Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the impact of implementation of Freedom to Learn Independent Campus Program (MBKM Program) on the Study Program of Public Administration. The main aim of MBKM Program is basically intended to give freedom for higher education institutions to be more autonomous, independent, less bureaucratic, and innovative in producing highly qualified graduates. To achieve the main aim, the implementation of MBKM Program includes eight learning activities, namely student exchange, internship/work practice, teaching assistant in the education unit, research, humanitarian project, entrepreneurship, independent study/project, and thematic field work. The Study Program of Public Administration has implemented two learning activities, namely student exchange and internship/work practice. Results of this research indicate that the implementation of MBKM Program impacts on some aspects, namely improvement of experiential learning to build hard and soft skills of students, fulfilment of learning achievement of graduate, and improvement of lecturer capacity. Moreover, this research identifies the presence of constraints on the implementation of MBKM Program in the cases of curriculum revision, redesign of academic information system, and fund problem for student.

Abstract

Leadership is the most important factor in the management of groups and organizations, so that appropriate leadership is needed in achieving organizational goals. The Sundanese Indigenous Peoples (Kasepuhan) are unique communities to be investigated because the indigenous leaders in their leadership have success in managing their local food so that they rarely experience food shortages. One contributing factor is informal leadership based on community participation carried out by indigenous leaders. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the informal leadership of indigenous leaders based on community participation in maintaining local food security using descriptive analysis methods. Data were collected using literature study and observation techniques by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews, then the data were analyzed using analysis techniques Weight Mean Score (WMS). The results showed that the informal leadership of indigenous leaders based on community participation had a value of 3.22 on a scale of 4. this value is interpreted well. Based on observations and interviews with indigenous Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi Chiefs, two-way communication in conducting deliberations on each issue, because these indigenous communities focus on the culture of planting Sawah and Huma only once a year and starting from planting to harvest are carried out simultaneously, so that what is unique’s the indigenous head as the authority in making decisions when to plant to harvest, its members have high obedience, members Kasepuhan do not dare to plant first if the indigenous head has not started planting. This participation’s the strength of indigenous peoples so that they can maintain local food security in the region until now.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the One Day Service in Population Administration at the Integrated Service Unit V Ciawi, the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Bogor Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Integrated Service Unit V Ciawi, Bogor Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, totaling 12 respondents and 98 people who were used as respondents, in this study using the Yamane formula. The data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the One Day Service in population administration includes KK, MCH, Birth Certificate and Death Certificate services, with an average score of 3.99 in the good category. This can be interpreted that the One Day Service in Population Administration at the Integrated Service Unit V Ciawi, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bogor Regency as a whole is good where it is viewed from the six dimensions of service responsiveness. However, this is seen from the dimensions of the ability to respond to complaints that have not been carried out properly because a suggestion box has not been provided to accommodate complaints from the community so that special attention is needed and is able to provide a suggestion box.  AbstraksiTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui One Day Service Administrasi Kependudukan di Unit Pelayanan Terpadu V Ciawi Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Satuan Pelayanan Terpadu V Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor yang berjumlah 12 responden dan 98 orang yang dijadikan responden, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Yamane. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa One Day Service dalam administrasi kependudukan meliputi pelayanan KK, KIA, Akta Kelahiran dan Akta Kematian dengan skor rata-rata 3,99 dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa One Day Service Administrasi Kependudukan di Unit Pelayanan Terpadu V Ciawi Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor secara keseluruhan sudah baik jika dilihat dari enam dimensi ketanggapan pelayanan. Namun hal ini dilihat dari dimensi kemampuan menanggapi pengaduan belum terlaksana dengan baik karena belum disediakan kotak saran untuk menampung pengaduan dari masyarakat sehingga diperlukan perhatian khusus dan mampu menyediakan kotak saran. .

Abstract

This research is motivated by the issues faced by employees in receiving incentives that are not proportionate to their workload, the lack of balance between employee rights and obligations, including weak work ethics among employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the provision of incentives at the Regional General Hospital of Bogor City. This research utilizes a descriptive analysis method with a population of 800 employees, from which a sample of 89 respondents is obtained using the Yamane formula. Data is collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. The collected data is then analyzed using the Likert scale and Weighted Mean Score. The research results show that the average value of all dimensions in the focus of incentive provision is 2.98 with a fairly good category. This is due to the existing mismatch between incentives and employee workloads, leading to implications for employee performance and service to the community accessing healthcare facilities.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the ineffectiveness of the implementation of the Basic Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal Services (PONED) program at the Bangetayu Public Health Center in Semarang City. This ineffectiveness is primarily attributed to inhibiting factors such as poor communication, a shortage of human resources, and insufficient facilities and infrastructure. These challenges have adversely affected the quality of healthcare services provided to the community and have hindered the program from achieving its intended goals. This research aimed to evaluate the PONED Program implementation at health centres to determine the factors driving and inhibiting its success. This descriptive and qualitative research was carried out at the Bangetayu Public Health Centre, one of the primary health care centres with Basic Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal Services (PONED) in Semarang City. The purposive sampling method was used to collect data from 15 informants through interviews. Public compliance with the program could be seen from the very high participation of citizens in PONED socialization. Community participation in identifying problems and determining the PONED strategy with stakeholders is not in sync with the activities budgeted in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget as deconcentration funds. Program efficiency in terms of task delegation was quite good, although not optimal. Program effectiveness/relevance was not yet fully effective. This evaluation showed that the authority factor greatly influenced the operation of the three indicators. The authority factor of the City Government of Semarang concerned the application of a merit system and the principle of deconcentration in monitoring, as well as special allocation funds for physical/non-physical infrastructure, including competency improvement. Factors supporting the implementation of the PONED Health Center Program found that there were aspects of stakeholder collaboration that determined the success of the program, in addition to aspects of resources, aspects of implementers' attitudes, and aspects of bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of Kampus Mengajar policies from the perspective of Islamic religious values. The study aims to analyze how these policies align with Islamic teachings, particularly in fostering social responsibility and educational development. Using descriptive analysis methods, the research involved 17 students participating in the Kampus Mengajar program, with data collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and literature review. The findings reveal that the overall implementation of Kampus Mengajar policies is rated at 3.84, categorized as Good, with the highest score in the Disposition dimension (4.08) and the lowest in the Resources dimension (3.55). Notably, the facility indicator in the Resources dimension received a lower score (2.65) due to limited infrastructure. Despite these challenges, the program positively impacts schools with insufficient teaching staff, fostering creativity and innovation in the learning process. The study concludes that Kampus Mengajar is significantly aligned with Islamic principles, particularly in terms of social justice and responsibility, and enhances students' knowledge and contributions to educational quality, reflecting devotion to God and service to humanity. This research highlights the importance of integrating Islamic values in policy implementation to improve education.

