Abstract

AbstractThe quality of medical records describes the quality of health services provided. The return of the medical record file starts from the file being in the treatment room until the file is returned to the medical record unit. Incomplete and not immediately filled out medical resumes cause delays in returning medical records. Therefore, the return of the medical record system is quite important in the medical record unit. This study is a literature review, to see the causes of delays in returning medical records at hospitals in Indonesia. Sources of data come from published research literature, with a total of 18 research articles. Data collection was carried out from March to June 2020. The factor causing the delay in returning medical records was the highest due to the input component. From all journals, 100% of the delays in returning medical records were caused by the input component (Man, Money, Materials, Method, Machine) and 33.3% by the process component. Of the input components, 83.3% were caused by Man factors, 77.8% Method factors, 33.3% Materials factors, 27.8% Machine factors, and 5.5% Money factors. Each hospital must have a clear and firm policy in overcoming delays in returning medical records, with clear and firm policies, the causative factors such as Man, Money, Material, Method, Machine can be minimized and the accuracy of returning medical records can be maximized.Keywords: return, incompleteness, medical records, literature, reviewAbstrakMutu rekam medis menggambarkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan. Pengembalian Rekam Medis dimulai dari berkas tersebut berada diruang rawat sampai berkas tersebut kembali ke unit rekam medis. Pengisian resume medis yang tidak lengkap dan tidak segara dilakukan menyebabkan keterlambatan pengembalian rekam medis. Maka dari itu, pengembalian rekam medis sistem yang cukup penting di unit rekam medis. Penelitian ini merupakan literature review, untuk melihat penyebab keterlambatan pengembalian rekam medis di Rumah Sakit di Indonesia. Sumber data berasal dari literatur hasil penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan, dengan jumlah artikel penelitian sebanyak 18 artikel. Pengambilan data dilakukan dari bulan Maret-Juni 2020. Faktor penyebab keterlambatan pengembalian rekam medis tertinggi disebabkan oleh komponen input.  Dari semua jurnal sebanyak 100% keterlambatan pengembalian rekam medis disebabkan oleh komponen input (Man, Money, Materials, Methode, Machine) dan sebanyak 33,3% oleh komponen proses. Dari komponen input tersebut, sebanyak 83,3 % disebabkan oleh faktor Man, 77,8% faktor Methode, 33,3% faktor Materials, 27,8% faktor Machine, dan 5,5% faktor Money. Setiap rumah sakit harus memiki kebijakan yang jelas dan tegas dalam mengatasi keterlambatan Pengembalian Rekam Medis, dengan kebijakan yang jelas dan tegas, faktor penyebab seperti Man, Money, Material, Method, Machine dapat di minimalisir dan ketepatan Pengembalian Rekam Medis dapat dilakukan secara maksimal.Keywords: keterlambatan, pengembalian, rekam medis, literature review

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of roundtable technique on descriptive text writing. The research design of this technique is quasi-experimental. The experimental group got 80.2 while the control group got 71.08. The results of this research showed that students who learned by using the Roundtable technique produced better descriptive text writing compared to those who learned by using the direct instruction technique. It can be concluded that teaching descriptive text writing by using Roundtable technique gives better results in students' writing than direct instruction. The population was class II students of MTSN 4 Padang. Two classes were randomly selected as research samples. During the treatment, students in the experimental group used the Roundtable technique, while students in the control group used the Direct Instruction Technique. Analysis of the test results showed that the experimental group students' scores were higher than the control group. In the post test, the average score of the experimental group got the best result.

