Abstract

Republic of Indonesia Ship (KRI) Dewaruci is a Naval Academy Cadets' (AAL) training ship that is old. Thiscondition is very susceptible to various threats of accidents while carrying out voyages around the world to cruisethe AAL Kartika Jala Krida Kadet. The government has planned to replace KRI Dewaruci with a new trainingship. This study aims to determine the selection of new prospective makers training ship by the Analytic NetworkProcess (ANP) method. This ANP method is used because the existing data have a relationship among thecriteria and the relationship between criteria and sub-criteria. In alternative selection, there are two main criteria,namely operational requirements criteria with four sub-criteria: security, geographical conditions, skills training,transfer of technology and technical requirement criteria with five sub-criteria: machinery, navigation, trainingequipment, platform, masts, and sails. The results of this study are the alternative priorities for new training shipreplacing the best KRI Dewaruci and also the priority of the main/critical sub-criteria. The biggest alternativescore value is a training ship made by Piere Shipyard made in Spain with a score of 0.50259.Keywords: Analytic Network Process (ANP), Super Decisions, Training ship, Criteria and Sub-criteria

Abstract

Assessment of the performance and achievement of each unit of the company is very important to be carried out every certain period to provide a trigger for each unit in maintaining or improving the performance and achievements to be achieved. As for the better, the level of performance and achievement achieved by each unit will provide benefits to the company. Although currently there are sophisticated technologies that greatly impact various company activities and can improve the efficiency, performance, and achievement of human resources, it is an important factor in an organization. Human resources are very important to be given direction and guidance from human resource management to produce optimal performance. The optimal form of performance in human resources is influenced by the work discipline that exists in each employee/worker and the success of career development activities carried out by the existing human resource management at the company. This research was conducted to see how the influence of work discipline and career development in human resources on the performance and achievements of the company. Abstract

Adaptive Leadership will always be an important factor in determining the back and forth of a company. The leader must be able to provide direction for the vision of the future, then bring all employees to understand the vision, so that the company as a whole has the readiness to face any obstacles that stand in their way. This is what will then bring the company to the optimum point, where all the company's potential can be utilized for the progress of the company. Leaders with all the leadership factors inherent in themselves are related to the performance of their employees. This is very easy for anyone to understand. A leader who has a good leadership spirit will be able to create a good teamwork. The existence of good teamwork will greatly support the creation of a good and significant increase in employee performance. This study aims to determine the extent of employee performance and the role of leadership behavior on employee performance in organization companies. From the research results it is known that there is a significant relationship between the adaptive leadership factor and employee performance, with a correlation test result. Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in research or scientific article where previous research or relevant research can serve to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews how the Determination of Job Satisfaction (Y1) and Employee Performance (Y2) on Motivation (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) in a Human Resource Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; 2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance; 4) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance; and 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research background of the company's efforts to improve the performance of employees is a goal to be achieved by the company. Performance is highly dependent on the awareness of each employee. To improve the performance of employees of the company must to maintain the existence of human resources one of the efforts made is to improve employee performance by creating leadership and good communication with employees.The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the influence of leadership on employee performance 2) To determine the effect of organizational communication on employee performance and 3) To determine the influence of leadership and organizational communication together on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of a Government Organization, amounting to 35 people. Abstract

Analysis of the performance of public sector organizations is very important to progress the organization effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the performance of City A in realizing excellent service to the community and to see the factors supporting and inhibiting the performance of Government Organizations in realizing excellent service to the community. To answer the intended objectives, the research approach used is qualitative by using five performance dimensions, namely productivity, responsiveness, responsibility, accountability, and service quality, and five factors supporting and inhibiting performance, namely personal, leadership, team, system, and contextual factors. The results show that the performance of City Government Organization A is quite good, which is shown from the productivity of the good performance of the Government Organization because there is an increase in targets every year even though it has not been fully achieved, and has worked following existing rules or regulations and has good accountability. Meanwhile, responsiveness is quite good, because it is still constrained by the service infrastructure that is not supportive, such as the lack of service facilities on the Government Organization Website, unclear information boards, and the service portal on the Government Organization website is not yet optimal. and for the quality of services, the results of service work are not yet good, because they are still constrained by the speed of service of government organizations that cannot be ascertained. As for the performance supporting factors in Government Organizations, namely the leadership and team factors, this factor has a positive effect on the performance of Government Organization employees. Abstract

