Abstract

Proses pembuatan Eggroll Waluh ini ada 4 Stasiun Kerja yaitu stasiun kerja penimbangan, stasiun kerja pencampuran, stasiun kerja pemasakan, dan stasiun kerja pengemasan. Keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) yang dirasakan karyawan dianalisa menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body. Postur kerja ini dianalisis menggunakan metode REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment).Hasil perhitungan REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) diatas, pada setiap stasiun kerja memiliki Total Skor Akhir REBA yang berbeda – beda yaitu Stasiun Kerja Penimbangan memperoleh total skor akhir REBA yaitu 5. Stasiun Kerja Pencampuran memperoleh total skor akhir REBA yaitu 9. Stasiun Kerja Pemasakan dengan total skor akhir REBA yaitu 4. Stasiun Kerja Pengemasan dengan total skor akhir REBA yaitu 5.Usulan perbaikan disetiap stasiun kerja Eggroll Waluh ada masing– masing perbedaan yaitu di stasiun kerja penimbangan untuk usulan perbaikannya memperbaiki layout area meja kerja, di stasiun kerja pencampuran untuk usulan perbaikannya membuat meja penompang mixer, di stasiun kerja pemasakan untuk usulan perbaikannya membuat kursi yang ada senderannya dan memperlebar meja, dan di stasiun kerja pengemasan ini untuk usulan perbaikannya meembuat kursi yang lebih ergonomis dan memperbaiki area meja.

Abstract

This study aims to propose criteria for assessing the readiness of implementing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) for pine wood materials at PT. X to minimize stockout and over inventory. The Kano method was employed to classify supplier criteria into must-be, one-dimensional, and attractive categories. Data were collected through questionnaires filled by five experts from relevant departments. The analysis revealed that must-be criteria include payment terms aligned with the company’s capabilities, ontime delivery, and the supplier’s ability to accommodate demand changes. One-dimensional criteria encompass wood quality compliance and accurate delivery quantity, while attractive criteria involve low wood moisture content, supplier reputation, and responsiveness to schedule changes. The study concludes that supplier readiness in fulfilling must-be criteria is essential for VMI implementation, whereas attractive criteria can enhance company satisfaction. These findings provide a reference for the company in supplier selection and supply chain optimization
