Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of administrative sanctions on violations of public vehicles that do not stop at the Operational Section of the South Jakarta Transportation Agency, which is reflected in the increasingly orderly public transportation at Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta terminal. Qualitative research methods use methods based on the philosophy of postposistivism, while to examine natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined). Data analysis is inductive or qualitative. The results show that the implementation which is carried out by communication with public transport drivers, utilizing resources by working with the TNI and POLRI in prosecution, giving fast dispositions to the tribal transportation offices and good organizational structures have been able to implement administrative sanctions on vehicle violations. General is going well.

Abstract

The performance of Fire Prevention and Rescue Department is deemed slowly by community, this can be seen from the result of the study conducted by Safitri and news on online media. This certainly can affect the institution image of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Department. This study aims at finding out the Influence of Professionalism and Service Quality on Institution Image at Fire Prevention and Rescue Department of South Jakarta at Manggarai Village Area. This study used quantitative approach and is correlational type. The population of this study was 34,871 people at Manggarai Village, South Jakarta using Slovin formula with the sample of 100 people. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling. The data sampling technique used was questionnaire and data analysis technique was multiple regression. The result of the study showed that the Influence of Professionalism and Service Quality on Institution Image at Fire Prevention and Rescue Department of South Jakarta at Manggarai Village Area has been proven positive and significant both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The number of visitors who came to Ragunan has declined significantly every year. The number of visitors there was the highest in 2019 (5.401.907 visitors). Problems that often arise are visitors complaining about a barcode or QR code being delivered slowly or not being sent to online registration to visit a Ragunan management unit during online registration, and visitors complaining about the difficulty of calling the Ragunan management unit call center. This would have an impact on visitors' dissatisfaction with the quality of services that are offered on a Ragunan. This zoo study seeks to comprehend the impact of facilities and the service quality management unit on visitor satisfaction in 2022 at the Ragunan Zoo. This study used a quantitative approach and provided an explanation. The population in this study will be people or visitors to Ragunan Zoo in 2022, as many as 950.552 people, using a formula obtained from 100 Slovene samples. Sampling techniques called for purposive sampling. The questionnaire was used to collect data, and the data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The findings revealed that facilities have some positive effects on visitor satisfaction. Although service quality has some positive effects, it has not significantly increased visitor satisfaction. The facilities and the quality of services provided have some positive effects and are important to the satisfaction of visitors to the Ragunan management unit at the same time

Abstract

Otonomi daerah mengakibatkan terjadi perubahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Salah satu unsur penting dalam membuat laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan adalah sistem pengendalian internal. Terdapat fenomena sistem pengendalian internal pada penyusunan laporan keuangan daerah Kantor Kecamatan Cempaka Putih Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat yang belum dapat tercapai secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sistem pengendalian internal, menganalisis faktor yang menjadi hambatan atas sistem pengendalian internal, dan menganalisis solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan atas sistem pengendalian internal pada penyusunan laporan keuangan daerah Kantor Kecamatan Cempaka Putih Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat. Pendekatan penelitian bersifat pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif. Metode analisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian terhadap sistem pengendalian internal pada penyusunan laporan keuangan daerah Kantor Kecamatan Cempaka Putih Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat dilihat dari dimensi lingkungan pengendalian sudah berjalan dengan baik serta integritas dan etika juga sudah dijalankan, komitmen tinggi juga pendelegasian wewenang dan tanggung jawab dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tupoksinya. Hambatan atas sistem pengendalian internal pada penyusunan laporan keuangan daerah Kantor Kecamatan Cempaka Putih yaitu masih kurangnya SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia)/pegawai, kurangnya pemahaman pegawai, dan masih kurangnya komunikasi antara bawahan dan atasan. Upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan atas sistem pengendalian internal pada penyusunan laporan keuangan daerah Kantor Kecamatan Cempaka Putih dengan menambah SDM, meningkatkan kemampuan SDM yang sudah ada serta peningkatan komunikasi

Abstract

Fenomena permasalahan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh para pendamping pada website Jakpreneur di Kecamatan Cakung adalah kurangnya sosialisasi kepada peserta Jakpreneur terkait manfaat dari keikutsertaan Jakpreneur, belum adanya media komunikasi yang efektif untuk edukasi terkait pengisian data dan proses reaktivasi peserta Jakpreneur dan masih terjadi misskomunikasi oleh peserta Jakpreneur terhadap keikutsertaan kurasi untuk kegiatan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengetahui solusi dari kendala pada penerapan website Jakpreneur dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan UMKM di Kecamatan Cakung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif mencakup transkip hasil wawancara, reduksi data, analisis, interpretasi data dan dilakukan uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan inovasi website Jakpreneur dalam Peningkatan Kesejahteraan UMKM di Kecamatan Cakung berjalan dengan baik dengan kendala kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, masih ada anggota yang gagap teknologi, kesalahan dalam pengisian data, seringnya pemakaian internet yang error dan gangguan signal. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yaitu dengan optimalisasi digital, dengan One Time Password (OTP), memberikan turotial penggunaan website jakpreneur, diberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan, pihak pendamping harus selektif dalam memberikan informasi dan sering berkomunikasi, penambahan fitur atau kemudahan untuk mengakses dan adakan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

There are still limitations in studying simultaneously or significantly on the influence of service quality, security factors on trust public. So this research aims to analyze the influence significant or simultaneous between service quality and safety factors public trust. The object of this research is the Jakevo application as novelty in research. Research approach used in research this is a quantitative approach. Data obtained from this approach collected through structured instruments, such as questionnaires or surveys. T test results shows that service quality has a significant effect on trust society (sig. 0.000 < 0.05) with a coefficient of 1.984. F test confirms that both together have a significant effect on trust society (sig. 0.000 < 0.05) F count 99.926 F table 3.09. dertamination coefficient (R Square) of 0.598 shows that 59.8% of public trust is influenced by these two variables, while 40.2% is influenced by other factors.