Abstract

E-KTP services at the sub-district level still leave complaints from the public regarding the unsatisfactory service provided, especially service times and service procedures, which still need to be fully understood by the public. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of E-KTP services at the sub-district level by taking the case of Ciawi District, Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach method, collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires from 41 respondents from the Ciawi District community who were taken by accidental sampling. The research results show data that the effectiveness of E-KTP services in the Ciawi sub-district is considered adequate. This assessment is measured based on three indicators: the source approach with an average value of 3.8, the process approach with an average value of 3.7, and the target approach with an average value of 3.7, from the highest score of 5. However, several areas for improvement in this service still originate from human resource capacity. Therefore, this research recommends that there is a need to increase employee capacity through job training, increasing the knowledge and abilities of officers regarding public services, and improving employee performance.

Abstract

A Child Identity Card (KIA) is a card that is officially owned by children under 17 years of age and unmarried. So far, the service has been at the Service agency. cumulatively it is still low. One of the obstacles is a lack of awareness of the benefits of children's identity cards and socialization has not been optimal. The aim of the research is to find out how effective children's identity card services are, the obstacles to the effectiveness of services, and efforts to resolve obstacles to the effectiveness of children's identity card services. The method used is descriptive quantitative. With a sample of 100 people from the community and 32 employees. Data was collected through primary and secondary data techniques. Data analysis uses a Likert scale. The results show that the overall response is that the community received a score of 3.49 in the "Good" criteria and the results of employee respondents' responses were a score of 4.09 in the "Good" criteria. The assessment of these two elements is considered good, meaning that it is an indicator of increasing ability in communication skills and document detection skills so that the services provided can minimize the number of children's identity cards. This means that the implementation of children's identity card services is said to be effective, but there are still several factors that hinder the service, including that socialization has not been carried out evenly, so improvements need to be made in terms of the socialization method to make it more effective.

Abstract

Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai karena dengan adanya kompensasi maka pegawai merasa lebih bersemangat dalam melakukan pekerjaan yang perlu diselesaikan dengan lebih optimal. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor SAMSAT Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode campuran kuantitatif untuk mempelajari hubungan variabel kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor SAMSAT Kota Sukabumi. Tingginya nilai Personalized R Square yaitu 91,4% menunjukkan kuatnya pengaruh gaji terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil ini didukung dengan nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari t tabel (25,059 > 0,95), serta nilai koefisien sebesar 1,002. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan dampak terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan penilaian positif terhadap kompensasi dan kinerja pegawai, berada pada tingkat sangat baik.

Abstract

Pada era modern ini masyarakat telah menggap jalinan asmara yang terjadi pada kalangan remaja sebagai hal yang wajar. Namun kondisi tersebut menimbulkan dampak yang berujung pada pergaulan bebas salah satunya seks bebas bahkan sampai mengakibatkan banyaknya remaja yang hamil di luar nikah. Kemajuan teknologi yang mendukung keterbukaan informasi dan kebebasan akses internet juga tak jarang disalahgunakan sehingga dampak buruk sulit untuk dihindari. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMP Islam Cimande saat ini banyak siswa/siswinya yang sudah saling menyukasi dengan lawan jenis hingga menjalin asmara. Bahkan beberapa siswa memutuskan untuk putus sekolah disebabkan karena ingin menikah. Atas kondisi tersebut perlu adanya penanaman kesadaran serta pemahaman kepada siswa terkait kontrol diri dan bahaya yang ditimbulkan akibat seks bebas pada diri setiap siswa. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan persiapan, observasi, sosialisasi, pre test dan post test. Hasil dari pre test dan post test menunjukan adanya perubahan tingkat pengetahuan tentang bahaya seks bebas di kalangan remaja, dengan peningkatan dimana pengetahuan tentang seks bebas meningkat dari awalnya sebesar 50% menjadi 85%,  resiko dari seks bebas yang awalnya 45% menjadi 95%, pentingnya pengetahuan tentang seks bebas 50% menjadi 60%, pengetahuan terkait dampak seks bebas 45% menjadi 100%, pengetahuan terkait PMS ( penyakit seksual menular 35% menjadi 80%, pengetahuan tentang tindakan untuk melindungi diri dari resiko seks bebas 45% menjadi 85%, serta pengetahuan terkait konsekuesnsi dari seks bebas yang awalnya 20% menjadi 55%.
