Abstract

Toko Terus Sinar merupakan toko yang bergerak dibidang kebutuhan bahan pokok. Toko Terus Sinar yang sedang melakukan pengembangan perencanaan teknologi dasar sebagai langkah awal dalam mendefinisikan sistem dan layanan toko. Toko Terus Sinar dalam kesehariannya menggunakan sistem yang masih manual dalam mencatat jumlah barang dan inventaris barang.. Pengembangan perencanaan teknologi dasar secara permanen sangat penting dilakukan. Toko Terus Sinar memerlukan perencanaan arsitektur enterprise yang sesuai dengan strategi yang telah dibuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) ADM. Penelitian ini dibatasi hingga pada tahapan migration planning. Perancangan arsitektur enterprise menghasilkan gambaran/perancangan mengenai arsitektur data, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur teknologi serta analisis gap.

Abstract

The PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital - Yogyakarta has the goal that processes related to administrative and documentation aspects are digitized immediately. Medical record officers at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital - Yogyakarta, especially in the field of midwifery assessment, still use a manual system in managing and preparing patient data reports. This causes delays in submitting daily patient data reports and has an impact on reducing patient services. To overcome this, a digital recording device is needed, namely a web-based medical record information system. The method used by the author in developing this information system is using the RAD or Rapid Application Development model. The programming platform uses the CodeIgniter 3 framework and Bootstrap 4.6. Database management using MySQL. The purpose of creating this medical record information system is to facilitate the management of patient data which includes patient registration data, patient medical record recording data, and collection of patient master data. Abstract

SMK Ar-Rahmah berdiri pada tanggal 24 Oktober 2011. Sekolah berlokasi di komplek Pondok Pesantren Ar-Rahmah. SMK ini di bawah naungan Yayasan Bani Fakhruddin yang berlokasi di Kedungbule, Trimurti, Srandakan, Bantul, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. SMK Ar-Rahmah hanya memiliki penjurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan lulusan, diperlukan pendalaman pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai Jaringan Komputer. Oleh sebab itu perlu diadakannya pelatihan jaringan komputer dengan memberikan penjelasan dasar-dasar Jaringan Komputer dan simulasinya menggunakan Aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan persoalan Jaringan seperti di dunia nyata yang kemudian disimulasikan dengan menggunakan Cisco Packet Tracer , sehingga dapat lebih memberikan gambaran dan meningkatkan kemampuan serta keterampilan siswa dalam bidang Jaringan Komputer. Peserta sangat antusias dengan materi yang diberikan dikarenakan sesuai dengan penjurusan dan hasil evaluasi  menunjukkan 75% peserta puas dengan pelatihan yang diberikan karena peserta mendapat wawasan lain selain pelajaran dari sekolah.

Abstract

Usia balita merupakan periode emas karena anak mengalami perkembangan dan pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat. Selama masa tumbuh kembang ini, penting bagi balita mendapatkan asupan zat gizi yang seimbang untuk memperoleh status gizi yang baik. Gizi pada anak merupakan faktor terpenting yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses pertumbuhan. Kebutuhan gizi yang tidak terpenuhi dapat mempengaruhi masa depan balita termasuk risiko terjadinya stunting. Stunting pada balita merupakan permasalahan serius dalam kesehatan masyarakat yang memerlukan pendekatan klasifikasi yang efektif untuk identifikasi dini dan tindakan pencegahan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Metode Naïve Bayes Classifier dalam framework CRISP-DM untuk klasifikasi stunting pada balita. Framework CRISP-DM merupakan kerangka kerja sistematis untuk pengelolaan dan pemodelan data, sementara Naïve Bayes Classifier memberikan pendekatan yang efektif dalam klasifikasi. Evaluasi model dilakukan dengan metrik presisi, recall, dan akurasi untuk mengukur kinerja. Hasil yang diperoleh dari tahapan pemodelan dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier menunjukkan nilai presisi sebesar 85%, nilai recall sebesar 91%, dan nilai akurasi sebesar 80%.

Abstract

Blood Transfusion at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping faces several issues in the management, administration, and reporting of medical record data, which are still conducted manually. In an effort to comply with the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022, which requires all healthcare facilities in Indonesia to implement Electronic Medical Records, a Blood Transfusion Information System has been developed. This system is designed to address the problem of medical record storage at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping, which previously relied on paper records stored in file cabinets. The system development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, chosen for its ability to expedite the system development process. The RAD method involves sequential phases of analysis, design, development, and transition. This research aims to develop an information system that facilitates the administration and reporting of blood transfusions at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping using the CodeIgniter Framework. The system aims to assist nurses in managing and reporting medical record data related to blood transfusions. Abstract

