Abstract

Production of sugar unful lled consumption of Indonesia society. The lack of consumption and productionhave ful lled by import. Assumption national consumption 2,7 million ton, Indonesia will import sugar in 2013predicted about 300.000 ton (Tempo.co, August, 21, 2012).The aims in general of this research are to understand the impact of sugar import policy on sugar production.Especially (1) to understand the factors that in uence sugar import price, (2) to understand impact of sugarimport price on sugar domestic price and (3) to understand the impact of sugar domestic price on sugarproduction.Model analysis of this research is Simultaneous Error Correction Model. This model can estimate the structuralparameter exactly (unbiased parameter) (Gujarati, 2010). Policy made on this research can be responsibly.The results of this research are shown that price of sugar import in uenced by world sugar price and thequantity of sugar imported and tariff is not. Price of domestic sugar in uenced imported sugar price. Anddomestic sugar price has in uence the sugar production.Import policy in sugar to ful ll lack of consumption and production will make decreased sugar domestic price.The decrease of sugar domestic price will impact on decrease of sugar production. That policy have dilemmaon consumption and production.Keywords: sugar imported, price of sugar imported, sugar domestic price, sugar production and policy dilemma.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of tourism growth as measured by the number of tourists to tourism objects, the number of tourists to accommodation, the number of hotels and accommodation, and the number of restaurants and restaurants on economic growth as measured by GRDP and Human Development Index in West Java Province. 2012-2018. The population that becomes the object of this research is the regency / city in West Java Province. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the West Java Provincial Tourism Office. In this study using path analysis. Based on the analysis that has been carried out in this study, the results show that the variable number of tourists to accommodation and the number of restaurants and restaurants has a positive and significant effect on GRDP, while the variable number of tourists to tourism objects and the number of hotels and accommodation is not significant to the GRDP in Java Province. West. GRDP has a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index in West Java Province. The number of tourists to accommodation is the variable that has the greatest indirect effect on the Human Development Index.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the determinants of the unemployment rate in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This study uses the panel data method which is a combination of cross section data covering 34 provinces and time series for 5 years from 2015-2019. Based on the Chow test and Hausman test, the most appropriate model in this study is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Based on the simultaneous test, the development of technology, education, and economic growth simultaneously have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate of 87.38 percent and the remaining 12.62 percent is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. Based on the validity test, technological developments have a significant positive effect on the open unemployment rate, while education and economic growth have a significant negative effect on the open unemployment rate in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of social capital on the employee performance, to find out the effect of training on employee performance, to find out the effect of competence on employee performance, and to find out the effect of work experience on employee performance. This study was conducted in healthcare facilities of Regional General Hospital Dr. Sayidiman Magetan. The populations in this study were nurses at the Inpatient Dr Sayidiman Magetan Hospital totaling 519 people. The sampling technique employed in this research was proportionate stratified random sampling with the sample consisting of 115 employees, it's obtained from the sample size (n) = number of indicators (23) x 5. Techniques of collecting data used in this research were documentation, observation and questionnaire. Technique of analyzing data used was chi square analysis. The result of research showed that social capital affected significantly the employee performance. Training education affected significantly the employee performance. Competence affected significantly the employee performance in. Job experience affected significantly employee performance

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh nenek moyang kita sejak dahulu kala. Kegiatan pertanian yang lebih spesifik di sektor pertanian dapat menunjang kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat/petani. Petani sudah terbiasa dengan sistem pertanian konvensional, yaitu mengolah tanah terlebih dahulu, kemudian menunggu hujan reda adalah waktu yang tepat untuk menanam. Tentu saja, itu bukan operasi yang efisien jika membandingkan zaman kuno dengan zaman modern seperti sekarang ini. Dimasakini sudah banyak terjadi alih fungsi lahan yang kemudia dijadikan perkebunan sawit yang tentu saja berdampak untuk tanah dan lingkungan sekitar. Teknologi bercocok tanam dengan sistem hidroponik dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif bagi mereka yang memiliki keterbatasan lahan atau lahan kebun, untuk dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai sumber pendapatan yang memadai. dengan fokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi tanaman, atau dalam arti konvensional pertanian tanpa lahan. Teknologi hidroponik dimulai dengan meningkatkan perhatian manusia akan pentingnya kebutuhan pupuk bagi tanaman. Abstract

The existence of an institutional design for consumption fish production is the central aspect of sustainability fishery in Village Panjerejo, Rejotangan, Regency Tulungagung. The position price of fish gourami (consumption fish), which tends to fluctuate and is added to the relative price of artificial feed tall, makes farmer fish consumption must own method alternative in availability feed fish. Fish farmer gouramy expected to be able to organize internal institutions to produce self-sufficient fish feed to reduce production costs. This is a crucial moment. They also have to face a relatively fluctuating revenue/ revenue product tend to decrease. System institutional expected produce pattern independence food, in the sense of ease of price and physical access to meet the needs of farmers of consumption fish.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of the indicators of the index of quality of living environment, investment, and access to health services on economic growth in the island of Java in the year 2017-2021. The study uses secondary data and methods of analysis of data regression panel with the method of the approach Fixed Effect Model Results in the study show that the Index of Water Quality, Air Quality Index , and Investment have a significant influence on economic considerations, However, the Index Of Quality of Land Coverage and Access to Health Services has no significant drivers to economic growth. In this study, there are limitations in obtaining samples of data that are respective and unbiased.This study suggests that increased economic growth can deteriorate the quality of health. This is especially true in the context of less visionary environmental policies.