The achievement of the vision, mission and also the target of a military institution is strongly influenced by soldiers or personnel who are human resource capital. In terms of human resources or personnel, of course, they have work motivation that must be maintained in order to survive in military organizations. Potential human resources and in accordance with their field of work will support the achievement of the organization if they are utilized optimally. This study aims to find answers about how the influence of organizational culture (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on the work motivation of military personnel (Y) with work facilities as moderating variables (X3). The scientific method used in this research is survey research using a quantitative approach, the data analysis carried out in this study by analysis using statistical model tests. The results obtained in this study are (a) Organizational culture (X1) has a significant effect on work motivation (Y) in Institutions or Military Organizations, (b) Job satisfaction (X2) has a significant effect on work motivation (Y) in Institutions or Organizations. Military, and (c) Work facilities (X3) have a significant effect on work motivation (Y) in Military Institutions or Organizations. Based on the test results, it is also known that there is an effect of these variables after interacting with the work facilities variable as a moderating variable, the results obtained that have a significant effect on the work motivation of personnel. So it can be concluded that work facilities moderate organizational culture and job satisfaction so that it affects the increase in work motivation in military institutions or organizations.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explore the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work competence on employee performance which is mediated by work motivation. This research is a development of previous research on employees in one of the local government agencies. The contribution of this research is expected to be able to provide new information at the theoretical/scientific level of human resource management and add new references and managerial implications that can be positively applied to non-profit organizations. Referring to the results of previous research and empirical theory related to the learning process of human resource management, this research was conducted using a survey data collection method by distributing questionnaires online, respondents were selected based on a purposive method sampling of ministry employees in charge of coordination in the fields of politics, law, and security. The analysis in this study uses factor analysis and Lisrel structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings from this study are that leadership and organizational culture are not directly related to employee performance, but the role of leadership and organizational culture can be related to employee performance through the mediation of work motivation. The managerial implication of this research for the organization is being able to encourage the role of a leader to be able to improve the performance of its employees in the organization and the various cultures within the organization can be uniformed following the culture which can provide positive changes to the work motivation of employees to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

This research purposes to explore the influence of transformational leadership and person-organizational fit on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing behavior. This research is a development of previous research on employees in formal education units. The contribution of this research is expected to able providing new information at the theoretical level of human resource management science and become a reference and have positive managerial implications that can be applied in organizations. Referring to the results of previous research and empirical theory related to the learning process of human resource management, this research was conducted using a survey data collection method by spreading questionnaires online. The population in this study amounted to 28,406 teachers, with respondents selected using the purposive sampling method on teaching staff in the formal education unit at East Jakarta area of 105 teachers as research respondent data. In this study using factor analysis and modeling the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Lisrel. The invention of this study related obtained on transformational leadership do not have a significant positive relationship with innovative work behavior, but transformational leadership can have a positive impact on innovative work behavior through the mediation of knowledge sharing. The managerial implication of this research is that there is a need for leaders to engage with their subordinates in building communication and absorbing any new information as well as creating various kinds of innovations that can be applied and in line with organizational goals.

Abstract

The contribution of this study can provide new knowledge at the theory or scientific level of human resource management and add new references and management implications that can be positively applied to non-profit organizations. Based on the results of previous studies and empirical theories related to human resource management, this study was conducted using methods of data collection of questionnaires by distributing questionnaires on the Internet, the selection of respondents was based on the purposive sampling method of teachers of primary education units of DKI Jakarta 1 up to 155 teachers. The administrative effect of this research on organizations is that it is possible to stimulate the role of managers to be able to increase the motivational work of teachers to offer positive changes to the motivational work to achieve the goals of the organization.
