Abstract

Abstract-Institutional and social capital theories can help to understand how social enterprises can contribute and transform sustainable supply chains. This article introduces a framework that seeks to understand social enterprise and entrepreneurship capabilities in transforming institutions to strengthen supply chain sustainability and briefly gives some preliminary findings related to social capital and supply chains. Presently the social entrepreneurship has many areas to explore and having exceptionally golden opportunities to reform the business research. With this article an analytical model and business model is proposed for commercial entrepreneurship. It also works as a bridge between many communities and the industries. Here it is also presented a roadmap for the future scope of industrial development. In this study it is try to explain that how a social entrepreneurship can work by providing high end services and user demands and also refer to establish many new industries. The new findings and the upcoming possible demands of a user are focused by this article.

Abstract

Internet and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is an inseparable part of human life today. This paper discusses the impact of the internet and ICT on development and economic growth comes from international journals that discuss about it and of course with a different viewpoint. The research objective was to determine whether the internet and ICT impact on growth and economic development based on international journals and comparing the results of the international journals. The results of the -jurnal journal is that in general the internet and ICT has an impact on economic development and growth of a country. The difference is that the first journal is not only limited to the expansion of the Internet business, but changing the way of doing business; The second journal is ICT is not overly significant effect on economic growth but the effect on the reduction of energy consumption; The third journal is the increasing use of the Internet helped in marketing and communications; The fourth is the internet journals positive impact on economic growth; and fifth journal is the average ICT contribute positively to economic growth. Abstract

The current conditions in PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. Lampung, where the employee's performance is still not optimal due to the leadership of the lack of attention to its employees and the low mativasi employee. This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, leadership and motivation influence on employee performance PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. Lampung,This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, observations. The population in this study are employees PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. Lampung which amounts to 102 employees. The sampling technique in this study using a systematic sampling technique with a sample size that is 51 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression t test and F .The results of the analysis produces a value of determination coefficient R = 0.872 and R Square .760, In the t-test probability variables Leadership produce sig 0.000 0.005 or 9.671 t t table 1.676, t-test probability variables Work Motivation produce sig 0.000 0.005 or 11,583 t t table 1.676. This study therefore shows that there is no significant influence on Employee Performance Leadership, Motivation Work on the Performance of Employees. While the F test obtained Fhitung76.137 Ftabel 3.19 or sig 0.000 0.05. Then the results of the study indicate that there is no significant influence on the Labor Leadership and Motivation Employee Performance PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab.
