Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used are primary data that researchers obtained from users of shopee, tikthok shop, and facebook marketplaces spread throughout Indonesia. The data was collected in the form of a questionnaire from 24 questions from 300 users of shopee, tiktokshop, and the Facebook marketplace mentioned above. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show shows that the first and second hypotheses used in this article can be proven and accepted. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.021. This is because the more product variations make buyers more interested in making purchasing decisions, the less easily bored, and so on which make purchasing decisions even greater. In the next row, the results answer the second hypothesis where the Celebrity Endorser variable can strengthen the influence of the Product Variation variable on Purchasing Decisions. This is because the same thing is the P-Values that are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, which is smaller than direct testing of 0.021. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven. Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach (Lestari & Ghaby, 2018). The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from Financial Services Authority employees spread throughout Indonesia as many as 5000 employees. The data were obtained from an online questionnaire and analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool with the following hypothesis. The result in this article show the Education Level variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because it is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.045. This means that the higher the education of an employee, the more it can influence employees to be more careful in understanding superiors' directions, working intelligently, and solving every problem that exists well, which ultimately improves Employee Performance.. In the next line, the researcher's hypothesis can also be proven if the Training variable can strengthen the influence of the Education Level variable on Employee Performance because the direction of the relationship is positive and the ebrad is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.021, which is more significant than direct testing of 0.05. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how financial inclusion knowledge, spending behavior, and ease of use influence students' interest in using the DANA application. Financial inclusion knowledge is considered important as it provides an understanding of digital financial products and services, while spending behavior reflects how individuals manage their expenses and make financial decisions. Furthermore, the application's ease of use is a key factor that can influence users' interest in adopting financial technology like DANA. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data from 100 students in Deli Sumatera University's management study program was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that knowledge of financial inclusion, spending behavior, and ease of use have a positive and significant impact on the interest in using the DANA application. Among these three variables, knowledge of financial inclusion has the most dominant influence on the interest in usage. The more students know about financial inclusion, the more they want to use DANA. In addition, planned spending behavior and the ease of using the DANA application also play a significant role in encouraging interest in using the app. Based on these findings, this research contributes to understanding the factors that influence interest in using digital financial applications and supports the enhancement of financial inclusion among students

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of campus support and job readiness on students' learning motivation. In the context of higher education, campus support and job readiness are considered important factors that influence the level of learning motivation. This study used a correlational quantitative design with multiple linear regression analysis to find the relationship between learning motivation (Y) and the independent variables, which are campus support (X1) and job readiness (X2). The data were looked at using statistical software. An R square value of 0.655 shows that campus support and job readiness can explain 65.5% of the variation in students' motivation to learn. The remaining variation is caused by things that are not part of the model. The results of the ANOVA test show that this regression model is significant, with an F value of 43.674 and a significance level of 0.000. This suggests that the combination of campus support and job readiness significantly influences students' learning motivation. The regression coefficients indicate that work readiness has a more dominant influence compared to campus support on learning motivation, with a coefficient value of 0.517 for work readiness and 0.213 for campus support. This finding emphasizes the importance of campuses in providing adequate support and preparing students for the workforce in order to enhance their learning motivation.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in economic growth and job creation. However, their performance is often constrained by internal challenges, particularly in areas such as work engagement and knowledge sharing. While previous research has recognized the importance of these factors in business success, their combined impact on MSME performance remains underexplored, especially in developing economies like Indonesia. This study aims to address this gap by examining the extent to which work engagement and knowledge sharing influence MSME performance. A quantitative research design was employed, collecting data from 90 MSME owners in Medan City. The hypothesis testing results confirm that work engagement and knowledge sharing both have a significant positive effect on MSME performance. Businesses with high owner engagement and active knowledge sharing exhibit higher operational efficiency and improved decision-making, leading to superior overall performance. However, the findings also highlight key barriers such as limited communication infrastructure, lack of trust, and leadership constraints, which may hinder the effective implementation of these factors. To overcome these challenges, MSMEs should foster an inclusive work environment, invest in employee development, and leverage digital tools for knowledge sharing. This study provides valuable insights for MSME owners and policymakers to enhance business sustainability through better engagement and collaboration. Future research should explore the moderating role of digital transformation and leadership styles in strengthening the relationship between work engagement, knowledge sharing, and MSME performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, and Managerial Ownership on Firm Value with Return on Assets as a mediating variable. Using purposive sampling, 18 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2023 were analyzed, resulting in 90 data points. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method to analyze the relationships among Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Managerial Ownership, Return on Assets, and Firm Value. Data were collected from 18 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023, using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 90 data points. Path analysis was utilized to determine the direct and indirect effects of the variables, supported by classical assumption tests to ensure the validity and reliability of the model. Hypothesis testing was conducted through t-tests and F-tests, complemented by determination coefficient analysis to evaluate the explanatory power of the variables. The results show that DER negatively affects ROA, KM positively affects FV, and ROA positively affects FV while mediating the effect of DER on FV. This study highlights the importance of managing debt effectively and incentivizing managerial ownership to enhance firm value. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for stakeholders in the property and real estate sector. By demonstrating the mediating role of Return on Assets in the relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio and Firm Value, the research emphasizes the critical need for effective financial management strategies. Additionally, the positive impact of Managerial Ownership on Firm Value highlights the importance of aligning management interests with shareholder goals. These insights can serve as a foundation for policymakers, investors, and company executives to implement practices that optimize financial performance and sustain long-term growth in a competitive market environment.
