Abstract

Kata kunci: buku kotiledon, kedelai, imbibisi, pengecambahan, organogenesisABSTRACTThe objective of this study was to evaluate effect of pre-culture treatment on the efficiency of in vitroregeneration of five soybean cultivars. The study was conducted in tissue culture laboratory, College ofAgriculture,University of Lampung from November 2011 – March 2012. The experiment was arranged incompletely-randomized block design with six replications. Treatments consisted of two factors; the first wassoybean cultivars as the source of explants (Anjasmoro, Willis, Kaba, Sinabung, dan Seulawah; the second waspre-culture treatment (imbibitions for 20 hours and germination for 6 days). The results showed that the meansof adventive shoots per explants (MASPE)) was significanty affected by pre-culture treatment; but not affectedby the cultivars and the interaction of the two factors. MASPE of imbibitions treatment (15,4 shoots perexplants) was significantly higher than than that of germination (12,9 shoot per explants). The percentage ifexplants producing adventive shoots (PEPAS) observed on 30 days after planting was notsignificantly differentfor the explants of cultivar Wilis, Sinabung, and Seulawah. If using Anjasmoro as the source of explants, PEPASof imbibitions treatment was significanty higher than that of germination; on the other hand, if using Kaba thegermination treatment was significantly higher than that of imbibiton. At imbibiton treatment, PEPASAnjasmoro (87%) was significantly higher than that of Kaba (67%); on the other hand, at germinationtreatment, PEPAS Anjasmoro (67%) was significantly lower than that of Kaba (87%). It was concluded that thisprocedure of in vitro regeneraton using imbibiton or germination was efficient.Key words: cotyledonary node, soybean, imbibition, germination organogenesis

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of import tariff uncertainty and US Dollar exchange rate fluctuations on the halal export potential of Islamic MSMEs in Indonesia. In a rapidly changing global economic landscape, Islamic MSMEs are particularly vulnerable to external pressures that can affect their competitiveness in international markets. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys involving 70 Islamic MSME actors in Medan City and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The findings reveal that both import tariff uncertainty and exchange rate fluctuations have a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the potential for halal exports. The regression model shows a coefficient of determination of 82.8%, indicating that the two independent variables explain a substantial portion of the variation in export potential. These results provide strategic insights for strengthening the resilience and global competitiveness of Islamic MSMEs amid ongoing economic uncertainty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Islamic shadow economy and information asymmetry on the profit-sharing financing decisions of micro and small enterprises (MSMEs). The method used is multiple regression analysis based on data collected from respondents involved in MSME financing. The results show that simultaneously, the variables of the Islamic shadow economy and information asymmetry have a significant influence on MSME financing decisions, with a significance value of 0.002. However, partially, only information asymmetry has a significant effect, while the Islamic shadow economy does not show a significant influence. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 14.9% indicates that other factors outside the model also affect MSME financing decisions. This research provides insight into the importance of accurate information management in MSME financing and highlights that the Islamic shadow economy does not have a direct significant influence in this context.
