Abstract

Penelitian ini, mengambil sampel desa Batokorogan dan desa Kokop Kecamatan Kokop Kabupaten Bangkalan. Dilakukan untuk mengetahui pendapat masyarakat setempat, tentang tiga ca’oca’an yang bernuansa legalisasi pernikahan dini, antara lain: (1) “oreng bhini’ mon omor eyattas 12 taon, mon gita’ andhi’ bhekal eyanggep ta’ pajuh (Perempuan yang berumur di atas 12 tahun, jika belum mempunyai tunangan dianggap tidak laku)”, (2) “Andhi’ ana’ bhini’ bhedeh neng kennengan kala, mon bedeh se mentah dulih beghi” (Mempunyai anak perempuan berada di posisi kalah, kalau ada yang meminang segera terima), (3) “Je’ pasakolah ana’eh mon lo’ deddiyeh prabhen toah” (Jangan disekolahkan anakmu, agar tidak menjadi perawan tua). Tiga ca’oca’an ini, sengaja dilestarikan melalui mekanisme klasifikasi, negasi, dan hasrat kekuasaan kaum laki-laki, untuk menciptakan rasa takut pada perempuan menjadi ta’ pajuh lakeh dan menjadi prabhen toah. Penciptaan rasa takut dengan mekanisme tersebut masuk kategori kekerasan psikis, yang menyebabkan kaum perempuan merasa tidak percaya diri, tidak mampu membuat keputusan mandiri, dan tidak berdaya melakukan penolakan atas keputusan lingkungan sosialnya untuk tidak melakukan pernikahan dini.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of sharia marketing strategy and member value toward member satisfaction at KSU BMT Al-Muhajirin Toili Banggai, Central Sulawesi. The objects of this research were members of the BMT with a population of 1000 members, and the samples taken were 30 members. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Islamic Marketing Strategy and Member Value on Member Satisfaction at KSU BMT Al-Muhajirin Toili Banggai Central Sulawesi simultaneously and partially.Design/Method/Approach: This study used quantitative analysis methods with multiple linear regression tests with hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 23.0.Findings: The results of this study are: 1) Sharia marketing strategy (X1) significantly has an effect on customer satisfaction (Y); 2) The value of members (X2) significantly has no effect on customer satisfaction (Y); 3) Sharia marketing strategy (X1) and member value (X2) has a significant effect on member satisfaction (Y) at KSU BMT Al-Muhajirin Toili Banggai, Central Sulawesi simultaneously.Originality/Values: Therefore, the research conclusions are: 1) Sharia marketing strategy (X1) of KSU BMT Al-Muhajirin Toili Banggai Central Sulawesi is one of the factors that affect the satisfaction of prospective members. The better the marketing strategy used, the more interested people will be to become members of KSU BMT Al-Muhajirin Toili Banggai, Central Sulawesi; 2) the value of members (X2) does not affect the satisfaction of the community; this is because the value given is purely from the heart of the community and there are other factors that affect the satisfaction of members; 3) The marketing strategy of sharia (X1)) and member value (X2)) are dominant variable to satisfaction of prospective members of KSU BMT Al-Muhajirin Toili Banggai, Central Sulawesi.

Abstract

Purwodadi Village is a village in the Banyuwangi Regency which is located in the central region, less than 48 km from the center of the regency administration to the west. Along the way to the village of Purwodadi brought by the expanse of rice fields. The economy of Purwodadi Village residents is concentrated in the agricultural sector with a livelihood of 800 people and around 615 farm workers. soybean meal is a potential that can be developed to increase farmers, especially tofu production in Tempurejo Hamlet, Purwodadi Village. This soybean cake cracker product has been promoted directly by the Head of Purwodadi Village for developed communities, starting with PKK mothers, housewives who want to open an entrepreneur. This program can run successfully because it is supported by the natural potential produced by the pulp that is the main ingredient of this program. Can be used to improve the economy of the Purwodadi Village community. From some of the programs that we have done during the implementation of community service programs in the Purwodadi Village community. The community is needed by the community to help advance and prosper the Purwodadi Village.

