Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the influence is Competence, OrganizationalCommitment, Quality of Work Life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research uses quantitativemethods with questionnaire data collection techniques. The population and sample in this research were 5 6employees using a saturated sampling technique method. Data collected using a questionnaire and analyzedusing SPSS V.22. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) there is an influence on theCompetency variable on organizational behavior (OCB) because t count > t table. 2) there is an influence on thevariable Organizational Commitment on Organizational Behavior (OCB) because t count > t table. 3) there is aninfluence on the Quality of Work Life variable Against organizational behavior (OCB) because t count > t table 4)there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between Competence, Organizational Commitment,Quality of Work Life on Organizational Behavior (OCB) because f count > f table.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) regulations on working capital management in a global context, considering a variety of regulations and practices across different countries. Utilizing a semantic literature review approach, this article explores how CSR interacts with corporate financial strategies, specifically in managing working capital. Findings suggest that stringent CSR regulations often motivate companies to adopt more efficient working capital practices, which not only comply with CSR standards but also enhance financial performance. This research identifies variations in the adaptation of working capital practices influenced by differences in CSR policies across regions and industries. Through an extensive literature analysis, this study provides new insights into the dynamic relationship between CSR regulations and working capital management, and proposes strategies for companies to synchronize CSR compliance with optimal financial achievement.

Abstract

This study is to examine the effect of recruitment, employee selection and competence on employee performance at PT. Indo Raya Tenaga. The methods used are Descriptive and Associative Quantitative Methods. The population is 115 employees. The sampling technique used by researchers is Probability Sampling of 54 employees. Data was collected using Questionnaires and Interviews. To test models and hypotheses, the spss program version 25 is used. The results showed that simultaneously Recruitment, Employee Selection and Competency had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Partial Recruitment, Employee Selection and Competency had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT. Indo Raya Tenaga. Suggestions for research and further companies must pay attention to recruitment, employee selection and competence can lead employees to successful career patterns, such as salary increases, promotions, and various other positive points in PT PT companies.
