Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest copper reserves in the world, namely the Tembagapura area, Mimika Regency, Papua Province. The development of electric car technology has a significant impact on increasing the demand for copper. This study conducted material engineering on copper materials with the forging process. The aim of the research was to obtain the average impact energy, average impact strength, and fracture shape of the material from a variety of copper materials. The variation of each test specimen was formed following the ASTM E23 standard with a size specification of 55 mmL x 10 mmW x 8 mmT. The experimental study of impact testing by the charpy method yielded an average impact energy value of 169.081 Joule and 98.058 Joule respectively for copper variations X1 and X2. The average impact strength values produced by the copper variations X1 and X2 are 2.114 J/mm2 and 1.226 J/mm2 respectively. The results of physical observations of the two variations of the copper material show that the material is not broken with fibrous fractures. The data from the test results can be declared that the forging process with hot working has an effect on increasing material characteristics by 58% and copper materials are classified as ductile materials.

Abstract

Mathematics learning outcomes can be said to be successful if someone is able to recognize and master mathematics subject matter in learning activities. However, in reality, learning mathematics often results in low learning outcomes. Students at SMP Negeri 1 Kabun can also suffer from low mathematics learning outcomes. Regarding this problem, the solution offered in this research is the Two Stay Two Stay (TSTS) learning model. In this research, the aim is to convey mathematics learning outcomes by comparing students who implemented it using the TSTS learning model and students who implemented it using the direct learning model at SMP Negeri 1 Kabun. In this research, using a quasi-experiment as a type of research by choosing a nonequivalent posttest only control group design as the research design. To conduct this research, Class IX of SMP Negeri 1 Kabun became the population using the Purposive Sampling technique for sampling. Class IX-4 was selected as the experimental group and Class IX-3 was selected as the control group. Minitab software was used to analyze the final test results. The results obtained with a P-value <0.05 indicate that students at SMP Negeri 1 Kabun who apply TSTS learning get superior mathematics learning outcomes compared to students who apply direct learning. Therefore, there is a significant difference in mathematics learning outcomes between students at SMP Negeri 1 Kabun who take TSTS learning and those who take direct learning.Keywords – Two Stay Two Stray, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study investigates the use of nanocellulose and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) suspension as a coating formulation on a paper substrate and its effects on the paper’s oil and water barrier properties. The PVA/nanocellulose coating suspension was prepared via a simple nanocellulose mixing procedure with various concentrations of PVA. The coating was carried out by depositing an adhesive agent and multiple layers of nanocellulose/PVA suspension on the paper surface using a bar coater. The results showed that coating up to the fourth layer decreased the opacity index and air permeability rate of the coated papers, but there was a slight increase in the air permeability at the sixth layer. The deposition of PVA/nanocellulose suspension on the paper surface also increased the water and oil barrier performance. The highest contact angle (CA) of 82° and oil kit value of 14 was obtained at the fourth layer of coating using suspension with 2 wt% of PVA content, as compared to the uncoated paper (CA 43°). It is interesting to note that coating paper using nanocellulose/PVA suspension can effectively enhance the hydrophobicity and oil barrier performances of the paper. This satisfactory results in paper properties after being coated with nanocellulose/PVA suspension can be a potential environmentally friendly material in food packaging applications.

Abstract

The motivation behind this plan is to speed up the stripping of quail egg shells, quail eggs are typically handled with different types of food, subsequently requiring a stripping cycle. The timeframe for stripping quail egg shells by manual is a normal of 10 seconds/thing, on the off chance that in huge amounts a peeler is required. From these issues the creator made a "Self-loader Quail Egg Shell Peeler to Increase Productivity and Effectiveness in Quail Egg Shell Peeler". Shaft width. Estimation of creation limit depends on the revolution of the screwdriver with a heap. In light of the plan, the details of the device are gotten utilizing a 12 volt 62 rpm electric engine with a force of 300 watts, a shaft width of 20 mm. The creation limit is gotten by pivoting the screwdriver with a heap of 62 rpm with a creation limit of 240 grains.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi Ulumul Qur’an dan pendidikan lingkungan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran ekologis siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan siswa dan guru secara aktif melalui tahapan observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai Ulumul Qur’an, seperti menjaga keseimbangan alam, menjadi dasar kuat dalam membentuk kesadaran ekologis siswa sebagai bagian dari ibadah dan tanggung jawab moral. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan penghijauan, pengelolaan sampah, dan kampanye ramah lingkungan, yang berhasil meningkatkan kepedulian siswa terhadap kelestarian lingkungan. Dampaknya terlihat dalam perubahan sikap dan perilaku siswa yang lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi nilai Qur’ani dengan pendidikan lingkungan dapat menjadi pendekatan efektif untuk membentuk generasi yang bertanggung jawab secara moral dan ekologis.
