Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of advertising, perceived value, and social influence in purchasing managements on cosmetic products. The data used in this research was obtained from questionnaires. The research model was tested quantitatively through a field survey of 257 Hasanuddin university students using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study indicate that advertising, perceived value and social influence have positive influence on purchase management. Advertising and perceived value are two variable that have significant influence on purchase management. Given the importance of consumer purchasing managements for business sustainability and often contributing strategically, this research has implications for theoretical and practical development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of systematic strategic planning and strategic business innovation on the sustainable performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector in Makassar City. The framework of this study refers to the concept of Triple Bottom Line and Resource-Based View. The research method used is a mixed method with a sequential explanatory design, involving 100 respondents in the quantitative stage and 5 sources in the qualitative stage. Quantitative data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, while qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study indicate that systematic strategic planning does not have a significant effect on the sustainable performance of MSMEs, while strategic business innovation has a positive and significant effect on the sustainable performance of MSMEs in Makassar City. The implications of this study are expected to provide insight for MSME entrepreneurs and policy makers in improving business sustainability through strategic business innovation.

Abstract

Kelurahan Cappo di Kabupaten Barru memiliki potensi tiram yang besar, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas dan belum memberikan kontribusi optimal bagi ekonomi lokal. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan perempuan pesisir untuk meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan melalui inovasi olahan tiram bernilai tambah. Tujuannya adalah memperkuat kapasitas teknis dan manajerial kelompok perempuan pesisir dalam mengolah tiram menjadi produk unggulan, seperti nugget dan dimsum, yang berdaya saing dan ramah lingkungan. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis dan manajemen usaha, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Strategi pelaksanaan dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan metode penyuluhan, pelatihan langsung, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman kewirausahaan, keterampilan teknis, serta kesiapan peserta membentuk kelompok usaha mandiri, yang berkontribusi terhadap penguatan ekonomi dan kemandirian perempuan pesisir.
