Abstract

This research aimed to determine the Evaluation of Learning Online and Its Influence on Improving the Quality of Student Learning in the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of this research used the CIPP evaluation model. Data collected by using questionnaires and interviews. Analysis data used quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the context aspect regarding the media and learning facilities that lecturers use in online learning is an appropriate category according to the needs and convenience of students in accessing the application. The input aspect regarding students' understanding of the use of online applications in learning, the quality of the material delivered by the lecturer in an online class, regarding the facilities is in the appropriate category and quite good. The process aspect regarding activities between lecturers and students, obstacles in the learning process, the use of online learning facilities, and the implementation of the learning system are well or appropriate. However, it still needs to get more attention from the teaching staff, especially since the assessment process for students is sometimes still subjective. The product aspect regarding the impact of knowledge possessed by students and lecturers about the use of online learning applications and the results of the implementation of learning is appropriate or good enough. So the conclusion is the four aspects of CIPP evaluation (context, input, process, product) that researcher used in evaluating online learning are in the appropriate category (Effective enough), and it gives a positive impact on improving the quality of students, especially in the process of using online learning applications and According to the lecturer, further learning will combine offline and online so that students can make this a new habit in the learning process.

Abstract

The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

Abstract

Green open space is one of the problems that must be considered and considered together at this time, where the condition of this area is increasingly displaced by urban areas. This study aims to analyze the management of green open space in Bone Regency with the hope that the results of the analysis can be a reference for revising the spatial plan that has been implemented but is not on target. The stages of the research method, starting from theoretical studies and empirical studies, preparation of proposals, testing the validity and reliability, data collection, analysis, and discussion. From a government perspective that sees green open space from the side to beautify urban spaces with various aesthetic touches in green open space settings. In-depth studies of environmental impacts and in-depth socio-cultural aspects carried out by the private sector have a more favorable effect on the development of green open spaces in Bone Regency. From the perspective of the community itself, who want green open space to be used for a variety of activities that can be carried out, for example by carrying out microeconomic development in areas that are built

Abstract

Employee competence in an organization is very decisive in achieving an organizational goal. The better the human resources in an organization, the more opportunities to achieve effective and efficient organizational goals will be realized. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing how competence influences employee performance at the Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development Agency Bone regency. The stages of the research method, starting from theoretical studies and empirical studies, preparation of proposals, testing the validity and reliability of instruments, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a strong relationship and a significant influence on Academic Knowledge, Expertise and Communication in influencing motivation, thereby increasing employee performance

Abstract

One of the public sector services that are currently being highlighted is the hospital. This organization which is engaged in the health sector is one of the backbones of the country in terms of providing health services to the community. The more complete the facilities and infrastructure of an organization or hospital, it will also have a positive impact on the level of satisfaction with the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of service commitment and service quality on performance through beneficiary satisfaction at task implementation unit  Regional General Hospital Tenriawaru Bone. The results showed that the quality and service commitment of task implementation unit  Regional General Hospital Tenriawaru greatly influenced the performance of all workers involved in the system. However, the negative relationship that occurs between user satisfaction and performance of task implementation unit Regional General Hospital Tenriawaru illustrates the lack of further communication between benefit users and task implementation unit  Regional General Hospital Tenriawaru. Similarly, the results of the study concluded that the better the service quality of a hospital, the higher the patient satisfaction and vice versa. This study can be used as a consideration in improving the quality and commitment of services at task implementation unit Regional General Hospital Tenriawaru because there is still a negative relationship between benefit users and task implementation unit  Regional General Hospital Tenriawaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 Tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Kesehatan Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Bone dan adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 Tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Kesehatan Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Bone. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dipilih karena untuk menyajikan data secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta yang ada di lapangan. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahuii mengenai fakta mengenai Implementasi Peraturan Bupati  Nomor Nomor 4 Tahun 2009. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 dilihat dari 3 aspek yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, dan disposisi sudah terlaksana dengan baik, Aspek struktur birokrasi belum berjalan baik karena tidak adanya transparasi standar operasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui responsivitas pelayanan publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bone yang digunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian ini yaitu kepala dinas catatan sipil kabupaten Bone dan masyarakat sebagai penerima layanan. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis melalui teknik interaktif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari Tingkat responsivitas pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan dinilai memiliki responsivitas yang baik dengan indikator penilaian yaitu kemampuan pegawai untuk merespon masyarakat, kecepatan dan ketepatan menyelesaikan kebutuhan masyarakat, kecermatan menghasilkan pekerjaan yang baik, ketepatan waktu, dan adanya kemampuan menanggapi berbagai keluha masyarakat. Sistem pelayanan kepada publik yang sudah baik dengan indikator variabel yaitu efisiensi pelayanan, loyalitas kelompok kerja, semangat kerja sama,, prosedur pelayanan, dan  sarana dan prasarana yang baik sehingga hal ini perlu dipertahankan atau ditingkatkan guna memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada publik.

Abstract

To foster the spirit of learning in 5th graders at SD 22 Baringin towards science subjects (Natural Sciences), educators are expected to be able to create a media, so that teaching and learning activities are easy to understand, interesting, and easily absorbed by students. Especially now, various countries including Indonesia are being hit by COVID-19. Of course, this has forced the government, as well as schools, to stop all activities in order to stop the spread of COVID-19. This epidemic is certainly very influential on education, where teaching and learning activities that were originally carried out face-to-face, are now turning into online learning (in the network), namely learning without face-to-face, which is carried out from home. With these circumstances, of course, make students and teachers have difficulty in teaching and learning activities. Therefore, educators are asked to be creative in designing all things related to learning activities, namely by making a good media in the form of videos, posters, animated images and others. To create interesting learning media, educators can take advantage of the kinemaster application. This application can provide convenience for all of us in video editing, especially for educators. Kinemaster is an application that provides a complete range of features and effects, this application is also free and easily accessible to many people, no wonder many people use this application to make interesting learning videos.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran informasi dan data mengenai Perbedaan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi yang Menggunakan Metode Penemuan Terbimbing Setting Kooperatif dan Metode Diskusi Siswa Kelas VII MTs. Lita Kecamatan Lamuru Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 orang terdiri dari laki-laki 34 orang dan perempuan 22 orang, dengan penelitian menggunakan kelompok Eksperimen 28 orang dan kelompok kontrol 28 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Tes, dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik Infrensial dalam bentuk Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu ada Perbedaan Hasil Belajar IPS Ekonomi yang Menggunakan Metode Penemuan Terbimbing Setting Kooperatif dan Metode Diskusi Siswa Kelas VII MTs. Lita Kecamatan Lamuru Kabupaten Bone, menunjukkan perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Ekonomi yang Menggunakan Metode Penemuan Terbimbing Setting Kooperatif dibandingkan Metode Diskusi Siswa Kelas VII MTs. Lita Kecamatan Lamuru Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine student perceptions of the use of Google Classroom in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research applied Descriptive quantitative and a total sample of 147 students. The questionnaire was used in this research to collect the data. The data analysis used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that 61.90% of students responded less agree with the ease of accessing the google classroom application, 72.10% of students who responded strongly agree if they can master the learning material well and easily through the google classroom application, 44.90% of students who responded agreed that this application effective to use in the process of online learning, 47.60% of students responded agreed with the use of the google classroom application for practical courses. The results of students’ perception as a whole were 50.34% of students who responded agreed, 44.22% who responded strongly agreed, 4.76% of students who disagreed, and 0.68% responded that they disagreed and no student responded strongly disagree. It stated that this research received a good and positive response from students’ perception of using Google Classroom application in online learning
