Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the factors that affected the dividend payout ratio on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2009-2012. The populations used in this study were 143 companies. Based on non probability technique with purposive judgment sampling method, the samples were determined 11 companies. The result of t-test showed that Company Size (X1), Likuiditas (Cash Ratio) (X2), and Debt to Equity Ratio (X3) had no significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (Y). Meanwhile, Profitabilitas (Return on Assets) (X4) had significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (Y). The result of F-test showed F Company Size (X1), Likuiditas (Cash Ratio) (X2), Debt to Equity Ratio (X3) and Profitabilitas (Return on Assets)s (X4) significantly affected the Dividend Payout Ratio (Y). Adjusted Square of 0.141 indicated 14.1%.

Abstract

Local content is one of the most important elements for education in Indonesia. Lokalcontent is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objekctives, content, and learningmaterials compiled by education units according to the diversity of the potential of eachregion. This study is aimed to know: (1) Analisis of local content education policies in thecurriculum. (2) Teacher involvement in the application of local cantent and skills assubjects. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptiveapproach to the study of documents/texts. Result of this study shows that:(1) Educationpolicy analysis becomes very important in the application of local content because itis supported by the curriculum. (2) The role of the teacher in the education systemholds full responsibility in the implementation of education for the success of theirstudents so that teacher involvement is important in the application of local contentand subject skills.

Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu program Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang bertujuan untuk membantu sekolah dasar maupun menengah yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Salah satu sekolah dasar yang menjadi sasaran program ini adalah SDN No. 40 Hulonthalangi, Gorontalo. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program Kampus Mengajar sebagai wujud kontribusi belajar sambil berdampak. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program Kampus Mengajar di SDN No. 40 Hulonthalangi, Gorontalo melalui program pendampingan peningkatan literasi numerasi, adaptasi teknologi dan administrasi, berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan dampak positif kepada seluruh elemen yang terlibat, khususnya di sekitar lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

As we know, comics are a work that emphasizes their visual value more and more utilizes a text that is used as sound imitations to describe an event or events so they can be conveyed to readers. Even though Webtoon has presented a feature specifically such as music or sound effects, but still requires a word form in the form of imitations sound to give a more real effect to readers. This research aims to describe form, meaning and function of onomatopoeia in the Webtoon comic 7 Wonders by Metalu. This research using qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques using listening, taking notes, and documentation. Data analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method consisting of data collection, classification of onomatopoeia, and interpretation of meaning and function. The research results show that in comics Webtoon 7 Wonders by Metalu in season 1, there are seven types of onomatopoeic forms which produce 284 data, namely: (1) 82 onomatopoeic forms of human voices, (2) onomatopoeic forms of animal voices as many as 7 data, (3) onomatopoeic forms of object sounds totaling 55 data, (4) onomatopoeic forms of natural sounds totaling 5 data, (5) onomatopoeic forms of sound naturalness totaling 17 data, (6) onomatopoeic forms of sound color totaling 10 data, and (7) onomatopoeic forms of sound abstraction totaling 108 data.

Abstract

The influence of early mathematics learning and learning motivation on student learning outcomes is very significant [1]. Students' numeracy literacy skills need to be supported by the ability to learn mathematics as early as possible. Advanced mathematics learning needs to be supported by good arithmetic skills. Every learning process is expected to produce good learning outcomes. Conventional mathematics learning is difficult for low-level students to understand. Guidebooks that are in accordance with the learning curriculum tend to present mathematical concepts that are textual. In order for mathematics learning to be more interesting for students, it is necessary to develop learning media that are easily accessible to students and educators. One application that can be used is interactive Powerpoint [2]. In this community service, a learning media about arithmetic was developed that underlies every logic of calculation in advanced mathematics. Assistance was given to students in grade III of elementary school, with the pretest method, presentation of material using interactive Powerpoint media, and posttest. The validation test of the learning media was carried out by educators by providing an average test result of 84.36%. The results of this community service state that arithmetic learning media using interactive Powerpoint can be used in grade III of elementary school.

