Abstract

Pakraman Bakbakan Village is one of the areas in the Balinese customary law area which also has regulations governing the lives of its people which are basically poured into awig-awig forms that are generally owned by all Pakraman Villages in Bali. In awig-awig, Pakraman Bakbakan Village, there is one adat sanction, namely Kanorayang adat sanction which is still preserved. The application of Kanorayang customary sanctions is based on awig-awig Desa Pakraman Bakbakan Palet Kaping XX (Indik Pamidanda). The imposition of Kanorayang adat sanctions is applied as an act of expulsion from Pakraman village customary activities so that those who are subject to the kanorayang adat sanctions lose their rights and obligations within the Pakraman Village organization. For those who are subject to customary sanctions in the village of Pakraman Bakbakan will not be able to use traditional facilities such as the temple of heaven, setra or grave, infrastructure owned by the Pakraman village (wantilan, village bale, aykul kulkul, etc.). This study uses a qualitative research design through an ethnographic case study approach with an emphasis on critical and interpretive studies without ignoring the study of empirical elements. By collecting data through sampling techniques, where in this study is purposive sampling through people who are considered key (key person) and understand about the application of customary sanctions in the village of Pakraman Bakbakan Pakraman. This research can be used as a critique and suggestion so that in the process of implementing customary sanctions the canor does not deviate from the objectives of customary law itself. And with the existence of customary sanctions in the village of Pakraman Bakbakan is expected to maintain harmony and in an atmosphere of "paras-paros, gilik-saguluk, salunglung-sabayantaka".

Abstract

Sociology is a social science which epistemologically sociology comes from the Latin, namely Socius which means friend, friend, while Logos means knowledge. As a science, sociology is a social knowledge that is composed of the results of scientific thought and can be critically controlled by other people or the public.Painting is a reflection of the state of the environment. When Indonesia was under colonialism, the New Art Movement (GSRB) appeared to undermine the Mooi Indie art building. The Mooi Indie concept was considered not to represent the situation of the oppressed, hungry, sad and depressed people at that time, instead depicting beautiful things (natural landscapes) and manipulating the situation. A paradigm to represent how painting has a close relationship with sociology.

Abstract

Art in the Hindu perspective has a very basic position, because Hindu religious life cannot be separated from the elements of art. Basically, any form of art is the result of an artist's creativity, as a result of the artist's taste, creativity and initiative, which cannot be separated from the bonds of noble cultural values, including aesthetics. Performing arts are a powerful means of educating people's attitudes, mentality, and morals. This is possible because a performance such as the Bondres Mask is a form of communication and always has messages delivered. In connection with the above problem, then the idea arose to study the performance of the mask art so that it knows the process of Bondres Mask as a Hindu Religious Education Media. In addition, it is also to find out the function of the role of Bondres Mask as a Hindu Religious Education Media. In this scientific work the writer will reveal the existence of Bondres Mask as a spectacle and guide, although lately there have been lifted mask dances (Atmaja 2004), (Sueka, 2006), and (Kodi, 2006), but the studies are different.Keyword: Performance, Bondres Mask, Religious Education Media

Abstract

Kata kunci : Keberadaan, Pasraman formal, Desa Adat Abstract The actualization of the mandate of the national education law is the implementation of Religious Education learning at every level of formal education. Likewise with Hindu religious education the purpose of Hindu religious education itself is to increase Sradha and Bhakti in the presence of Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. However, in its implementation there are still things that cause the process of Hinduism education not to run as expected. So to answer these challenges, community participation in creating learning is still very much needed. This is actualized through learning which is called boarding school. Of course, the organization of this pasraman is under the umbrella of a juridical basis, namely the regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 56 of 2014 concerning religious education. This aims to open up community participation in improving the quality of Hindu religious education for students. In the midst of the government's incessant desire to be able to organize Pasraman-based education, up to now there is still very little formal Pasraman in traditional villages in Bali, one of which is in the city of Denpasar.
