Abstract

This research is based on time problem which has no certainty. in the House Unfulfilled House program in Bogor City there are still problems in terms of development, implementation that is not in accordance with the appropriate program. The purpose of this research is (1) To know the implementation and Program In Program House Not Eligible Hunidi Bogor City, (2) To know the inhibiting factors in the implementation of Program Housing Incomplete Bogor City, (3) Formulate the strategy of construction of Unfit House in Bogor city. This research uses qualitative method that is research that produce descriptive data in the form of oral or oral words from people and behavior that can be examined. The results of this study indicate that 1) Implementation and procedures in the program RUTILAHU In the city of Bogor, has not run well as in the development stage and community programs that are not evenly distributed and many homes that have not been realized in home improvement. 2) Unfit Housing Program in Bogor City that has not been equitable in terms of development, information and socialization and unfavorable process. 3) The formulation of the results of this study responsiveness in the needs of the people of Bogor City Government research results are sufficient to provide programs that can help the poor, one of which is RUTILAHU program. Keywords: Development Strategy, Inhabitable House, Slum Area.

Abstract

Public service is all types of activities the do by the central government and regional to meet all kinds of basic necessities or also in order to implement the act.Tax is making a major contribution to of the republic of indonesia this.Vehicle tax get better itself is tax are part types of taxes province that is occupied for their household needs their own province.Objectives of the study are aimed to know and to also analyzed the hour by hour a model that they are located in operation of samsat kota bogor it is also determine the influence of the quality of act to provide service for of community satisfaction tax payers in operation of samsat kota bogor.Was used in the study research methodology associative by the use of quantitative data .Data collection was carried out by means of observation , the interviews and also the spread of other of any economic indicators .Pengumpalan the data is provided by way of the population as many as 1450 and the research sample as many as 94 respondents in the present study.Of the study is such an amount for variables x 3.34 and belonging to the criteria for good enough . While for variables y got as much as 3.31 belonging to the criteria for good enough also .In the test correlation rank spearmen known such an amount 0.976 which means there is a correlation between extremely strong and positive varaibel x and y variables .While for the coefficient of determination obtained 95,2 % the figure of .It was discovered that the variable x contributed 95 % for variables y or customer satisfaction .Keyword: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja organisasi perangkat daerah, yaitu Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Bogor. Penilaian kinerja organisasi didasarkan pada lima dimensi, yaitu produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari pegawai Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Bogor sebanyak 75 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian lapangan (angket, observasi dan wawancara) dan penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan Weight Mean Score untuk menghitung skor rerata penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja organisasi yang ditinjau dari dimensi produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas memperoleh skor rerata sebesar 4,14 yang termasuk dalam kategori penilaian baik. Penelitian ini juga menemukan hambatan pokok yang mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi, yaitu kurang-memadainya ketersediaan sumber daya manusia pegawai. Tugas, fungsi dan tanggung jawab Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Bogor untuk menjaga ketertiban, keamanan dan ketenteraman di wilayah Kota Bogor hanya dijalankan oleh pegawai yang sedikit jumlahnya sehingga berdampak terhadap kinerja organisasi.Kata kunci: Kinerja Organisasi, Sumber Daya Manusia, Organisasi Perangkat Daerah.

Abstract

Public service is a form of services provided by the bureaucracy or government to the community as the service user. Implementation of the public service is intended to fulfill the needs in accordance with the wants and expectations of the community. The purpose of this research is to find out the service quality provided by the civil servants in Samsat Cibadak Sukabumi Regency. The service quality can be measured on five dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiviness, assurance, and empathy. This research uses the descriptive-quantitative methods. The population of this research is 1653 service user community and the sample is 96 respondents. Data is collected by using the observations, interviews and questionaires. Then, data is analysed by using the Weight Mean Score (WMS) to count the mean score. The result of this research indicates that the evaluation of respondents on the service quality in Samsat Cibadak Sukabumi Regency gains the mean score 3.8 categorized as good.Keywords: Bureaucracy, Public Service, Service Quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of making birth certificates in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bogor City. The method used is a description of the analysis with data analysis techniques using the calculation of the Weight Mean Score (WMS). The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, and was strengthened by collecting the results of the interview. The theory used in this research is Agus Dwiyanto’s theory which consists of five dimensions, namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. The results of this study indicate that the performance of making birth certificates shows good results with an average value of 3.87. This is indicated by the results of the analysis of each dimension entering the good category. However, there are still deficiencies and obstacles in the indicators of the availability of infrastructure and service quality.Keywords: Performance, Birth Certificate, Regional Regulation