Abstract

This research was based on a phenomenon that the students’ writing ability was still low. It was assumed that there were two main factors influencing the students’ writing. One of them was about facilitating the students with appropriate written feedbacks. In line with that, this research was a kind of descriptive study, which was aimed at finding a deep description of the implementation of written feedback at MAN Koto Baru Padang Panjang. Participants of the research were all English teachers there. Furthermore, the data were collected by using two instruments, documents and interview. There were two findings of the research. First, almost all of the written feedback items were provided to help students working on their grammatical mistakes or forms of the writing, it was proven by the percentage that 99.66% of the written feedback items were focused on forms whereas only 0.34% of the written feedback items were focused on contents. Second, the technique used in giving the written feedback was written commentary. This technique was used due to its effectiveness in helping the students’ writing. In short, giving written feedback through the written commentary technique is really worth for the development of students’ writing, especially for non-native of English.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and explain in detail how LIA teachers in West Sumatera apply flipped learning since this institution has successfully applied this learning process since 2018 (even before the Pandemic). This study also found problems faced by LIA teachers in conducting flipped learning and ways to solved the problems. An ethnographic research was conducted to study how teachers in LIA applied flipped learning since it is considered as an in-depth study of a particular group of people in their own environment. The researchers observed their routines activities, participated in their activities, and conducted in-depth interviews. Moreover, the researchers studied not only observed the teachers but also all component that supported the implementation of flipped learning in LIA. There were 3 LIA branches and there were 7 teachers observed (3 teachers are in LIA Padang, 2 teachers are in LIA Bukittinggi, and the others are from LIA Payakumbuh). From the research, it was found that Flipped learning in LIA is compulsory. All teachers need to follow the guidance and procedures that has been instructed by the TTD (Teachers Training Development). However, different teachers have different techniques in fulfilling every step of the procedures. This research explains the guidance and steps of how flipped materials implemented in LIA. It can be a great source for other teachers to find out how to apply it in their own class.

Abstract

This research was aimed to test roundtable based digital technology and self efficacy in increasing the ability of  writing  analytical exposition text.The research design of this study was a quasi experimental design. The population was the second grade in the university . Two classes were randomly selected as the sample of the study. During the treatment, students in experimental group used roundtable based digital technology, while students in control group used small grup discussion. Objective: To improve the ability of writing analytical exposition text on the second grade  at University of Syedza Saintika  Padang using roundtable berbasis teknologi digital san self efficacy. This technique is one way to improve writing analytical exposition text, so that the students knowledge to produce a good writing in analytical exposition text. Method: This study used quasi-experiments. Data using writing test and questionnaire. Statistical Test using t-test. Data analysis was presented to illustrate project based learning through roundtable dan self efficacy  on second grade student’ writing analytical exposition.. Result : the results showed that there were differences writing ability analytical exposition text after being given roundtable based digital technology.  Conclusion: Research is expected to provide more opportunities for students to develop their writing ability.

Abstract

Keterlambatan penyediaan dan pendistribusian berkas rekam medis akan mengakibatkan ketidakoptimalan dokter, dokter gigi dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya untuk memberikan pelayanan sehingga akan mengakibatkan kepuasan pasien menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keterlambatan pendistribusian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dilaksanakan di RSUP dr M. Djamil Padang pada bulan April 2024. Pengumpulan dengan cara wawancara.  Populasi pada penelitian seluruh petugas dan berkas rekam medis di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu total sampling. Pengolahan data secara komputerisasi dan analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan 79,1% tingkat pendidikan responden tinggi, 53,5% tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan rekam medis, 51,2% tidak sesuai SOP melaksanakan pendistribusian rekam medis, 65,1% melaksanakan pendistribusian rekam medis termasuk kategori lama.  Hasil uji stastik didapatkan tidak terdapat hubungan tingkat pendidikan dengan keterlambatan pendistribusian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan (nilai p = 0,696 (p>0,05).  Terdapat hubungan pelatihan dan standar operasional prosedur dengan keterlambatan pendistribusian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang (nilai p = 0,000 (p<0,05).Sebaiknya pihak rumah sakit mengevaluasi kebijakan SOP atau Protap yang berkaitan dengan standar kecepatan pendistribusian berkas rekam medis ke poliklinik, sehingga petugas mempunyai pedoman dalam melaksanakan tugasnya serta sebagai acuan untuk mencapai target waktu dalam mendistribusikan berkasKata Kunci                : Pendidikan, Pelatihan, SOP, Pendistribusian, Rekam Medis
