Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kondisi fisik pemain bola voli pada daya tahan, power dan kelentukan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kondisi Fisik Pemain Bola Voli pada Club IKTLVB Kabupaten Flores Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah pemain bola voli yang berjumlah 14 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase yang disesuaikan dengan tabel norma kondisi fisik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh, daya tahan pemain terdapat 2 klasifikasi sedang dengan 14,28%, terdapat 6 klasifikasi kurang dengan 42,85% dan terdapat 6 klasifikasi kurang sekali dengan 42,85% untuk power pemain terdapat 8 klasifikasi kurang dengan 57,14% dan terdapat 6 klasifikasi kurang sekali dengan 42,85% untuk kelentukan pemain terdapat 7 klasifikasi di bawah rata-rata dengan 50% dan terdapat 7 klasifikasi rata-rata dengan 50%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka penulis menyarankan agar lebih memperhatikan kondisi fisik terlebih dahulu sebelum pertandingan karena hal tersebut sebagai data awal dalam melatih kondisi fisik pemain bola voli selanjutnya.

Abstract

Learning motivation is one of the most important factors owned by every student in order to get maximum results in a learning process at school. This study has a purpose, namely to determine the level of learning motivation in the new normal era in students of SMKS TP 45 Negara in 2022. The population in this study is students of XP1 and XP2 classes, totaling 70 people. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique, where the entire population was used as a sample in this study. This research is a type of survey research using a quantitative descriptive design. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire which consisted of 15 questions with a Likert scale which was adopted from previous research. The results in this study are the level of learning motivation in the low category as many as 4 people (5.7%), the medium category as many as 12 people (17.1), the high category as many as 22 people (31.4%), and the very high category as many as 32 people (45.7%). So it can be concluded that the average level of student learning motivation in SMKS TP 45 Negara in the new normal era is in the very high category.

Abstract

The Merdeka Learning Independent Campus curriculum aims to improve the competence of graduates by equipping students with various types of skills, both soft skills and hard skills needed by the world of work. The development of the Merdeka Learning-Campus Merdeka curriculum in the Trunojoyo Madura University Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program based on individual differences in Higher Education is expected that students can understand the character and diversity of students as a basis for being able to play a role as educators and education personnel, consultants in the field of PAUD and teacherpreneurs. The method used is descriptive research method with quantitative approach. The research subjects were 93 students from the 2021-2023 batch, and 12 lecturers who taught in the PG-PAUD Study Program. The stages of research implementation include: Focus group discussions, workshops, instrument making, field surveys, data processing and analysis, results seminars and socialization. This research was conducted for 3 weeks at Trunojoyo University Madura. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that contains aspects of curriculum implementation strategies, namely: planning, curricular documents, human resources, administration, infrastructure, and cultural climate. The results of the validation test conducted on 30 items, obtained 26 valid items, and 4 invalid items, so the research team decided to use 26 valid items for the data collection process. The reliability result shows 0.869 which can be categorized that the questionnaire distributed is reliable to describe the curriculum development strategy for independent campus learning based on individual differences in higher education.
