Abstract

Organizational innovation is an important factor for companies to achieve more competitive performance. Understanding how innovation capabilities emerge, develop, and apply can make important managerial scientific contributions. This study investigates the results of the main study on the determinants of organizational innovation capability, suggests some theoretical propositions for further studies based on the literature review. This study aims to identify the determinants of organizational innovation capability and the context in which the study is conducted. We identified and analyzed 43 articles through content analysis via Google Scholar. This study presents several results of studies on innovation capability in organizations, which are divided into determinants, internal, external aspects, and a collection of propositions to guide a research project in depth in questions that will be tested in further research. This study also makes a practical contribution, as it shows in which context each study of the identified determinants of innovation capability is applied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan keterampilan tenaga kerja dalam menghadapi digitalisasi dan otomatisasi pada PT. NHD. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa PT. NHD menerapkan langkah strategis seperti pelatihan teknis berbasis teknologi, program pembelajaran berkelanjutan, dan inovasi digital seperti e-policy serta aplikasi Tanya Anya. Strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga memperkuat daya saing perusahaan di era digital. Selain itu, komitmen terhadap prinsip keberlanjutan, seperti pengurangan pemakaian kertas dan inisiatif pelestarian lingkungan, menunjukkan integrasi antara transformasi digital dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan keterampilan tenaga kerja adalah elemen kunci dalam menghadapi perubahan teknologi, memberikan wawasan strategis bagi industri asuransi untuk mendukung pertumbuhan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research discusses work environment management, human resource acquisition and development, and compensation systems that support economic, social and environmental sustainability at PT ABC Insurance. Inclusive and adaptive work environment management can improve company performance by creating a harmonious work atmosphere and minimizing work stress. This research shows that implementing sustainable HRM that integrates sustainability aspects in work environment management, HR acquisition, career development, and compensation can create a positive impact on overall company performance and increase competitiveness in a competitive market.

Abstract

This study analyzes the main challenges faced by PT RAR in the general insurance industry in Indonesia, namely low public financial literacy, suboptimal digital transformation, and intense market competition. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study employs Prospect Theory and Porter’s Five Forces to evaluate the company’s issues and strategies. The findings indicate that low financial literacy hinders market penetration, limited digital transformation reduces operational efficiency, and competition necessitates product differentiation. Recommendations include financial literacy campaigns, digital technology optimization, and product innovation based on local needs. These strategies are expected to enhance PT RAR's competitiveness and growth in the Indonesian insurance market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational behavior and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bosowa Asuransi. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 70 respondents. The data analysis techniques employed included multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results revealed that organizational behavior and job satisfaction positively and significantly influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination of 90.6% indicates that organizational behavior and job satisfaction collectively explain the variability in employee performance, while the remaining 9.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This study recommends strengthening organizational culture, improving employee welfare, and conducting regular evaluations to enhance overall employee performance

Abstract

PT. Intra Asia, located in South Jakarta, offers health insurance products such as outpatient, inpatient, dental care, glasses, and maternity coverage. Since its launch in 2017, the company has served 17 clients, including new and renewal accounts. Its market focuses on companies providing additional health protection for employees. In 2022, five client companies reported a claim ratio exceeding 120%, with inpatient claims averaging over 90% and surpassing outpatient claims in 2023. Data for December 2023 shows 5,234 outpatient claims and 2,503 inpatient claims. In 2024, 142 inpatient claims were reported, with 97 cases (5%) experiencing lost monitoring, contributing to extended hospital stays and higher costs. The issue stems from insufficient monitoring due to reliance on third-party administrators (TPAs). While the company adheres to its SOPs, including regular claim ratio reviews (every 3–6 months), gaps in monitoring at hospitals have led to inflated inpatient costs, emphasizing the need for stricter follow-ups.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Mengeksplorasi persepsi manajer terkait faktor-faktor dari Generasi Z untuk mengembangkan talentanya. Metodologi: Studi penelitian kualitatif naratif menggunakan triangulasi sumber data dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan/Hasil: Data disajikan melalui tiga area eksplorasi utama: Masalah pengembangan bakat untuk Generasi Z; akar penyebab dominan masalah; dan strategi untuk mengembangkan talenta Generasi Z. Rekomendasi: Literatur ilmiah telah dengan jelas merekomendasikan agar strategi pengembangan talenta Generasi Z mempertimbangkan faktor fleksibilitas, pertumbuhan pribadi - teknologi, orientasi pengembangan karir, dan inklusifitas.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in supporting corporate sustainability. CSR is not just an administrative obligation, but an important strategy to strengthen reputation and long-term competitiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature analysis from national and international journals. The results show that CSR integrated into business strategies can improve stakeholder relationships and company financial performance. The study recommends that companies integrate CSR comprehensively, develop innovative initiatives, and improve transparency and accountability in CSR reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the impact of Socially Responsible Human Resource Management (SR-HRM) on employee work engagement at PT MRP, an insurance company in Indonesia, by examining the mediating roles of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Affective Commitment (AC). Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and participatory observations, the findings reveal that SR-HRM practices, such as fairness, inclusivity, continuous training, transparent performance evaluation, and work-life balance support, significantly enhance employee engagement. POS and AC serve as key mediators in strengthening this relationship. Employees who feel supported and emotionally attached to the organization tend to be more motivated and committed. The study underscores the importance of effective internal communication and the integration of SR-HRM into long-term strategic policies to foster a healthy and productive work environment. The results offer practical implications for insurance companies to develop socially responsible HR policies that enhance employee well-being and engagement, ultimately boosting competitiveness. Future research is recommended to expand the scope across various insurance firms and examine additional influencing factors.

Abstract

Stress is a psychological response commonly experienced by individuals when facing internal or external pressures. Measuring stress levels among nurses is essential to understand their mental condition and ensure task performance is maintained. This descriptive quantitative study aimed to assess the stress levels of nurses at Hospital X in Tangerang over the past month using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). The study involved a total population of 20 nurses, with data collected through a 10-item Likert-scale questionnaire. Descriptive analysis was used to determine the frequency and percentage of stress levels. Results showed that 55% (11 respondents) experienced low stress, while 45% (9 respondents) had moderate stress, with an average score of 14, a minimum of 7, and a maximum of 25. These findings highlight the need for effective stress management strategies by hospital management to prevent worsening stress and to enhance nurse productivity.