Abstract

Leadership is the most important factor in the management of groups and organizations, so that appropriate leadership is needed in achieving organizational goals. The Sundanese Indigenous Peoples (Kasepuhan) are unique communities to be investigated because the indigenous leaders in their leadership have success in managing their local food so that they rarely experience food shortages. One contributing factor is informal leadership based on community participation carried out by indigenous leaders. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the informal leadership of indigenous leaders based on community participation in maintaining local food security using descriptive analysis methods. Data were collected using literature study and observation techniques by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews, then the data were analyzed using analysis techniques Weight Mean Score (WMS). The results showed that the informal leadership of indigenous leaders based on community participation had a value of 3.22 on a scale of 4. this value is interpreted well. Based on observations and interviews with indigenous Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi Chiefs, two-way communication in conducting deliberations on each issue, because these indigenous communities focus on the culture of planting Sawah and Huma only once a year and starting from planting to harvest are carried out simultaneously, so that what is unique’s the indigenous head as the authority in making decisions when to plant to harvest, its members have high obedience, members Kasepuhan do not dare to plant first if the indigenous head has not started planting. This participation’s the strength of indigenous peoples so that they can maintain local food security in the region until now.

Abstract

The implementation of the Policy on the Arrangement and Empowerment of Street Vendors in Sukabumi City has not yet been fully realized. Some indications of this are that the goal of realizing a clean, beautiful, orderly, and safe city with adequate and environmentally sound urban facilities and infrastructure has not been achieved properly. This means that the city's chaos due to the presence of street vendors still occurs in the Sukabumi City area. Furthermore, many street vendors have felt the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has resulted in a decrease in their income of street vendors. In addition, the economic environment also affects the process of implementing policies for structuring and empowering street vendors. Some of the budget for structuring and empowering street vendors has been eroded and diverted to the budget for handling the Covid-19 pandemic in the Sukabumi City area. However, from these various problems, the Regional Government of Sukabumi City continues to strive to realize the arrangement and empowerment of street vendors for the better, one of which is by building the Pelita Market which will serve as a trading centre for street vendors with an orderly and safe arrangement so as to provide comfort to the street vendors. Street vendors and the people of Sukabumi City.

Abstract

The flagship program is a program formed by the ZIS forum in the Cicurug district as an effort to alleviate poverty. The flagship program consists of the death benefit program, the health care program, the widow and elderly orphans compensation program, the street lighting program, and the mosque / mushola electricity bill payment program. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of ZIS flagship program policies by the ZIS forum in Cicurug District. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the flagship program was set as a priority scale for each ZIS management at the village / kelurahan level. The ZIS funds obtained at 60% are used for each ZIS forum at the village / kelurahan level. While as much as 40% of the funds obtained were deposited to the district level ZIS management. Factors supporting the implementation of the flagship program policy, namely the consistency of the community in running the flagship program and the consistency of the organizers of the ZIS forum in collecting and managing ZIS funds from the public. While the inhibiting factor relates to the reporting system of ZIS forum officials at the village / kelurahan level which is often late.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa di Universitas DJuanda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi pustaka. Subyek penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi di Universitas Djuanda. Data dari penelitian ini berasal dari beberapa mahasiswa semester 4 dan 6 Universitas Djuanda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menuliskan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan mengikuti perkuliahan sangat tinggi dan memiliki keinginan untuk lulus.

Abstract

Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) merupakan panduan untuk mengatur penyelenggaraan pelayanan dan merupakan komitmen atau janji dari pemerintah kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu. Salah satu cara pemerintah mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan publik adalah kepuasan masyarakat. Pelayanan terbaik adalah kesederhanaan, kepastian, kejelasan, ketepatan waktu, bertanggung jawab, jujur, dan memberikan kemudahan, keamanan, kenyamanan, dan keramahan kepada klien.  Semua orang dalam masyarakat menginginkan Administrasi Kependudukan untuk mempercepat proses pembuatan Kartu Keluarga. Kantor Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu penyelenggara pelayanan administrasi dan misi utamanya adalah membantu pimpinan daerah dalam penyelenggaraan, pembangunan dan pengelolaan sosial kelurahan, dan dalam rangka itu, meningkatkan efektifitas pelayanan publik dan menjamin terciptanya pelayanan publik yang baik. pemerintah. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggambarkan situasi sebagaimana adanya tanpa mengubah atau mengubah elemen yang dipertimbangkan. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. peneliti mendapatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan yang di dapa dan dalam efektifitas pelayanan kartu keluarga yang ada di kantor kecamatan ciawi khususnya Bidang pelayanan  penulis mendapatkan banyak pengalaman berharga, tentang bagaimana melayani masyarakat yang beragam rupa sifat watak, serta di tantang untuk melatih kesabaran dalam diri.
