Abstract

Pendampingan dan edukasi Program Penurunan Stunting Berbasis Masyarakat di Kelurahan Ngadirgo melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan melaksanakan edukasi keluarga dalam pemahaman kelas ibu hamil, sosialisasi penerapan MP-ASI, penjaringan balita stunting, pemberian makanan tambahan digelorakan di masyarakat melalui pengembangan swadaya masyarakat serta pemberdayaan Kader Kesehatan dan Posyandu ditingkat rukun warga dan kelurahan agar dimasa mendatang semakin baik.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam menghadapi persaingan global dan revolusi digital. Strategi branding dan inovasi digital dianggap sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Tim pengabdian terdiri dari dosen, mahasiswa, dan praktisi industri melaksanakan serangkaian kegiatan, termasuk pelatihan, dan konsultasi individu. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan pemilik UMKM sebagai mitra utama. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi praktik branding dan inovasi digital. Hasil survei awal menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas UMKM belum memanfaatkan potensi penuh branding dan inovasi digital untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produk mereka di pasar. Materi edukasi disusun secara komprehensif, mencakup dasar-dasar branding, pemanfaatan media sosial, dan pengenalan teknologi e-commerce. Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian: Melalui kegiatan ini, UMKM yang terlibat berhasil mengidentifikasi dan memperkuat identitas merek mereka. Adopsi inovasi digital, seperti pembuatan situs web dan integrasi e-commerce, meningkatkan jangkauan online dan tingkat penjualan. Tumbuhnya dukungan masyarakat, tercermin dari partisipasi dalam forum sharing dan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap produk lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui branding dan inovasi digital. Identifikasi merek yang kuat dan integrasi teknologi digital membuka peluang baru bagi UMKM. Adanya dukungan masyarakat dan kolaborasi antar-pihak terkait, harapannya adalah UMKM dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan dampak positif pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the potential of various traditions and culture of the community as superior tourism in addition to natural potential, coastal tourism and small islands in the Karimunjawa Islands which are administratively in the Karimunjawa sub-district. The diversity of cultural arts, house buildings and philosophies, traditional customs, marriage and traditional technology in society is a potential for excellence, cultural wealth both in the form of objects and intangible culture (folklore, mythology, stories, pencak silat, sound arts and religious rites, especially religion Islam). Likewise, the development of the creative economy (local culinary, processed staple foods and others). This superior potential is a complement to the development of village tourism in Karimunjawa for both domestic and foreign tourists.

Abstract

The increasingly complex dynamics of government organizations present significant challenges in managing human resources to enhance employee performance. Leadership, organizational culture, and talent management play crucial roles in achieving organizational effectiveness, particularly in the education and culture sector. This study examines how transformational leadership, organizational culture, and talent management influence employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Batang Regency within the context of bureaucratic reform. This research employs a quantitative approach, with the population consisting of all employees of the institution. A sample of 96 employees in 2025 was selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, talent management exerts a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings suggest that better implementation of transformational leadership, a stronger organizational culture, and more effective talent management lead to improved employee performance. This study underscores the importance of enhancing leadership quality, strengthening organizational culture, and optimizing talent management to promote improved employee performance in the government sector.
