Abstract

Menurut UU 39/2009, pasal 1, Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus, yang selanjutnya disebut KEK, adalah kawasan dengan batas tertentu dalam wilayah hukum Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang ditetapkan untuk menyelenggarakan fungsi perekonomian dan memperoleh fasilitas tertentu. Persepsi dan kesiapan Masyarakat Pandeglang Terhadap Pelaksanaan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) yang sudah di resmikan oleh Presiden Joko Widodo pada hari Senin tanggal 23 Februari 2015 sampai dengan sekarang sudah berjalan satu tahun lebih. Persepsi dan kesiapan masyarakat ini dapat menjadikan kebijakan pemerintah daerah Pandeglang dalam menyikapi agar program KEK dapat sesuai dengan tujuan awal yaitu meningkatkan perekonomian daerah Pandeglang khususnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menggambarkan persepsi dan kesepian masyarakat Pandeglang dalam menghadapi KEK Zona Pariwisata Tanjung Lesung dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dan teknik penentuan sampelnya adalah dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi yang diperoleh dari 400 responden, maka Persepsi masyarakat Pandeglang dalam menghadapi Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Zone Parawisata Tanjung Lesung, yaitu: 13122/20000 x 100% = 65.61%, termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. Persepsi juga menghasilkan rtabel sebesar 0.08 jika dibandingkan dengan corrected item-total corellation memiliki nilai lebih besar, maka pernyataan tentang persepsi dinyatakan valid, dan dengan nilai cronbachs alpha 0.926 melebihi 0.60 (0.926>0.60) maka variabel persepsi dikatakan reliabel. Begitu pula kesiapan masyarakat Pandeglang dalam menghadapi Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Zone Parawisata Tanjung Lesung yaitu: 13455/20000 x 100% = 67.28%, termasuk ke dalam kategori siap. Kesiapan menghasilkan rtabel sebesar 0.08 jika dibandingkan dengan corrected item-total corellation memiliki nilai lebih besar, maka pernyataan tentang kesiapan dinyatakan valid, dan dengan nilai cronbachs alpha sebesar 0.919 melebihi 0.60 (0.919>0.60) maka variabel kesiapan dikatakan reliabel.Key words: KEK, persepsi, kesiapan masyarakat

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought things in a simpler direction, one of which is related to banking financial technology where banking transactions that were originally done offline can now be done online. Likewise transactions that are currently life, namely loans made online orpeer to peer lending.This study uses secondary data for 2019 and 2022 using Soft SEM-Pls and structural methods. The results of the study partially state that financial literacy has an effect on interest in online loans and financial literacy has an effect on poverty rates. The results of this study also found There is an influence of interest in online loans on poverty rates. However, the research results also show that interest in online loans has no effect on the poverty rate. This research provides valuable knowledge that online loans do not have a major impact on reducing poverty.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out to increase the competitiveness of South Tangerang City MSMEs in the era of society 5.0. In order to achieve this goal, there are various training activities in this community service, one of which is training in preparing simple financial reports, including introducing account names in accounting, recording transactions in basic accounting equations and preparing financial reports. Training in preparing simple financial reports as a strategic step to improve the skills of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in South Tangerang City in managing financial transactions. The main aim of this activity is to provide practical understanding and support to MSMEs in preparing simple but informative financial reports. The service method is carried out by providing training and direct assistance to MSME actors in South Tangerang City. The material presented includes the basics of accounting, recording transactions in basic accounting equations, as well as preparing financial reports, and interpreting financial information that is relevant for the needs of small-scale businesses. Training activities showed the results of increasing knowledge about preparing reports for MSME actors in South Tangerang City by 47%. The implications of this service activity can be used as a basis for developing similar programs to support the development of MSMEs and encourage economic growth at the local level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is how teamwork and work discipline affect employee performance, the research method uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents then the data is processed using correlation coefficients, determinant coefficients, and hypothesis testing. Research proves that the result of the correlation analysis of teamwork is 0.949 which means that there is a positive and strong influence between teamwork and employee performance, while the result of the correlation analysis of work discipline is 0.795 meaning that there is a positive and strong influence between work discipline and employee performance. The simultaneous correlation test result is 0.762. This shows that there is a simultaneous positive and strong influence between teamwork and work discipline on employee performance. Determinant coefficient analysis shows that teamwork and work discipline contribute as much as 81.3% to employee performance. The t value of the Teamwork variable is 1.094, which means that t count <t table (1.094<1.685) with a significance of 0.281 in other words Teamwork has no effect on Employee Performance. The t value of the Work Discipline variable is 2.328 which means that t count > t table (2.328> 1.685) with a significance of 0.031 in other words Work Discipline affects Employee Performance. The F value obtained was 5.017 with a significance level of 0.012. Because the significant level is less than 0.05, it can be said that Teamwork and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Community service activities aim to provide socialization about strategies to achieve competitive advantage for the Ciptagelar Community, Sukabumi, West Java without having to abandon local wisdom and culture that has been strongly adhered to by the Ciptagelar Community. Community Service Activities for the Ciptagelar community aim to increase the role of local wisdom in empowering the community and building competitive advantages at the local level. The service approach is carried out through active collaboration with the local community. Service activities are carried out by means of outreach to explore and recognize local wisdom which is manifested in Ciptagelar in Sukabumi. Active community participation is the main basis in this process, so that increasing local knowledge and skills can make a positive contribution to economic development and sustainability in the area. The results of the service show that through a collaborative approach and community empowerment, the local wisdom of the Ciptagelar community can be integrated into various sectors, including micro and small businesses, tourism and creative industries. Increasing community participation in utilizing Ciptagelar as a local resource can open up new opportunities for sustainable economic development in Sukabumi. This journal provides a practical overview of how community service can be an effective instrument in exploring and building competitive advantages through local wisdom. The implications of this service activity can be a model for developing participatory strategies in utilizing local potential to increase the competitiveness and welfare of communities in various regions.

