aims to analyze the efforts made by the Garessi Village government, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency, in enhancing community participation in local development. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct field observations.The results of the study show that the village government has implemented various strategies and programs to enhance community participation, including education, training, and the formation of working groups. Furthermore, cooperation between the village government, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector also supports these efforts. However, there are still some challenges such as the high school dropout rate affecting the involvement of young people in development and the limited infrastructure access in some areas.This research contributes significantly to understanding the dynamics of community participation in the context of rural development. The implications of this study are expected to provide insights for village governments in designing more effective policies and programs to enhance community participation in local development.
