Abstract

The role and contribution of teachers is highly expected in the interest of the effectiveness and efficiency of Guidance and Counseling services in schools. Teachers can also act as counselors for their students. The purpose of this service is "to know the participation of teachers in implementing group guidance services with[1] the "I've Got You" game method at Senior High School of Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri-1 (SMAN-1) Kurun, Kuala Kurun, Kuala Kurun Regency, Central Kalimantan Province". The sample is 41 teachers at SMAN-1 Kurun. The data was collected using a check list, in the form of a list of questions given to the teachers of SMAN-1 Kurun. How to analyze data to test the reality of teacher participation in schools on the implementation of group guidance services, devotees use percentage calculations. The results of the service show that almost all components of the goals in service are carried out with a high percentage of 100% by teachers in schools. This means that teachers really participate and support the Group Guidance Service at SMAN-1 Kurun

Abstract

Discipline is about students' ability to control themselves according to established and agreed-upon rules. These rules include punctual attendance, completing assignments on time, working independently, behaving according to norms, and adhering to agreed-upon rules. Discipline is an appropriate method for building students' character, but it is not too harsh in changing their behavior. This study aims to explore the use of group counseling services using the technique.token economy as a step to improve student discipline. In this study, the technique token economyused as a solution to address low student discipline. This technique encourages students to behave positively, learn self-control, and understand the concept of rewards. This study used a designpre-experimental with the method One-Group Pre-test-Post-test Design. Samples were taken using the techniquepurposive sampling The research subjects were 5 students of class X KK at SMK Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. The author distributed questionnaires to measure the improvement of student discipline. The data were analyzed using the t-test.Paired Sample T-testwith the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The results of the study show that the t-test calculation using the testpaired sampel t test produces a sig. value of 0.01 < 0.05 and the comparison of the calculated and ttable values ​​is 8.856 > 2.131. It can be concluded that after providing services using the technique tocen economythere is a significant increase in discipline. This means that the null hypothesis (H0) which states “Group counseling services use group counseling techniques token economy Unable to improve the discipline of class X KK students at SMK Negeri 4 Palangka Raya in the 2024/2025” academic year rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which states “Group counseling services use group counseling techni ques token economycan improve the discipline of class X KK students at SMK Negeri 4 Palangka Raya in the 2024/2025 academic year” accepted.

Abstract

Individual counseling services are services to help solve student problems. One approach that can help students is the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) counseling approach, the Self-Talk technique. However, this approach is not used by Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers; therefore, BK teachers in high school should have a complete guide to implement this approach. This research aims to develop an individual counseling guide using the REBT Self-Talk technique approach for high school guidance and counseling teachers in Palangka Raya. The research method in this study uses the development method or Research and Development (R&D). This development research procedure uses a 4D (four D) model, namely Define, Design, Development, Disseminate. The population of this study was high school guidance and counseling teachers in Palangka Raya City, totaling 30 people. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative. The research results show that the guide has been validated and has received assessments from expert testers. Media experts with an accumulated feasibility value of 1,109 are calculated based on a high coefficient value, which means they are suitable for use. Material experts with an accumulated feasibility value of 0.945 are calculated based on the high coefficient values which is high, which means feasible. Practitioner experts have an accumulated feasibility value of 1.16 which is declared suitable for use. They have carried out a small group test with the calculated value resulting in an effect size of 0.904, so it can be concluded that the test has high effect criteria. The limitation of this research is that it was only tested on a small group and not on a large group.

Abstract

A teacher is highly expected for the benefit of effectiveness and efficiency of Guidance and Counseling services in schools. Teachers can also act as mentors for their students. One of the government's policies is to promote guidance and counseling in schools to assist the educational process and the quality of human resources. The purpose of this study " is to know teachers' participation in using the game "What Falls" through information services at Senior High School 1 Kurun, Kuala Kurun. "The sample consisted of 51 teachers in the school. The main data collection tool uses the Check List technique, namely, a way to obtain data by making a list of questions addressed to all teachers at Senior High School 1 Kurun, Kuala Kurun. Researchers use percentage calculations to analyze the data to test the reality that there is teacher participation in schools in implementing group guidance services. The results showed that almost all of the components of the objectives in the study were carried out at a fairly high percentage of 100% by the teachers at the school. This means teachers participate in and support information services at Senior High School 1 Kurun, Kuala Kurun.

Abstract

Career understanding is a person's understanding of career information, which can be in the form of jobs matching their interests, talents, and abilities needed to carry out the job. However, some students have a low level of career understanding, so many are confused when choosing a secondary school without consideration. With this Google Sites-based career card media, students can better understand secondary schools and various types of careers. This study was conducted to determine the feasibility of Google Sites-based career card media and to find out whether this Google Sites-based career card media is useful for students' career understanding. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach, namely research and development, and produces a product, namely a career card and a Google Sites-based career card media for career understanding. The development model was adapted from Borg and Gall and included six stages of development research. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling technique, so six students from class VIII-2 of Junior High School 3 Palangka Raya were selected. The main data collection tool used by researchers is a questionnaire. Researchers use a questionnaire to determine whether there are changes before and after using Google Sites-based career card media for career understanding. The data was then analyzed and processed using parametric statistics from Kolmogorov-Smirnov using SPSS 26, which showed a normal distribution. The results showed that the t-test calculation using the paired sample t-test showed a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t-value compared to the t-table value was 24.265 > 2.015. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between before and after using Google Sites-based career card media for career understanding.
