Penelitian ini mengetahui layanan yang diberikan Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Kasih Sayang Ibu Batusangkar Kabupaten Tanah Datar Provinsi Sumatera Barat terhadap para Lansia yang disantuni. Motode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Subjek penelitiannya adalah kepala panti, dua orang personil panti serta tiga orang lansia yang masih sanggup berkomunikasi dengan normal. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Layanan yang diberikan panti terhadap lansia sudah bagus, baik itu dari layanan kesehatan, layanan spiritual dan mental, layanan fisik, layanan sosial dan hukum, serta layanan alat-alat bantu. Hanya saja permasalahan yang muncul ada pada faktor non teknis, yaitu berlebihnya tenaga kesehatan, tidak adanya dokter tetap yang siap jika ada kejadian malam, serta kurangnya tenaga kebersihan.

This study aims to describe the process of caring for children under five in working mothers from the aspect of care and aspects of the role of mothers in the village of Pedamaran V, Ogan Komering Ilir district. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are mothers who work more than 8 hours per day with work as fishermen, laborers, and traders and also 3 people who help in the process of caring for children under five. The results of this study the role of mothers goes well because there are other people who help mothers both from the aspect of care and aspects of the role of the mother is the process of caring for children under five in working mothers has been done well.

To improve people's access in using the resources in the surrounding forest the goverment conduct the policies. there are: village forest development policy, community forestry, forest product utilization, Timber Forest Plantation in Plantation Forest (IUPHHK-HTR) and forestry partnerships. This policy is expected to improve the incomes and welfare of the community into a better prosperous. Based on the research that has been done, it found that the people had not have the readiness of knowledge and the ability as expected. Resulting a conflict between communities with government as same as the company. Participatory learning model is an alternative to coaching, guidance and training to improve the cafacity of people in utilize forest resources properly and correctly based on the rules.

This research aims to determine how the art preservation of the Ranau area is done by the Art Gallery of Duagha, judging by the aspects of nurturing, creation, and staging of art. This type of research is descriptive by using a qualitative approach. The subject of this study amounted to five people, consisting of one workshop builder, one workshop trainer, and three members of the workshop, as well as the data collection techniques on the study were observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research in the art gallery Duagha seen from the Four indicators: (1) The indicator of preserving the arts, art Gallery Duagha has been maintaining the art of Ranau area by means of maintaining its characteristic, dance motion, ornaments on clothing, and also a crossfire in music; (2) The indicator of creation, art gallery Duagha has been doing creations by creating new arts and creating new creations; (3) Art performance indicators, Duagha Art Gallery has done so, by participating art competitions and also art performances; (4) The indicator of art training implementation, Duagha Art workshop to conduct art training with the method of training of skills.

This study aims to find out the services provided by the Tresna Werdha Kasih Sayang Ibu Social Institution Batusangkar Tanah Datar District West Sumatra Province, to the elderly who are supported. The method used is qualitative with primary and secondary data sources. His research subject was the Head of the Home, two nursing staff and three elderly people who were still able to communicate normally. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The services provided by the institution to the elderly are good, both from health services, mental and spiritual services, physical services, social and legal services, as well as services for assistive devices. It's just that the problems that arise are in the non-technical factor, that is the excess of health workers, the absence of permanent doctors who are ready if there is a night incident, as well as the lack of cleaning staff.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Peroses PembelajaranPengolahan Barang Bekas Di Sanggar Belajar Keluarga MahasiswaFKIP di Desa Sribanding yang meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaandan hasil. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Subjek penelitian berjumlah 6 orang dengan 1 orang pengelola, 2 orangtutor, dan 3 orang warga belajar dari umur 7 sampai dengan 15 tahun.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmetode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa proses pembelajaran dalam pengolahan barangbekas di bidang keterampilan bagi warga belajar ini bisa mendapatkaninformasi mengenai daur ulang barang bekas menjadi hasil karya yangindah dan dapat dijadikan sebagai peluang usaha. Bahwa warga belajaryang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut semuanya dapat mengikutipembelajaran dengan baik tanpa adanya kesulitan yang mereka hadapikarena materi dan bahan ajar yang diberikan sesuai dengan tujuanpembelajaran dan kemampuan mereka.

This research aims to analyze and describe the supervision of Personnel Administration in the General Section of the Palembang City Regional Secretariat, as well as designing a model for supervision of personnel administration. This research used a qualitative method, with a total of 10 informants, using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used include: observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of this research show that the Supervision of Personnel Administration in the general section of the Palembang City Regional Secretariat is not yet optimal and needs improvement in various aspects, especially HR in the field of Personnel Administration which needs to understand the Main Duties and Functions of Administration. The form of supervision that can be applied to the General Section of the Regional Secretariat, especially regarding personnel administration, is the supervision of an administrative or administrative nature. Likewise, in the implementation of personnel administration which has the authority to appoint, transfer, and dismiss employees who have certain specifications, the supervision that can be carried out is administrative or administrative.

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis serta mengidentifikasi mengenai pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program dana bergulir oleh BLU Pusat P2H di Gapoktan Beringin Jaya Kabupaten Tanggamus. Adapun tujuan khusus dalam penelitian yaitu menganalisis proses pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat penerima program dana bergulir di Gapoktan Beringin Jaya Kabupaten Tanggamus, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program dana bergulir di Gapoktan Beringin Jaya Kabupaten Tanggamus, mengevaluasi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program dana bergulir di Gapoktan Beringin Jaya Kabupaten Tanggamus, dan mengetahui hasil dari dari pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program dana bergulir BLU Pusat P2H dengan melihat aspek peningkatan kapasitas manusia, kelembagaan dan jejaring Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang menjelaskan mengenai Evaluasi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melaui Program Dana Bergulir Di Gabungan Kelompok Tani Beringin Jaya Kabupaten Tanggamus dan didukung dengan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan langsung ke Gabungan Kelompok Tani Beringin Jaya Kabupaten Tanggamus. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat oleh BLU Pusat P2H melalui program dana bergulir di Gapoktan Beringin Jaya pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan 5P yang meliputi pemungkinan, penguatan, perlindungan, penyokongan, dan pemeliharaan. Faktor pendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program dana bergulir adalah adanya partisipasi masyarakat, kesesuaian lokasi, dana bergulir yang dapat diakses dengan mudah untuk dijadikan sebagai modal usaha, dan adanya pelibatan seluruh anggota kelompok dalam menjalankan kegiatan.
