Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of the village owned enterprises to increase community participation in the village if Riase District Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study is 83 community figures in the village Bila Riase where the sampling used is Probability Sampling, with purposive sampling technique using formula Slovin with the number of samples 45 community leaders, This research uses quantitative dexsriptif methods. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaire (Angket), interview, literature study. The data analysis techniques used are the DEKSRIPTIF statistics, the Data quality test, the classic assumption test using SPSS 16.0 and the Likert scale. The results of the study showed that the influence management of BUMDes with a value of 62.12% is categorized as "influential". The factors that affect the management of BUMDes are participation (67%) human resources (64%) with accumulated results of 65.5% or categorized as "influential". To improve the management of village owned enterprises to increase community participation in the village if Riase District Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang with results 50.02% categorized less influential.

Abstract

the village of Kulo, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency 2. Factors that influence the leadership role of the village head in physical development in the Kulo Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.Descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of the research is the entire community of Kulo Village, Kulo District, amounting to 3039 people, the determination of the sample using a random sample, with the sample in this study is 97 people.The results showed that the variable (x) the leadership role of the village head was 49.67% of the unfavorable category produced while the expected 100. Likewise for the final data results on both variables indicate that the role of leadership of the village head in physical development in the Village of Kulo, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 50% categorized as not good. Factors influencing the leadership role of village heads in Kulo Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency are: Human resources (7%), Sources of funds (21%), Community participation (29%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership style of female village heads on employee performance in Bangkai Village, Watang Pulu District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.The population in this study were 30 stakeholders and a saturated sample of 30 people. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires (questionnaire) and library studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics.The results of this study indicate that the leadership style of the female village head with a value of 67% is categorized as "influential". The factors that affect employee performance are ability ( 63 % ) willingness ( 62 %), energy (64 %), technology (66 %), compensation (65 %), clarity of purpose (64%) and security (62 %) with an accumulation of 63% or categorized as "influential". So that the leadership style of female village heads on employee performance in Bangkai Village, Watang Pulu District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with 64% results is categorized as influential.

Abstract

This study aims to determine community participation in the implementation of the Village Owned Enterprise program in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 476 head of family in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a sample of 74 people. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techni 48 ques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the IBM SPSS statistic 21.0. The results of this study indicate that Community Participation is 62.8% in good category with ideal results 62.91% from 100% expected, the factors that influence community participation in implementing village-owned enterprise programs in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Regency Rappang includes motivation 36%, knowledge 43%, individual experience 21.3%, role of stakeholders 37.3%, social conditions 19.5%, political conditions 16.6%, economic conditions 26%, and cultural conditions 27.6%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the supervision model at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital, to determine the effect of the supervision model on employee work performance at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital, and to determine the factors that influence supervision at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital.The research method approach that will be used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were medical employees at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital wich consisted of 176 employees. The sample technique used is Purposive Sampling using the Slovin formula to produce 64 samples. Data collection techniques performed in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with the help of descriptive statistics using SPSS 21.0 and Likert Scale. The results showed that the supervision model at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital was in the rare category with a percentage of 53.95%, the influence of the supervisory model on the work performance of employees at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital with a percentage of 55% influence, the factors affecting influencing supervision in Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital is in the rare category with a percentage of 51,36%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the participation of women in non-physical development in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence women's participation in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang District.The population of this study was 411 women. A sample of 80 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of SPSS application version 21. The results showed that the Participation of Women in Kadidi Village with a percentage of 56.87% was in the unfavorable category. Non-Physical Development in Kadidi Urban Village with a percentage of 60% is in the unfavorable category. Based on the value of t arithmetic> t table or 6,415> 0,219 If the value of t arithmetic ≥ t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning Significant, If the value of t arithmetic ≤ t table, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that is not Significant, then Ha accepted and H0 is rejected, it means that the Participation Rate of Women has a significant effect on Non-Physical Development in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a contribution percentage of 54.5% being in the medium level or good kurag category. Factors Affecting Women's Participation: a. Internal Factors: 1) 59.2% participation, 2) Education 62.2%, 3) Income and income 64.6%. b. External Factors: 1) Leadership 65.2%, 2) Government Equipment / Facilities 60.6%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the factors that influence women's participation in the Kadidi Village are in the good category 62.36%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di Desa Tonronge, Kecamatan Baranti, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Sutrisno (2007). Teori Efektifitas yang disajikan menggunakan metodelogi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah penduduk yang tinggal di Desa Tonronge, Kecamatan Baranti, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil 95 responden, diambil berdasarkan teknik random sampling. Observasi, Kuesioner, dan Studi Pustaka adalah metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26,0. Data yang dianalisis berbentuk skala Likert. Efektifitas dari pelaksanaan program SDGs dievalusi melalui 5 indikator, yaitu pemahaman program, tepat sasaran, tepat waktu, tercapainya tujuan, dan perubahan nyata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) mencapai 62% yang berada pada kategori “baik”. Artinya, berdasarkan penilaian dari lima indikator tersebut, program tersebut dapat dianggap berhasil dengan tingkat efektivitas yang baik.

Abstract

This study focuses on the "Implementation of Work Motivation on the Quality of Public Services at the Bangkala Village Office, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency." The research investigates the implementation of work motivation efforts to enhance employee enthusiasm, dedication, and productivity within a workplace setting. It explores various strategies employed by leaders to encourage employees to work more effectively and achieve organizational goals. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, involving a sample of 97 respondents who received services from February to April 2024, selected through non-probability sampling. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, literature reviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 21.The findings reveal that the implementation of work motivation significantly affects the quality of public services at the Bangkala Village Office, with 83.4% of the service quality being influenced by work motivation. The study also identifies key factors such as responsibility in task performance, self-development, and work environment conditions that substantially impact the effectiveness of work motivation implementation. The hypothesis test results support the conclusion that work motivation implementation positively influences public service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja aparatur di Kantor Desa Kulo, Kecamatan Kulo, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metodologi yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Dari total populasi sebanyak 120 individu, sebanyak 40 responden dipilih menggunakan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 21, ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi berada dalam kategori baik (65%), begitu pula dengan kinerja pegawai yang tercatat sebesar 63%. Analisis ANOVA menghasilkan signifikansi sebesar 0,000, yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 51% menandakan bahwa budaya organisasi memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 51%, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