Abstract

Industri tidak dapat lagi bersaing di pasar global dengan hanya mengandalkan harga atau kualitas produk saja, tetapi harus bersaing berbasiskan inovasi, kreativitas dan imajinasi. Pariwisata mempunyai kekuatan sinergik, karena memiliki keterkaitan yang erat dengan berbagai bidang terutama bidang industri kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi effect yang ditimbulkan dengan adanya Industri Kreatif terhadap kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat Banyuwangi, (2) Menjelaskan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam upaya pengembangan Industri Kreatif, (3)Menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan dalam pengembangan Industri Kreatif. Industri kreatif sebagai pendukung sektor pariwisata merupakan multisektor yang mencakup berbagai kegiatan perekonomian. Keterkaitan industri kreatif dengan berbagai sektor ekonomi dapat mendorong laju pertumbuhan sektor-sektor tersebut. Kegiatan pariwisata akan menimbulkan permintaan (demand) akan barang dan jasa sehingga akan merangsang pertumbuhan produksi indsutri kreatif. Semakin banyak permintaan wisatawan maupun industri pariwisata, maka akan dapat semakin membangunkan produktifitas sektor-sektor ekonomi lainnya. Peranan industri kreatif sebagai pendukung sektor perekonomian di Kabupaten Banyuwangi menjadi topik yang penting untuk dibahas. Sektor ini di harapkan mampu memberikan perubahan kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat Banyuwangi. Sebagai daerah yang sedang mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif sebagai salah satu alternatif pembangunan. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan akan diketahui seberapa besar industri kreatif dan ekonomi kreatif mampu menarik pertumbuhan sektor-sektor perekonomian lainnya.

Abstract

The Klenik Tourism of the Alas Purwo National Park is visited by many groups of people especially shamans who come to the Alas Purwo National Park from various regions and various religious identities. They did not come alone but by bringing their men to Alas Purwo National Park to perform rituals in the caves and Pancur Beach in the Pancur Resort. In the caves they do semedi also bring the necessary equipment such as incense, flowers, and incense. Because the place is indeed in the forest and still sacred, they still come back to Alas Purwo National Park with certain needs including seeking peace, penance, rituals with a specific purpose. obstacles encountered in efforts to develop the occult destinations of the Alas Purwo National Park, Analyze and Explain the factors that support the success in the development of the occult destinations of the Alas Purwo National Park in Banyuwangi Regency. That is why this research was conducted using qualitative research methods and the analysis used an interactive model (Miles and Hubermen), namely by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. From several research findings, it was concluded that there were factors that triggered them to do heresy including: insufficient economic needs, repentance or calming down to pray, meditation with specific goals, economic adequacy, shifting life in the family. The occult process is basically the same as people doing rituals, meditation or the like in different ways and places according to the stability of the individual with all kinds of equipment that they think are important for example by bringing offerings, flower flowers, flower flowers, telon flowers, incense or incense. According to the study of occult marketing theory conducted by visitors of the Alas Purwo National Park, it can add to the income of the Alas Purwo National Park, this can be proven by looking at visitor data through the increasing entrance of Rowobendo, due to the increasing number of people from various regions visiting the Park The Alas Purwo National Park which was invited by previous visitors who had performed the ritual by directly speaking to the people who had never visited Alas Purwo National Park, so that those who had never been to the Alas Purwo National Park had a curiosity by joining with those who have performed rituals in Alas Purwo National Park with various successes which according to them have changed their lifestyle after visiting Alas Purwo National Park.

Abstract

Setrategis mosque youth as agents in the empowerment of the people need to be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed, for example, the mosque youth activists also need to pursue knowledge of journalism and kewirausahaan.Hal it was important to strengthen propaganda and empowerment umat.Dua that knowledge can be a means of propaganda, as well as increasing HR Teen mosque so that they can be independent. The mosque is an instrument of empowerment of people who have a very strategic role in improving the quality of society. However, it should be backed by good management of the mosque management and integrated. The mosque is used as a community center for the reason that since the time of the Prophet mosque became the center of people's empowerment are not limited only role is the implementation of compulsory worship such as prayer.

