Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest archipelago countries in the world. Therefore, it is necessary to safeguard the vital object especially within the border area of the (NKRI). The unmanned tank rides are one of the rides that can be used as combat rides on the battlefield in maintaining security and sovereignty (NKRI). Utilization of unmanned tank rides on the durability and defence functions of the nation can minimize casualties. In realizing the control system and monitoring of unmanned tank rides using the design build Monitoring system Autopilot Prototype Tank on the Ground Station using Google Maps. In this design defines the needs of the system on the ground station. The need for electronic maps to display the location of the prototype tanks on the system interface, using one of the Gmap.net program libraries or libraries that can be integrated with the C# programming language. The need for data transactions through UART, using the library or series of communication program libraries for this need. The need for prototype tank location indicator and waypoint location in the form of marker on map, using one of Gmap Marker function from library or program library Gmap.net. The need to describe a straight line between waypoint points, using the polyline function of the Gmap.net library or program library. The need to describe the area on the waypoint, using the circle function of the Gmap.net library or program library. Autopilot control of the prototype tanks that have been performed can be done well using Visual Studio 2012 programming. Monitoring system on the interface of the system that is made shows the system can run well, with the results of the system can display prototype travel to every waypoint made. Abstract

One of the Main Duties of the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) is to enforce the law and maintain security in the marine area of national jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of national law and international law which are then manifested in Marine Security Operations (Opskamla) The Indonesian Navy Base is one of the Opskamla components. which functions to project the strength of the Indonesian Navy to the area of operation and provide ongoing administrative and logistical support to ensure the operational continuity of the elements of the Navy, carry out capacity building and conduct limited maritime security operations in the context of enforcing sovereignty and law at sea and carrying out coordination, regulation base defense. In the alternative selection of the Indonesian Navy Base in the Koarmada II work area, this study uses a combination of AHP and Topsis methods, the hierarchical structure modeling in the AHP method is influenced by the criteria and sub criteria, while for Topsis it is used as a ranking of the best alternative TNI AL bases as the initial position for Operation activities Marine Security The results obtained from the alternative weighting of the Indonesian Navy bases in sequence are the Banjarmasin Navy Base with a weight value of 0.959 more priority to be selected as a base for handling criminal offenses at sea, then the Nunukan Navy Base weight value 0.643 Palu weight value 0.589, Kendari weight value 0.333 Sangata has a weight value of 0.301, Kota Baru has a weight value of 0.265 and finally Toli-Toli has a weight value of 0.237. Abstract

This requires an organization to be able to compete by always paying attention to the user's condition. Development strategy is one way to find out competitiveness in each of its power lines. To deal with user competition, especially in the face of global users, an organization must be able to establish a method as the basic foundation for the formulation of development strategies by increasing the value of competitiveness for its output or services. This strategy needs to be involved using the SWOT method as the main method to increase output, internal and external factors become the initial steps to carry out strategies to optimize business to achieve success. The use of an effective SWOT analysis can play an important role in determining the development strategy, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company in maintaining the survival and continuity of the organization. The problem that the answer in this research is looking for is whether the SWOT analysis is the right strategy to increase output in the organization and how the development strategy applied by the organization in overcoming global friendships. In connection with these problems the following hypothesis is proposed: It is suspected that using a SWOT analysis can increase output so that the organization experiences a profit (surplus). This study uses primary data by providing questionnaires and secondary data to obtain archives or documents. In line with the problem and the research hypothesis, this study was conducted using the IFAS analysis method to analyze internal factors, EFAS analysis for external factors, then, included in the quantitative model, namely the SWOT matrix. The results of the analysis show that, using IFAS and EFAS analysis and using SWOT analysis shows the position of the organization in cell 2, the strategy chosen to support the achievement of the objectives of the organization is ST strategy. Keywords: SWOT, Strategy, Product Marketing, Business.

Abstract

The South China Sea conflict is a regional security issue that has not yet reached the point of completion, and is prone to disrupting regional stability in the future. This dispute was initiated by China's unilateral claim to expand its territorial waters based on the nine dashed-line theory. This triggered diplomatic protests by several countries that directly border the South China Sea, including Indonesia. Even more recently, this has attracted the attention of the United States to participate in wanting to control and have influence over the South China Sea area which is considered very strategic and brings enormous economic benefits to its country. To avoid conflict, a strategy and policy scenario from each country in this case is needed, namely Indonesia, China and the United States using Game Theory. The Game Theory method that is simulated in this study uses pessimistic and optimistic scenarios from each country. Furthermore, the output of this method is that a saddle point is obtained from the scenario carried out by the three players/countries so as to achieve Ranai Region Stability in the South China Sea Conflict. Abstract

The development of Naval Base requires very strategic planning and calculation to obtain the sustainability of the base. This is intended so that in the future the existence of these bases can continue and exist, which is not disturbed by changes and System Dynamics from various aspects that develop and change over time. Sustainability of Naval Base is determined by many factors that are interrelated with one another as a very complex system arrangement so that a comprehensive analysis of various related aspects of the researcher is compiled into Three main aspects namely Defense Security Political Aspects, Economic Aspects and physical aspects of naval base. In this paper, the researcher will compile a model with System Dynamics approach to the sustainability of the Naval Base that is the object. Then also use Fuzzy Weighting from the elements of subjectivity which will be projected to become elements of objectivity, which also involves data / variables that are qualitative and quantitative. This has never been discussed in previous site selection studies. The complexity of the variables and the dependency relationships between variables in the system, and the decision makers' subjectivity can be identified and smoothed with the Fuzzy Weighting to get the weighting value so that the integration between the System Dynamics model with the Fuzzy Weighting method gets the analysis results of the Naval Base sustainability system based on three main aspects namely Defense Security Political Aspects, Economic Aspects and Physical Aspects of Naval Base. The results of the assessment of Fuzzy Weighting put the Defense Security Political Aspects in the first place with the value of the weight of the influence of interest 3.60, followed by the second position of the Physical Aspects of Naval Base with the value of the weight of the influence of the interest 3.40 and in the third position the Economic Aspects with a value of 3.0. Then the results are integrated into the System Dynamic calculation that produces sustainability values from three main aspects including Defense Security Political Aspects with strategic value of base area 36.42, then from Economic Aspects with land availability value 3.94, and Physical Aspects of Naval Base with physical capability values base 21.07.