Abstract

Desa Kadumalati adalah desa yang berada di wilayah kecamatan Sindangresmi, kabupaten Pandeglang, provinsi Banten, yang merupakan salah satu diantara beberapa desa yang dilintasi oleh pembangunan jalan tol Rangkasbitung-Panimbang. Mayoritas penduduknya adalah petani dengan hasil bumi berupa gabah padi. Pembangunan yang melintasi suatu wilayah seharusnya membawa dampak positif bagi lingkungan, salah satunya optimalisasi dari dampak adanya pembangunan adalah dengan mengembangkan SDM warga, seperti Wirausaha, UMKM, Kegiatan PKK yang dapat menambah pendapatan Masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi dan memberikan sosialisasi terkait dengan potensi alam apa saja yang ada di desa Kadumalati yang bisa dijadikan peluang usaha untuk menambah penghasilan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan dampak dari pembangunan jalan tol Rangkasbitung-Panimbang. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan dan workshop terkait dengan optimalisasi peluang usaha dampak dari pembangunan jalan tol Rangkasbitung-Panimbang. Hasil dari aktivitas ini berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam memanfaatkan potensi alam yang ada guna menambah penghasilan salah satunya para ibu rumah tangga dapat membuat sebuah produk makanan yang terbuat dari beras yaitu Ranggining khas desa Kadumalati. Kadumalati Village is a village in the Sindangresmi sub-district, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province, which is one of several villages crossed by the Rangkasbitung-Panimbang Toll Road Construction. The majority of the population are farmers whose agricultural products are rice grain. Development that crosses an area should have a positive impact on the environment, one way of optimizing the impact of development is by developing citizens' human resources, such as entrepreneurship, MSMEs, PKK activities which can increase community income. This activity aims to gather information and provide outreach regarding what natural potential exists in Kadumalati village which can be used as a business opportunity to increase community income by utilizing the impact of the construction of the Rangkasbitung-Panimbang toll road. The methods used are outreach, training and workshops related to optimizing business opportunities resulting from the construction of the Rangkasbitung-Panimbang toll road. The results of this activity have an impact on increasing participants' understanding and skills in utilizing existing natural potential to increase their income, one of which is that housewives can make a food product made from rice, namely Ranggining, a specialty of Kadumalati Village.

Abstract

Tourism, especially in Ujung Kulon National Park, holds great potential as a leading tourist destination; however, it is hindered by inadequate infrastructure and suboptimal marketing strategies, as well as a decline in tourist confidence due to the tsunami event in 2018. The purpose of this quantitative research is to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), facilities, digital marketing, and trust on the competitive advantage of tourism in Ujung Kulon. Hypothesis testing using SEM PLS with bootstrapping is employed to analyze the impact of these variables.The research results indicate that GCG does not have a significant effect on competitive advantage, while digital marketing and facilities have a positive impact. Trust, although important, does not moderate the relationship between GCG, digital marketing, or facilities with competitive advantage. This research suggests focusing on the development of infrastructure and digital marketing to enhance the competitiveness of the Ujung Kulon tourism destination.