Abstract

the use of plastics can provide convenience and practicality, plastic also has a particularly bad impact on the environment. Plastics contain artificial inorganic materials which are composed of chemicals that are dangerous enough for the environment. This waste of plastic is very difficult to decompose naturally. To decompose plastic waste itself, it takes approximately 80 years to completely degrade. Currently the government is increasingly active in providing awareness to the public to reduce the use of plastics in life, then providing teaching on how to treat plastic waste into goods that are beneficial to life. Participatory action research has three word elements, all of which have a connection between Participation, Action and Research. In the process of carrying out social change for the better, it must involve all levels of society who are the object or target as well as the subject where the social change must be carried out. utilization of organic waste which can be used as various kinds of valuable creativity and has a selling price that can improve the community's economy, and also make the environment clean and healthy. Making society in a harmonious and peaceful environment. There won't be any problems. The village will be safe and secure.

Abstract

For life in the land actually is the last alternative for a person, except around his place there are no job opportunities. Therefore berburuh to another country is a great alternative employment opportunities primarily due to its natural condition. The purpose of this study to describe the process of divorce implant is mostly done by maids against their husbands in Banyuwangi. As well as assess the impact of migrant maids to the harmony of households. Hence, this study was conducted using research methods to uncover a phenomenon qualitatively divorce implant that is currently rampant in Banyuwangi. The data collection technique using participant observation, interview and documentation. data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. From some research findings concluded that there are factors which then triggers that cause divorce implants (the husband's income is low, the husband does not work, cheating, defamation victim, meddling parents, reluctant to return to their homeland and the rupture of communication). While the process of (KHI) Article 132 paragraph and gender studies in fact women (wives) are justified to help the family economy, but the independence of wives would trigger gender awareness high and a cause for divorce implant that is getting phenomenal in Banyuwangi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji signifikasi Etika Bisnis Islam, terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di UD. Diva Sejahtera Blokagung Banyuwangi. Untuk menguji signifikasi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di UD. Diva Sejahtera Blokagung Banyuwangi. Untuk menguji signifikasi Etika Bisnis Islam dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di UD. Diva Sejahtera Blokagung Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif. Dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 35 responden. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan tekhnik simple random sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Etika bisnis Islam(X1) dan Kulitas Pelayanan(X2) sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kepuasan Pelanggan(Y). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Etika Bisnis Islam (x1) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (y) 2,075 dan kualitas Pelayanan () Terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (y) sebesar 4,495. Sedangkan hasil penelitian secara simultan Etika Bisnis Islam (x1) dan kualitas layanan () terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (y) sebesar 22,257. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengtahui Implementasi Manajemen Pembiayaan Akad Rahn Tasjily Ditinjau Dari Segi Fiqih Muamalah Di BMT UGT Nusantara. Penelitian berfokus pada pelaksanaan Manajemen Pembiayaan Akad Rahn Tasjily Di BMT UGT Nusantara dan kesesuaian Manajemen Pembiayaan Akad Rahn Tasjily di BMT UGT Nusantara ditinjau dari segi Fiqih Muamalah. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktifitas sosial, sikap kepercayaan, pemikiran orang secara individu maupun kelompok. Adapun untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi langsung, wawancara, dokumentasi, rekam arsip, dan perangkat fisik. Selain itu, peneliti menggunakan anlisis data dengan bagan alur Miles Huberman dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan data. Penyelesaian permasalahan atau perselisihan antara anggota dengan pihak BMT diselesaikan melalui musyawarah untuk mencapai mufakat dilandasi oleh i’tikad yang baik, selanjutnya jika tidak dapat diselesaikan melalui musyawarah maka menyelesaikannya lewat pengadilan negeri setempat.
