Abstract

Koperasi Karyawan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu merupakan suatu badan usaha yang didirikan oleh karyawan dan untuk karyawan dengan tujuan untuk mensejahterakan anggotanya. Pada Kopkar Polindra pembagian sisa hasil usaha (SHU) setiap anggota sama, hal tersebut mengakibatkan terjadi kesenjangan sosial antar anggota. Begitupun dengan kegiatan transaksi penjualan, pengolahan laporan (laporan penjualan dan laporan pembelian) belum dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi, hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya human error. Untuk menghindari terjadinya kesenjangan antar anggota, maka pengurus membuat point/jasa anggota, dimana point tersebut didapat ketika anggota berbelanja di koperasi dengan menujukan kartu anggotanya. Point of Sales merupakan aplikasi kasir. Point of sales menjadi sangat dibutuhkan karena peranannya yang sangat membantu kasir dalam merekap data penjualan. Aplikasi point of sales merupakan solusi bagi koperasi karyawan polindra agar dapat menentukan jasa setiap anggotanya.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat akan informasi sangatlah besar, sehingga pengelolaan data menjadi suatu informasi merupakan hal yang penting bagi sebuah instansi ataupun lembaga pemerintahan lainnya tak terkecuali masjid. Termasuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai manajemen yang berada di masjid jami Nurul Jami Muttaqin Di Desa Jatisawit Lor seperti informasi keuangan, pengumuman, data qurban, jadwal petugas masjid, serta jadwal sholat yang berguna sebagai sumber informasi untuk menentukan langkah awal dalam upaya memakmurkan masjid. Adapun pembuatan sistem informasi masjid ini menggunakan CodeIgniter sebagai framework untuk membuat sistem informasi ini. Dengan adanya sistem informasi masjid ini, mempermudah dewan kemakmuran masjid untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat dalam mengetahui informasi apa saja yang sedang berkembang saat ini, sehingga masyarakat lebih antusias untuk meramaikan acara yang diselenggarakan oleh pengurus masjid, seperti adanya acara tahun baru islam, tahlilan dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Fish farming is one of the sources of income for the people of Indramayu district which is currently widely occupied, it is not surprising that nowadays many people are flocking to cultivate fish. There are groups that cultivate including freshwater fish such as catfish, carp, and tilapia. There are also brackish water fish such as vaname shrimp, tiger shrimp, and milkfish. The fish cultivators in selling their harvests are still done conventionally, namely with the services of middlemen or collectors. This results in prices being often manipulated by collectors. One way to improve the sales system is to build an event management application in the field of fish harvest auctions. This application can be used as an alternative for cultivators for media promotion and cutting the marketing distribution chain. The benefits of this event management application are that cultivators get more competitive prices and can directly increase profits, while the benefits for buyers get cheaper prices. This web-based application, to provide information about an event or harvest auction that is managed online. This application is designed through the creation of flowcharts, UML, ERD, and mockups. Then it is implemented using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and the MySQL database management system

Abstract

The rapid development of information systems in the current era of globalization has made almost all aspects of life unavoidable from the use of computer devices, especially in educational institutions. The number of SMA/equivalent in Indonesia is 15,497, namely in public schools there are 7,203 (46.48%) and private schools 8,294 (53.52%). West Java Province has the highest number of schools, namely 1,823 schools. Meanwhile, Indramayu Regency has 89 SMA/equivalent with details of 26 state and 63 private. One of them is SMA NU Tenajar Kidul. The school has problems with the presence of students. Often students do not enter school without explanation. However, after follow-up was carried out by the school, they received information from the parents of the students that their children were leaving home from home. So that these students are truant and cause not get knowledge in school. The need for a touch of technology that can bridge the school with parents of students. So that when there is a problem that one of the students is absent, the school can provide information to parents quickly and accurately. Therefore WhatsApp API is the right choice to provide attendance information to parents. The system was built using the nodeJS programming language and got the test results of 40 messages, getting the message sending process time of 0 milliseconds. While the time needed by the API to process the message sending is the longest 0.10522 milliseconds. If you calculate the average length of the message sending process, it is equal to 0.037826 milliseconds. Thus the WhatsApp API that has been built is very effective with performance under 1 second. All messages stored in the table are 100% sent.

Abstract

Eretan Beach is one of the beaches in Indramayu and has a reasonably severe abrasion rate from year to year. The Eretan coastline always experiences significant changes due to erosion every year. Therefore, it is necessary to study changes in the coastline at Eretan beach. This study obtained coastline data from the Google Earth engine using CoastSat, a python-based open-source toolkit, from 1992 – 2022. The open-source geographic information system software used to process the data is the Quantum Geographic Information System. This study aims to analyze the Long Short-term Memory (LSTM) algorithm in predicting shoreline changes at Eretan Beach. The eight optimizer functions in the LSTM are used with nine different scenarios to analyze the algorithm's performance. The results of this study show that RMSProp has the best performance compared to other optimizers. The RMSE and MAPE values on the RMSProp are 35.06258 and 2.2923 on the training data and 9.2457 and 1.06786 on the test data. In addition, from the predictions for the next ten years at transect point 251, it was found that there would be an increase in the coastline.