Abstract

Puskesmas are the spearhead of the government in providing basic health services to the community in Indonesia. Puskesmas are required to provide excellent quality services to the community, but these expectations have not been met. Government efforts are then made through independent financial management of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD). Karang Rejo Health Centre is one of the Health Centres that successfully received a designation by the Government of Tarakan City, North Kalimantan Province as one of the Independent Health Centres with BLUD management. This study aims to analyse the role & interaction between political actors or leaders in Puskesmas in improving the quality of excellent service at Karang Rejo Puskesmas. The research informants are 1). Head of Puskesmas, 2). The Head of Section and Head of Administration. Visitors include patients who come for treatment and take care of health certificates. The research used descriptive qualitative research in order to explore in-depth information about the excellent service of Karang Rejo Health Centre. The results showed that first the Head of Puskesmas is a professional doctor, as a political actor has a very important role, especially when conducting vertical interactions and horizontal interactions. Vertical interaction with the leaders above him (head of department, regent) and horizontal interaction with the leaders below him (head of section & head of administration), causing Karang Rejo Health Centre to become independent with BLUD management. Secondly, in the dimensions of public service quality at Puskesmas Karang Rejo, West Tarakan Sub-district, Tarakan City, North Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, which has been running optimally with an achievement of 85% is the reliability dimension, the responsiveness dimension and the guarantee dimension. These dimensions can be optimal due to changes in the Puskesmas institution which was previously not independent in terms of its finances, turning into independent with BLUD management. Meanwhile, the dimensions of public service quality that have not run optimally and require improved management, amounting to 15%, namely the dimensions of physical evidence and empathy.

Abstract

Perkembangan budaya digital mendorong karya sastra melampaui medium cetak menuju bentuk audiovisual yang dikonsumsi luas daring. Salah satu contoh signifikan di Indonesia adalah adaptasi novel Dilan: Dia Adalah Dilanku Tahun 1991 (Pidi Baiq) ke film Dilan 1991 (Fajar Bustomi). Penelitian ini menganalisis transformasi unsur pembangun sastra tema, alur, tokoh, latar, sudut pandang, gaya Bahasa ke medium film digital serta pengaruhnya bagi pengalaman audiens. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif; data primer: teks novel (2015), film Dilan 1991 (2019), komentar audiens YouTube terpilih. Teknik: pembacaan intensif, koding transformasi (reduksi, penambahan, perubahan), analisis tematik resepsi (gaya bahasa, emosi tokoh, latar nostalgia, evaluasi moral). Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka unsur intrinsik (Nurgiyantoro), analisis formalis, dan sastra digital. Hasil: kerangka naratif utama—kisah cinta remaja Dilan–Milea di Bandung 1990-an dipertahankan namun mengalami transformasi: narasi batin terpangkas; tokoh minor berkurang; adegan sinematik baru (deklarasi pacaran); konflik bergeser dari refleksi verbal ke aksi visual; klimaks lebih performatif; resolusi verbal terganti montage + musik nostalgia. Resepsi audiens digital menunjukkan apresiasi dialog ikonik, keterlibatan emosional, dan nostalgia era 1990-an.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji reflektivitas praktik pedagogis mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Micro Teaching melalui pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam. Pergeseran paradigma pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut calon guru tidak sekadar menguasai aspek teknis mengajar, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan reflektif, kritis, dan transformatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi RPP, lembar refleksi, serta umpan balik dosen dan teman sejawat. Analisis dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reflektivitas mahasiswa muncul dalam tiga tahap utama: (1) perencanaan, mahasiswa mulai mempertimbangkan tujuan bermakna, strategi pembelajaran sesuai konteks, meski sebagian masih terbatas pada refleksi normatif; (2) pelaksanaan, refleksi tampak pada kesadaran terhadap interaksi kelas, penggunaan strategi bertanya, komunikasi nonverbal, dan evaluasi berbasis rekaman video; serta (3) evaluasi, mahasiswa menunjukkan refleksi kritis melalui umpan balik. Secara keseluruhan, praktik reflektif ini mencerminkan prinsip pembelajaran mendalam berupa keterlibatan aktif, koneksi bermakna, evaluasi kritis, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan reflektivitas mahasiswa tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemampuan individu, tetapi juga oleh desain pembelajaran, budaya kelas, dan peran dosen dalam memfasilitasi ruang refleksi. Temuan ini berimplikasi pada pengembangan model pedagogis Micro Teaching berbasis pembelajaran mendalam, yang diharapkan mampu memperkuat kompetensi profesional calon guru sebagai praktisi reflektif yang adaptif terhadap dinamika pendidikan.
