Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of implementing the sale and purchase of agricultural products to pay harvest/respite in Barurejo Village, Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency. To find out about the legal views of Islamic economics on the implementation of buying and selling pay harvest. The type of research used in this study is a case study that is single-case design. Data analysis using interactive model analysis techniques. The results of the study, namely the practice of buying and selling are in accordance with the terms and also the pillars of sale and purchase, and buying and selling of this harvest does not contain elements of persecution, because both parties benefit from each other. In the practice of buying and selling agricultural products, the harvest in Barurejo Village, Siliragung Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency is in accordance with the objectives of Islamic economic law, namely a sense of empathy among people to create mutual benefit where the price increase the seller gets the price in lieu of the length of payment and the buyer gets the desired item without issuing money in cash, adding a relatively small amount of price and not burdening one party

Abstract

The purpose of this research is, first, to determine the impulse buying behavior on the behavior of students university at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blockagung Banyuwangi. Second, to find out the impulse buying behavior of students at university at the Darussalam Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi in terms of the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali's maslahah. Research using qualitative methods with the type of phenomenological research. The data source uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is interactive models. The results of his research are impulse buying behavior by students at university at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi Regency balanced between purchases based on needs and desires. However, the impulsive buying behavior of students at university has not fully carried out the purchase in accordance with Imam Al-Ghazali’s maslahah. Although the results of the study state that there is a balance between buying based on need and desire, in making a purchase there is still no review of the five aspects of maqashid as-shari'ah or usulul khomsah. In addition, purchases made as a desire to satisfy will only lead to wasteful and wasting money

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu lembaga keuangan, bank perlu menjaga kinerjanya agar dapat beroperasi secara optimal. Terlebih lagi bank syrai’ah harus bersaing ketat dengan bank konvensional yang telah berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Fenomena perbedaan antara bank syari’ah dengan bank konvensional ini sangat menarik untuk diteliti, terutama bagaimana kedua konsep ini bersaing secara positif untuk menunjukkan hasil kinerja yang di peroleh dari kedua konsep tersebut merupakan kinerja bank yang terbaik dalam industri Perbankan Nasional. Adapun pengukuran kinerja dari sektor perbankan ini dapat dilihat dari bagaimana tingkat rario likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas pada penyajian laporan keuangan yang dilaporkan dalam akhir periodenya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel dalam penelitian yang telah dirumuskan dalam rumusan masalah, yaitu pertama, apakah rasio–rasio keuangan yang terdiri: QR, CR, DRR, CAR, GPM, NPM, LM, AU, LDR, ROA, ROE dapat membedakan kinerja keuangan leverage multiplier antara Perbankan Syariah dan Perbankan Konvensional? Kedua, bagaimana kinerja bank syariah dan bank konvensional?Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode judgment sampling yaitu, perbankan syariah (Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syariah) dan perbankan konvensional (Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI))data yang diambil adalah laporan keuangan laba-rugi dan laporan keuangan neraca perbankan selama 5 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2010 sampai 2014. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan Analisis Diskriminan. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan bantuan Software SPSS versi 14.0. Hasil Analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama, berdasarkan uji Wilks’ Lambda diketahui bahwa berdasarkan perbandingan rasio keuangan QR, CR, DRR, CAR, GPM, NPM, LM, LDR, dan ROE ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja perbankan syariah dan perbankan konvensional. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan diperolehnya nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Dan berdasarkan perbandingan rasio keuangan AU dan ROA tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja perbankan syariah dan perbankan konvensional. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan diperolehnya nilai signifikansi di atas/lebih besar dari 0,05. Kedua, berdasarkan nilai Cuttof diketahui bahwa perbankan syariah termasuk kelompok 1 yang memiliki score diskriminan positif atau diatas nilai cutoff score 0. Sedangkan perbankan konvensional termasuk kelompok 2 memiliki score diskriminan negatif atau dibawah nilai cutoff score 0. Berdasarkan perbandingan score diskriminankinerja keuangan perbankan syariahlebih baik daripada kinerja keuangan perbankan konvensional.

Abstract

Struktur sosial melahirkan dorongan sosial menjadi lebih berkuasa atas perilaku individu. Sedangkan dorongan sosial tersebut yang disesuaikan dengan norma norma sosial, yang meliputi; kultur yang dominan, pengaruh kekuatan sosial atas perilaku lebih yang umum. Selanjutnya dominasi sosial akan membentuk sosial capital yang akan mempengaruhi perekonomian suatu daerah. Di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam faktor social capital telah menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal yang membuat semakin masifnya dibuka usaha-usaha bisnis yang menguntungkan. Pada kasus perkembangan perekonomian yang ada di sekitar wilayah pondok pesantren Darussalam, kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar telah mempengaruhi pada produktifitas di tingkat mikro level. Dengan terbentuknya hubungan yang baik pada social capital mempengaruhi kapabilitas manajerial. Dan jika kapabilitas manajerial baik pada sosial capital maka akan mengurangi biaya informasi, biaya transaksi dan risiko serta mambantu menghindari moral hazard dan masalah adverse selection dilingkungannya. Pengelolaan risiko yang ditimbulkan, shock dan peluang yang ada merupakan kunci untuk mencapai pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan khususnya pada hubungan social capital.