Abstract

The payment system in economic transactions is experiencing rapid progress along with the development of sophisticated technology. Graha Sudirman is a housing located in Indramayu Regency, West Java. In the cash dues section of residents in the Graha Sudirman Indramayu housing, cash dues collection is still done conventionally by way of the coordinator collecting each resident's house and recording it through a cash book. However, the cash contributions that are collected are not transparent in the data on expenditures or the remaining balance, so that residents do not know the income and disbursements of cash contributions paid every month. This application is designed and implemented using the PHP programming language with MySQL, it can be concluded that with the Citizen Cash Contribution Monitoring application using a codeigniter framework it can help admins recap cash dues, expenses, remaining balances and can help coordinators be able to streamline their time in collecting cash contributions because In this application the coordinator only needs to verify cash contribution payments made by residents by transfer and make it easier for residents to make cash contribution payments, provide criticism and suggestions for housing, find out financial data such as cash contribution reports, and expense reports.

Abstract

Agriculture is a vital sector that supports the economy of many countries, especially in regions with fertile land and large agrarian communities. However, farmers often face challenges in marketing and selling their agricultural products. Limited access to broader markets and a lack of accurate information about market prices often make farmers reliant on intermediaries, who can suppress prices and reduce their income. Information and communication technology offers a solution through information systems that facilitate direct marketing. These systems enable farmers to sell their products directly to consumers or traders and access up-to-date market data, supporting better sales decisions and increasing efficiency and productivity. User interface (UI) design plays a crucial role in the success of these systems. An effective interface must be intuitive and easy to use for all users, including farmers, traders, and consumers with varying levels of technological understanding. Therefore, the design of the interface should consider ease of access and use for all user groups, including those less familiar with digital technology. This research aims to design a smart e-commerce interface for the sale of agricultural products using the Wireframing method. This method is expected to make the interface design process more systematic and efficient, as well as minimize the risk of failure.

Abstract

A library is a place that contains a collection of library materials used for study purposes or for reading purposes only. However, there are some libraries that have not implemented an assessment system in their management. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system as a supporting material to meet the accreditation assessment standards that have been set. So, an application was made to assist in conducting an assessment at the Indramayu State Polytechnic Library using the Laravel framework and in its development using the waterfall method. With this application, it is hoped that it will be able to facilitate the library in conducting assessments to achieve assessments that are in accordance with predetermined standards. The focus of this application development is focused on the accreditation assessment simulation process in the library. The results of the tests that have been carried out are running well, this application has succeeded in meeting the expectations that have been set previously, namely with an average value of 83.3% of the questionnaire calculation results

Abstract

Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Rekapitulasi Data Nilai Siswa SMK NU DARMA AJI Legok Lohbener Berbasis Website ini merupakan suatu sistem yang memberikan informasi keaktifan siswa secara online sehingga membantu kecepatan dan kualitas dalam penyampaian informasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam perekapan nilai raport siswa SMK NU DARMA AJI Legok Lohbener saat ini masih bersifat konvensional, yaitu masih ditulis di leger nilai sehingga banyak waktu dan tenaga yang diperlukan untuk memproses tugas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi sulitnya penyampaian informasi terkait nilai tugas, nilai UTS dan nilai UAS. Selain itu dengan berbasis website maka informasi data dapat diakses kapan saja. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, penulis ingin mengajukan saran membuat suatu aplikasi rekapitulasi data nilai rapor SMK berbasis website, dengan adanya sistem tersebut, diharapkan nantinya untuk pengelolaan nilai akan lebih terorganisir sehingga akan meringankan cara kerja dan meningkatnya efesiensi kerja. Metode yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi tersebut adalah penentuan kebutuhan sistem yang akan dibangun, menganalisis proses pengolahan data nilai yang sedang berjalan, mendesain sistem baru yang terkomputerisasi, membuat sistem/pemrograman, dan yang terakhir menguji sistem yang telah dibuat. Program yang dihasilkan dalam sistem ini adalah Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Rekapitulasi Data Nilai Siswa SMK NU DARMA AJI Legok Lohbener berbasis Website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL

Abstract

Rendahnya kesadaran dan ketidaktahuan masyarakat tentang HIV/AIDS serta tingginya stigma dan diskriminasi yang menyebabkan masyarakat enggan untuk melakukan tes menjadi salah satu faktor infeksi HIV yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya di Indonesia. Untuk membantu masyarakat melakukan diagnosis dini penyakit HIV/AIDS secara mandiri, maka dibuatlah sistem pendukung keputusan diagnosa HIV/AIDS dengan menerapkan metode forward chaining untuk membantu mengidentifikasi stadium penyakit HIV/AIDS berdasarkan gejala umum dan faktor risiko. Sistem ini juga menyediakan informasi tentang HIV/AIDS. Pengujian sistem ini menggunkan pengujian black-box dan kuesioner, hasil pengujian menggunakan pengujian kuesioner yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat kelayakan sekitar 75,3% dan pengujian akurasi sistem sebesar 80%.
