Abstract

Abstract Tourism is a promising sector in increasing people's income, but what is the impact of tourist visits and local income on the human development index as a measure of quality progress in the area. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the large contribution of tourist visits and local revenue in increasing the human development index in Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. The research results show that the influence of tourist visits and local income on the human development index is significant with a determinant coefficient value of 90.4%. The high coefficient value indicates that tourist visits and local income are variables that can increase the Human Development index in Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

The aim is to find out the Altman Z-Score variables are able to predict bankruptcy and to determine the significant effect between working capital/total assets, retained earnings/total assets, earnings before interest and taxes/total assets, and book value equity/total liabilities on predictions. Bankruptcy in the Foreign Exchange BUS in Indonesia for the period 2013-2015. The results of the first test show that during the period 2013-2015 Foreign Exchange BUS is predicted to be in a healthy condition, except in the second quarter Mega Syariah is predicted to go bankrupt. And the results of the second test show that partially working capital/total assets and retained earnings/total assets have no effect on the prediction of bank bankruptcy, while the variables of earnings before interest and taxes/total assets and book value of equity/total liabilities have a significant effect on bankruptcy prediction. From the results of the f test simultaneously the four Altman Z-Score variables together have a significant effect on the prediction of bank bankruptcy. And the results of the multiple correlation determinant that 36% of the Z-Score value is influenced by the variables of MKTA, LDTA, LSBPTA, and NBETK.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the salam contract on buying and selling in Sumberarum Village, Songgon District. The results of this study indicate that: The implementation of this salam contract is very beneficial for both farmers and collectors because they can find out so far the practice of buying and selling is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the sale and purchase of the salam contract, namely with the concept of not being mutually beneficial on one side and mutually trust between farmers and collectors. The conclusion is the implementation of the salam contract on the sale and purchase of vegetables in Sumberarum Village, Songgon District, identification of applications that occur in the field, measurement through the pillars and conditions and has gone through several long processes so that articles are formed which are obtained and practiced in the field and are in accordance with the provisions of the salam contract.

Abstract

Aims to determine the effect of the quality of savings pick-up and delivery services and complaint handling on member loyalty at KSPPS BMT NU Muncar, a sharia microfinance institution. As an LKM (Microfinance Institution), BMT aims to serve people who have not been reached by conventional banking, provide financing for micro businesses, facilitate savings, and avoid usury practices. BMT NU Muncar in its operations focuses on increasing member trust and satisfaction as an effort to build loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, involving 67 samples from 200 active members who use savings pick-up and delivery services. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula with primary data collected through a questionnaire measured using a 4-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23, which includes statistical tests such as the Determination Coefficient Test, F Test, and T Test. The results of the study showed that the F test results showed that the calculated F value was 201.682, while the F table value was 2.3516584, with a significance level (p-value) of 0.000 which was smaller than 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05). The R-Square test results showed a value of 0.863 or 86.3%, which means that 86.3% of the variation in member satisfaction was influenced by the independent variables (Quality of Shuttle Services and Complaint Handling), while the remaining 13.7% was influenced by other factors. This study is expected to provide insight for BMT NU Muncar in increasing competitiveness and operational sustainability by increasing member loyalty. The implications of the study suggest that it is important for BMT to continue to adapt to member needs and ensure operational sustainability through improving service quality that can increase satisfaction levels and ultimately strengthen member loyalty.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the Wadiah Term Savings (SWB2P) product bundling program at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar from a sharia economic perspective. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the bundling program in increasing added value for customers and its impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The method used is a case study with data collection through interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the SWB2P bundling program provides significant benefits, such as lower administration costs and better accessibility to Islamic financial products. Apart from that, this program also increases customer satisfaction which leads to higher loyalty towards BMT UGT Nusantara. This research concludes that the SWB2P product bundling program can be an effective strategy in supporting sharia economic development and providing solutions to people's financial needs.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of Islamic service quality and trust on member loyalty at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar in Banyuwangi Regency. Using a quantitative approach, the study employs purposive sampling to gather data from 80 respondents. Primary data is collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that both service quality (X1) and trust (X2) significantly influence member loyalty. The t-test results show t-values of 4.623 (sig. 0.001) for service quality and 20.758 (sig. 0.001) for trust. Additionally, the F-test yields an F-value of 226.125 (sig. 0.001), confirming that both variables collectively and individually have a positive effect on member loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to: determine the implementation of the Salam Agreement on buying and selling in the hamlet of Connect Rejo, Bayu village, Songgon sub-district. This study uses a qualitative research method with the type of research case study research collected both the results of interviews, observations and documentation during conducting research in the hamlet of Connect Rejo, Bayu village, Songgon sub-district, using an interactive analysis model. The results of this study indicate that: The implementation of the salam contract on the sale and purchase of vegetables comes from several aspects, both from the farmers and the collectors themselves. The implementation of this salam contract is very beneficial for both farmers and collectors because they can know so far the practice of buying and selling is carried out according to or not with the provisions in the sale and purchase of the salam contract, namely with the concept of not being mutually beneficial to one party and mutual trust between farmers and collectors, therefore the author seeks to maximize this research so that it can help the community of Connect Rejo Hamlet, Bayu Village, Songgon District in practicing the buying and selling of vegetables that have long been carried out to meet the needs of family life, family and as their successors strive to be better in processing better vegetable crops so that they can develop the welfare of the life of the nation and the state It can be concluded that the implementation of the salam contract on the sale and purchase of vegetables in the Hamlet of Connect Rejo, Bayu Village, Songgon District, the identification of the implementation that occurs in the field, the measurement through the pillars and terms and has been practiced in the field, has gone through several long processes to form a thesis is in accordance with the provisions of the salam contract.
