Abstract

The stretching of online buying and selling transactions is growing and becoming a trend for many people, one of the online buying and selling systems that is currently in vogue is the dropshipping system. The purpose of this study is to find out how the practice of buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at Bina Abadi Fashion Bangorejo Banyuwangi in the perspective of Islamic Economics. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model. The results of this study are that Bina Abadi Fashion in its implementation fulfills the pillars and conditions of buying and selling in the Islamic economy. Consent is carried out verbally or in writing stating that there is a sale and purchase agreement between the consumer and the dropshipper and the dropshipper and the supplier. Goods that are traded are at the responsibility of the supplier and are characterized based on existing specifications through pictures or photos. The perpetrators of buying and selling already have skills in buying and selling transactions, and when the goods do not match the order or do not match those specified, the supplier will make compensation on condition that there is accompanying evidence. The contract used is bai' maushufun fi dzimmah, namely buying and selling which is still suspended.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTargets and achievements of healthy tourism development are an evaluation of government policies in maintaining the function of public goods as an effort to realize sustainable development. This study aims to analyze the targets and achievements of the development of tourism areas in Banyuwangi Regency in accordance with macro healthy tourism indicators and in tourist destinations with the highest number of tourist visits. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method, then a sample of 12 research respondents was obtained, namely from Bappeda, Health Office, Culture and Tourism Office, and Tourism Awareness Groups in 10 tourist destinations with the highest number of visits in 2020. The analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. about the targets and achievements of the implementation of the Healthy Regency indicators in Banyuwangi Regency. The results showed that at a macro level, Healthy Tourism Development in Banyuwangi Regency had reached the target as a Regency that deserves to be categorized as healthy tourism by 82.5%, while in the top ten tourist destinations it shows that there are still tourist destinations that have scores below 80%.Keywords: Development, healthy tourism, Banyuwangi Regency

Abstract

Abstract Tourism is a promising sector in increasing people's income, but what is the impact of tourist visits and local income on the human development index as a measure of quality progress in the area. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the large contribution of tourist visits and local revenue in increasing the human development index in Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. The research results show that the influence of tourist visits and local income on the human development index is significant with a determinant coefficient value of 90.4%. The high coefficient value indicates that tourist visits and local income are variables that can increase the Human Development index in Banyuwangi Regency.
