Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this research is the target Distribution Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) which has not been realized in the last few years. PT Pegadaian had an internal and eksternal factor in determine Distribution Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA). The aim of this research was to determined the influence of revenue, number of customers, gold price, and inflation rate on Distribution Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) at PT Pegadaian Indonesia in 2009-2017. The method used seconder research method is obtainable from annual report PT Pegadaian 2009-2017, taken from www.pegadaian.go.id. The population in this research are all annual report PT Pegadaian Indonesian 2009-2017. The dependent variable from this research is Distribution Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA). The independent variable include revenue, number of customers, gold price, and inflation rate. The sample technique of this research was using the all data of those Annual Report. The analysis method used multiple linear regression by software SPSS version 24. The result showed that The revenue have a significant influence to Distribution Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) at PT Pegadaian Indonesian 2009-2017. The number of customers have a significant influence to Distribution Credit Fast secure (KCA) at PT Pegadaian Indonesian 2009-2017. The gold price customers have a significant influence to Distribution Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) at PT Pegadaian Indonesian 2009-2017, and inflation rate have a significant influence to Distribution Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) at PT Pegadaian Indonesian 2009-2017. The simultaneously are revenue, number of customers, gold price, and inflation rate revenue have a significant influence to Distribution Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) at PT Pegadaian Indonesian 2009-2017.

Abstract

Myocardial infarction (MI) is a significant contributor to global morbidity and mortality. The outcome of MI is associated with the inflammatory response triggered by ischemic or necrotic cells. Pyroptosis is a type of programmed cell death that can exacerbate cardiac injury following MI. This study reviewed the potential therapeutic effects of colchicine in regulating cardiac pyroptosis in response to MI. Primarily, colchicine inhibits tubulin polymerization and microtubule formation, disrupting inflammasome advancement and the subsequent secretion of various pro-inflammatory mediators. In particular, colchicine disrupts the NLRP3 inflammasome assembly process by blocking ASC recruitment into the complex, suggesting its potential to mitigate the inflammatory response related to cardiac pyroptosis. Additionally, colchicine binds to P2X7 receptors, reducing ATP-induced microtubule and pore formation, which attenuates reactive oxygen species and IL-1β production. A clinical trial involving colchicine showed positive outcomes in lowering the occurrence of major cardiovascular events in individuals with coronary artery disease (CAD). Nonetheless, additional studies are required to ascertain the ideal dosage, timing, and long-term effects of colchicine in the infarcted myocardium before it can be routinely recommended for post-MI treatment. In conclusion, colchicine's modulation of the inflammatory response and inhibition of pyroptosis highlight its potential as a cardioprotective agent for MI management.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini berdasarkan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang struktur karya tulis ilmiah yang merupakan hal yang lumrah jika dipelajari, tugas menulis seringkali dianggap berat. Sehingga, mahasiswa siap menghadapi peluang dan kesulitan di masa depan, kemampuan menulis harus diperkuat dengan keterampilan menulis. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa PGSD Muhammadiyah Buton dengan pengetahuan yang baik dalam melalui karya tulis ilmiah. Menulis karya tulis ilmiah merupakan praktik yang dapat dilakukan secara individu maupun kelompok. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode presentasi, sesi tanya jawab, diskusi kelompok, dan latihan menulis struktur karya tulis ilmiah. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan mahasiswa menunjukan bahwa peserta mencapai pada kotegori tinggi sebanyak 20 orang atau 83,34%, kategori sedang sebanyak 3 orang atau 12,5%, sedangkan kategori rendah sebanyak 1 orang atau 4,16% sehingga disimpulkan bahwa struktur karya tulis ilmiah dengan baik. mahasiswa dapat merencanakan dan menyusun karya ilmiah dengan benar sehingga mahasiswa dapat menyesuaikan pembuatan karya tulis ilmiah dengan baik.
