Abstract

A study on the effect of cherry leaf infusion (Muntingia calabura L.) on glucose levels of male white mice (Mus musculus) given glucose load. This study aims to see the effect of cherry leaf infusion (Muntingia calabura L.) to blood glucose levels of male white mice (Mus musculus) given glucose load as much as 0.65ml / 20gBB. This research used Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (TTGO) method. Animal experiments were divided into 6 groups. The negative control group was given only aquadest, the positive group was given metformin with the dosage of 1.3mg / 20gBB, the comparison group was given 0.65ml / 20gBB glucose solution, the treatment group was given cesen leaves infusion (Muntingia calabura L.) with concentration 5, 10 and 20 %. After each test animal was given 30 minutes treatment then given glucose 0.65ml / 20gBB orally. Then measured blood glucose levels of mice at minute 30-180. Based on the results of testing the infusion of kersen leaf (Muntingia calabura L.) showed that the concentrations of 5, 10 and 20% had decreased levels of white mice blood glucose (Mus musculus) with normal control. However, the results of the two-way ANOVA assay continued with the Post Hoc Tukey test showed that the concentration of 20% differed significantly with the concentrations of 5 and 10%. And the results obtained also indicate that the duration of administration may affect the decrease in blood glucose levels of mice (p <0.05).

Abstract

Abstract. Improving the quality of Islamic education is an important first step that must be taken. Quality improvement must be carried out comprehensively by using and empowering all aspects of existing resources to become an Islamic Religious Higher Education that is competitive and exists in the midst of global higher education competition. This study is important to carry out to determine the strategic steps of Islamic Religious Higher Education in realizing change in line with the implementation of educational quality components. Research sources come from books, articles, journals that discuss the concept of quality management in higher education institutions. The results of the study are quality control, quality assurance, integrated quality management.

Abstract

Abstract. The application (SIMKU) for the foundation's financial management information system is an application with an online computerized system based on an integrated and comprehensive web application so that it can be accessed anywhere and at any time. This research includes library research. Data collection techniques include editing (rechecking the data obtained), organizing (organizing the data obtained using a research framework), and finding (further analysis of the results of organizing the data). The data analysis technique in this research was carried out by reading, reviewing and analyzing various existing literature. The implementation of SIM can contribute to increasing efficiency, accuracy and transparency in financial management and SIM as a solution to overcome the complexity of administrative and financial tasks for educational foundations.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan islam harus melakukan inovasi kurikulum pendidikannya. Pimpinan lembaga pendidikan sekolah harus mengetahui urgensinya sebuah inovasi kurikulum untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikannya apalagi di sekolah swasta agar bisa bersaing dengan sekolah swasta lainnya maupun sekolah negeri. Maka dari itu lembaga pendidikan islam harus melakukan inovasi kurikulum pendidikannya agar kualitas pendidikan islam lebih meingkatkan kualitasnya. Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitiannya studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan dataya yaitu melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumen, buku, serta penelitian terdahulu maupun jurnal yang berkaitan dengan kasus pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan inovasi kurikulum dilakukan dengan menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dapat ditangani dengan program kurikulum, pemilihan program, membuat rancangan anggaran sesuai dengan RKAS dan diskusi dalam pertemuan bersama perangkat sekolah, implementasi inovasi kurikulum adalah dengan membentuk tim khusus, berkolaborasi dengan pihak-pihak yang relevan, dan menerapkan kegiatan pengembangan sekolah kurikulum, penilaian inovasi kurikulum dibuat dengan mengevaluasi kelayakan antara kegiatan perencanaan dan implementasi sudah memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan atau tidak dan hambatan dan solusi yang dialami oleh kepala sekolah adalah untuk membuat penyesuaian ke dana yang dapat digunakan serta pengoreksian kebijakan pengelolaan yayasan, kemudian menentukan adaptasi yang diperlukan untuk pengembangan pendidikan sekolah yang lebih tinggi masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the rationality of drug prescribing practices in the Outpatient Department of XYZ Hospital Pekanbaru using the World Health Organization (WHO) prescribing indicators. The research is an observational study with a descriptive nature, employing systematic random sampling to analyze data extracted from prescription records in the pharmacy department of XYZ Hospital Pekanbaru. A total of 660 prescription samples were evaluated, revealing an average of 2.91 drugs prescribed per prescription sheet, indicating a lack of adherence to diagnostic considerations. The findings show that the percentage of generic drug prescriptions was 64.04%, while antibiotic prescriptions accounted for 32.57%. Additionally, prescriptions for injectable forms constituted 1.36%, and adherence to the national formulary was at 72.27%. Out of the five prescribing indicators assessed, only the prescribing of injectable forms met the WHO’s prescribing indicators standard. These results highlight the necessity for improved adherence to rational prescribing practices to enhance treatment efficacy, minimize adverse drug reactions, and ensure cost-effectiveness in patient care. Regular monitoring and education of healthcare providers regarding rational drug use principles are essential for improving healthcare service quality.