Abstract

A person's goal is to earn income, which will later be used to achieve needs. Yayasan Mukhtar Syafa’at employs construction workers to build infrastructure facilities in supporting learning. The purpose of this study was the first to know the system of wages of construction workers applied at the Yayasan Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung of Banyuwangi Regency Both views of Ibn Hazm about the wage system provided by the Foundation to the welfare of construction workers in the Yayasan Mukhtar Syafa'at. The research method used in this research is to use this type of qualitative research through a case study approach. The data analysis tool used in this study was using the Interactive Milles and Huberman Models. The results of this study are the first that the Yayasan Mukhtar Syafa'at in providing workers' wages there are two types of divisions, the first part for builders and secondly for building porters and the one used is the term wage system. The welfare of construction workers has also been fulfilled based on Ibn Hazm's opinion of one's prosperity, it is seen from the main needs fulfilled and the education of children fulfilled. The conclusion of this study is that the system used by the Yayasan Mukhtar Syafa’at is in accordance with the study of existing theories and about the welfare of workers is also in accordance with Ibn Hazm's theory that the Yayasan Mukhtar Syafa’at in addition to providing wages also provides social security. Abstract

The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach. The data analysis tool used is the IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis. The results show the distribution strategies used by BMT in exploiting the strengths of the opportunities that have been identified: BMT optimizes employee performance to keep up with the ever-increasing population, maintains the good name of the cooperative to attract sympathy for prospective members, strengthens the good name of BMT in the community by implementing the sharia system and performs a direct approach with the middle to lower society in particular. In minimizing weaknesses in order to take advantage of opportunities: increase the frequency of training for human resource supplies, improve technology-based facilities and continue to actively publish products on various media. In using strength to overcome threats: BMT develops and adapts marketing models, creates more attractive product variation styles and maintains the characteristics of sharia-based products. In minimizing weaknesses in order to avoid threats: conducting training programs to increase employee competence, spreading the name of sharia when involved in the field and optimizing marketing in all media.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the practice of collaborating with rice processing in the Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi, and knowing how to practice the cooperation with processing of maro in The Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi the perspective of Islamic economic law. The type used in this study is descriptive analysis, which describes the data that researchers collect both from observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive model analysis techniques. The results of the study are the collaboration carried out by the owner of the paddy field and the paddy farmer, the paddy owner only provides land only, while the paddy cultivator is burdened with material capital and labor to work on the paddy. The practice of maro processing in paddy fields in Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency is included in the mukhabarah contract. The profit sharing mechanism uses the bawon system (crop maintenance fee). If 100% of the yield is obtained, 20% will be given to the cultivators of the paddy fields, while the remaining 80% of the deduction will be collected between the two parties where each party will get an equal 40% yield.

Abstract

The abundance potential of Natural Resource (SDA) and Human Resources (HR) are still not providing a great space for the improvement of welfare for the mothers in Cantuk village, Banyuwangi. The data shown that most of housewives of Rampan Hamlet, Cantuk Village, were still many unemployed. However, on the one hand they had culinary skills in particular and traditional cuisine. Some culinary effort had been developed, one of which attempt to make banana, one of them was the banana chip business, but this effort did not last long because the product marketing was not maximized. From the background, through Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, mentoring housewives’ community in strengthening the capacity of traditional culinary product sales through “Jajanan Bengi Tombo Kangen” Bazaar. The results of this mentoring were able to mobilize the housewives who were members on Moslem Al-Hikmah Rampan Hamlet, and various Hamlet around Cantuk Village to initiate and realize traditional food marketing regularly. Through this Bazaar, variety housewives’ traditional products such as pancake, cenil, klepon, and other traditional food could be distributed and sold so well, as to increase their family's income from selling traditional food in "Jajanan Bengi Tombo Kangen" Bazaar.

Abstract

This community service research focuses on addressing financial management challenges faced by PP Mukhtar Syafa'at, an Islamic boarding school in Banyuwangi. Established in 1990 with a substantial student population, the school grappled with manual financial recording, leading to errors, omissions, and decentralized contributions handling. This study employed Participatory Action Research (PAR) to implement an integrated financial management solution, introducing computerized recording and an accompanying application. As a result, the school transitioned from a manual to an integrated system, bolstered by computerized recording and a financial reporting application, enhancing administrative accountability and accuracy in financial reporting.

Abstract

The stretching of online buying and selling transactions is growing and becoming a trend for many people, one of the online buying and selling systems that is currently in vogue is the dropshipping system. The purpose of this study is to find out how the practice of buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at Bina Abadi Fashion Bangorejo Banyuwangi in the perspective of Islamic Economics. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model. The results of this study are that Bina Abadi Fashion in its implementation fulfills the pillars and conditions of buying and selling in the Islamic economy. Consent is carried out verbally or in writing stating that there is a sale and purchase agreement between the consumer and the dropshipper and the dropshipper and the supplier. Goods that are traded are at the responsibility of the supplier and are characterized based on existing specifications through pictures or photos. The perpetrators of buying and selling already have skills in buying and selling transactions, and when the goods do not match the order or do not match those specified, the supplier will make compensation on condition that there is accompanying evidence. The contract used is bai' maushufun fi dzimmah, namely buying and selling which is still suspended.