Presence is a very important thing to do for some people who carry out active activities as proof of supporting attendance and can usually be used as a salary calculation that has been agreed upon by the contract of both parties. PT Sucofindo is one of the companies under the auspices of BUMN which accepts apprentices in various positions according to the company's needs. One need that has not been properly met is the use of automatic presence for apprentices at PT Sucofindo Makassar branch. Presences are still carried out manually using books, which are vulnerable to damage and counterfeiting. The use of a system for attendance is very necessary so that intern employee data is safer from damage and there is no falsification of attendance. The method used is the waterfall method which is carried out up to the interface design

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola layanan digitalnya. Perusahaan ini memiliki dua layanan utama, yaitu Developer Portal yang dirancang untuk pengembang API dan Publisher Portal yang digunakan oleh penerbit API. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Dashboard Admin berbasis website yang dapat mempermudah manajemen pengguna pada kedua layanan tersebut. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metodologi Agile dengan pendekatan Scrum yang berfokus pada iterasi dan umpan balik berkelanjutan. Data kebutuhan sistem dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan product owner dan stakeholder. Implementasi aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan React sebagai library utama untuk memastikan efisiensi dan fleksibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Agile dan Scrum dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengembangan, menghasilkan platform terpusat yang mampu mengelola pengguna dengan fitur seperti mengelola peran user, pengaturan status aktif/inaktif user, dan pengelolaan data pengguna. Selain itu, dashboard ini juga memberikan manfaat strategis dengan menyediakan informasi administratif yang relevan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulannya, dashboard admin berbasis Agile tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan fungsionalitas, tetapi juga meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keamanan data, menjadikannya solusi efektif untuk manajemen layanan digital serupa

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 accelerated digital transformation across various sectors, including e-commerce. Tokopedia, Indonesia's largest e-commerce platforms, has experienced significant dynamics in user reviews that can impact its reputation. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of Tokopedia user reviews collected from the Google Play Store and the social media platform X using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. The research is motivated by the increasing competition in the e-commerce industry, requiring companies to understand consumer sentiment to improve their services. The methodology includes data collection through text mining, data preprocessing, automatic labeling using the Pre-Trained IndoBERT model, and splitting the dataset into training, validation, and testing sets. A total of 15,751 reviews were sentiment with 8,885 classified as negative, 3,860 as neutral, and 3,006 as positive. The CNN algorithm was applied to classify these reviews, and the results showed that the model achieved an accuracy of 83%. The model performed best in recognizing negative sentiment but struggled to distinguish between neutral and positive sentiments due to data imbalance. This study recommends collecting more data to achieve a balanced class distribution and exploring pre-trained models such as IndoBERT or IndoNLU to enhance sentiment analysis accuracy.

Abstract

Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta is one of the private universities in Yogyakarta. The large number of private universities in Yogyakarta has intensified the competition for new student admissions. In this situation, every university requires the right strategy to attract prospective students. One of the strategies used by Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta to capture the interest of potential students is by conducting direct promotions to schools in Yogyakarta, Java, and Sumatra. In the admission process for new students in the Information Technology Study Program, a common problem arises, which is the number of prospective students who do not complete re-registration each year. These students pass the selection and are declared accepted, but they do not proceed with re-registration. The school presentation strategy contributes to student admissions, making it a good strategy, but it requires significant operational costs. Promotion area segmentation is needed so that this strategy can be more targeted, resulting in more efficient spending. Segmenting or grouping promotion areas can be addressed using data mining techniques, specifically clustering. This study aims to segment promotion areas using clustering algorithms, namely K-Means and K-Medoids, along with the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) methodology. The evaluation of DBI (Davies-Bouldin Index) showed that the K-Means algorithm performed better than the K-Medoids algorithm. The comparison between the K-Means and K-Medoids algorithms was assessed based on the DBI evaluation results, with the smallest DBI value observed in the K-Means algorithm. The DBI value for K-Medoids was 0.196, while for K-Means it was 0.170.

Abstract

Deaf people have limited hearing which causes them to use sign language as a medium of communication. This research continues the development of the object model into an Android-based application to detect gestures of the Indonesian Sign Language System (SIBI) and translate them into spoken language. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) Method, the RAD Method development process is carried out iteratively through the stages of requirements planning, user design, construction and completion, with the Kotlin programming language and the TensorFlow Lite-based gesture detection model. Testing is done with respondents who are people with normal hearing or lay people and using the Blackbox Testing method. This application consists of three main features, real-time SIBI motion detection, information about SIBI, and translation from Indonesian to SIBI sign language. The test results from 30 respondents showed the usability test of the MySIBI application reached 85.6% which means this application is feasible to use and the results of Black Box Testing with an accuracy value of 100% which means the functionality of this system is very high. This application was successfully developed as an effective communication tool, which can bridge communication between deaf people and the wider community in Indonesia.
